My son is eight years old and he was very comfortable going to the appointment. My daughter was with them and both of them we’re excited that there is a slushy machine. I received a call the night before our initial visit and it was from the actual doctor. As I listen to his message I question whether or not it was really him, and I Thought maybe it was somebody from the staff. Then he left his cell phone number and told me to give him a call if I had any questions and then he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable for the first appointment. I’m very comfortable with this business, and Will Be a returning customer

My daughter went through three orthodontists before Dr. Sher and he is by far the best of the bunch. He and his entire staff are the friendliest people who always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome and part of the Sher Smiles family. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed (slushees, coffee, guessing games, charity, personalized greetings). You can tell that everyone enjoys their job there. I would recommend Drs. Sher (his wife is a doctor there as well!) and their staff to absolutely anyone. I can’t say enough about the warm and fuzzies I have for their practice! Do yourselves a favor and use Sher Smiles for all of your orthodontic and periodontal needs! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

My daughter has dental anxiety. Dr. Sher, Alyssa, and Tammy are all awesome. From the moment of my first call to set up her consultation Tammy was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Sher and Alyssa were very patient with my daughter during each visit. She was not the most cooperative patient and they had nothing but Patience. Today I had my 12 year old niece for my daughter’s appointment. She even commented how nice everyone was. The office and staff are so inviting.

I had several consultations with surrounding orthodontists- and Dr. Sher was the only one that I felt that he truly cared and answered all my questions and didn’t try to take me for an exuberant amount of money-He quoted me a fair price and treated me like family and the staff is just as nice! Dr. Sher and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! I have never felt such warmth and genuine concern at any other dental or medical office. Each member of the team is pleasant and personable and I feel truly confident that they are doing their best to make my children feel comfortable while in their care. My oldest daughter began her orthodontic treatment plan a couple of years ago under different ownership. We relocated out of the county midway through her treatment, but continued driving the extra distance in order to maintain continuity of care. While that was the hope, we were bounced along as a string of orthodontists moved in and out of the practice, each with his own ideas and approaches. When I heard that Dr. Sher was taking over (making this orthonist #5), I was again frustrated that we had to meet with someone new. However, after that first visit with Dr. Sher, I was more than confident that we were back on the right path. So confident, that I decided my second child would receive her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sher. I fully intended to use an orthodontist close to home with my younger children, but the quality of care, level of service, and friendliness from Dr. Sher and each member of his team is hard to pass up. It’s a long drive for a quick trip to the orthodontist, but I am happy to make the trek knowing that the care we are receiving is the best of the best.

the staff here is amazing and the level of patience the staff has towards kids who are scared is wonderful the one assistant was super great when my daughter was scared and since then my daughter hasn’t been scared at all. the slushy at the end is a giant bonus for everyone too!!
