Dr. Santos is an amazing dentist! She is very trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. She listens to her patients’ needs and wants. She does quality work. Her staff is very caring and friendly. Always greeting patients’ with smiles. The office is very clean and up to date. The office is kid friendly. My kids loves going to her for their cleanings! Highly recommend this office! You won’t find anyone better than Dr. Santos

Changed my dentist because of her. Very professional. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.  Keeps you at ease. Very thorough, detailed oriented and informative about procedures you need to have it done. Explains to you what procedure your insurance that doesn’t cover. Here is my story,  I am a new client here. I dumped my previous dentist for more than 10 or 15 years because of how they treated me. Don’t get me wrong my previous dentist was great and all…office was all up to date, its just I wasnt given enough information that I need for my procedure to have it done. I had a root canal that “was old and infected.” My previous dentist told me that I need to hve my root canal extracted and have an implant done…and its expensive $$$$ to have it done. I will refer you out to see a specialist… That was the only explanation I got. I just disregard it for my tooth was not bothering me. Came to Dr Santos because my wisdom teeth were bothering me. Referred by the CEO where I work. My plan, was to have my wisdom teeth to be just extracted and thats it. Here, at Dr. Santos office, they told me same problem about my infected tooth where the root canal was and the procedure that I need. She told me and her assistant Maria the few options I have, to have this procedure taken care of. Yes! It is expensive. They provided me few options to pay through payment plan or  Care Credit. My insurance paid for all the extractions with a small difference i hve to pay out of pocket. Never heard of Care Credit…they explained it to me in details. Tooth implants are considered cosmetic surgery. Dr.Santos also told me “the one who will do the procedure, will be Dr. Aguila and he comes to my office even though he has his own clinic.” A+++ there. Once, all payment arrangements are taking care of…booked me to see Dr. Aguila in immediately. Dr. Santos did my yearly cleaning first prescribed antibiotics and pain meds until I see Dr. Aguila.  Dr. Aguila is amazing. I didnt feel any pain when he injected the lidocaine. I was awake in my procedure from extractions to the placement of my implant.. (Oh yeah,  I had all my wisdom teeth removed the same day as well). Lots of pressure but pain free. He has very light hands. Very professional.  Awesome Dentist. To make the long story short, I had the procedure done. Extractions done, bone graft done (due to bone loss), and implant done… and now I am just waiting for my crown to be in placed by Dr. Aguila. This is five star indeed in my book. You will not regret it.
