Marybeth did her usual thorough job cleaning my teeth — and most of all, eased my anxiety by doing both the cleaning and treatment with an antibiotic gel, despite the fact that I have my mouth wired shut! I GREATLY appreciate your accommodating my needs, and by being equally accommodating in setting up another cleaning as soon as I get my mouth un-wired. I can’t wait! It had been a few years since my last dental visit and I was afraid to go!  I got a referral from a friend and a “Get Aquainted” offer for some complimentary services so I thought ok why not. What an awesome experience!  First of all, the office is clean, I noticed that straight away and a good first impression that they care.  Next, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered refreshments while I had a short wait. I had no time to be afraid because the hygienist, Marybeth swept me away and she spent the next hour making me laugh, and making me feel like we had been good friends all along. The best thing about her is not just that she did a great job cleaning my teeth, but I had a better understanding about how gum disease happens and why cavity repairs may differ and how to floss.  No one has ever taught me that! Once she and I were through, Michele, dr’s assistant continued what I now like to refer to as my dental experience not just a visit, and took me into the doc’s office where he and I got to know each other better.  I felt like everyone cared.  Their whole system fluid and that made me feel confident and able to trust then right off the bat. Thanks you guys for making my experience a fun one!

I honestly can’t recommend Shoreline Dental enough. In addition to my regular cleanings, I’ve had several other treatments – including crowns and zoom teeth whitening. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. It seems odd to look forward to visiting the dentist – but it is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Rojas and her team. In a way – [spoiler – cheesy cliché] they really have become like family. The entire staff has such a great attitude with a perfect balance of humor and professionalism – it’s a great way to start the day. Tasha and Anel are so engaging, friendly and helpful. Marybeth is an amazing dental hygienist who is charismatic and hilarious. Clearly she loves her job. The entire staff in general are just really special – and Dr. Rojas really has a way of putting people at ease. She’s a great dentist with a very kind and engaging manner. You never feel rushed or like you are being upsold on any treatments. It also goes without saying that from a medical and technology standpoint, they’re always on the leading-edge side of things. I’m lucky to have found them and I would not consider going anywhere else. 10 stars!

Dr Rojas and her team are all So wonderful !!! They explain everything and have been very patient with me . I admire their professionalism . My teeth look amazing !!! And I’m grateful to Marybeth My dental hygienist who does such an excellent job on my teeth ! She is awesome ! So personable and kind . She treats me like a true friend .These are many reasons I keep coming to Shoreline Dental Chicago . I highly recommend them .

You’ll always get friendly, competent dental care here. I’ve been their patient for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I feel that they take the health of my teeth personally, with ongoing preventive measures and clear explanations of any procedures they recommend. Mary Beth is obviously knowledgeable, and she’s so personable, having my teeth cleaned is fun.

From Tasha to Anel, to Mary Beth, to Dr. Rojas, the entire team has been excellent. I started coming to this dental office in 2104. Mary Beth has been stellar as a dental hygienist. She always communicates with care how my dental hygiene is doing. She explains everything in detail so I can stay abreast of what things I am doing that are working as well as what I need to implement in my daily oral routine to stay on top of things. I would highly recommend Shoreline Dental for anyone in the Chicagoland area or beyond to their dental needs…

Highly-recommend Shoreline Dental Chicago. The entire team is warm and friendly, and the dentist, Dr. Mollie Rojas, could not be more gentle and caring. She has the very best bedside manners and catches everything, too. Extremely skilled at her job and it’s a huge relief to walk into dental appointments with that trust. Dr. Rojas created a tailored and comprehensive dental plan for my individual needs, and Rojas and her team are encouraging and understanding every step of the way. Examples of how they go above and beyond with client care: providing lavender eye pillows, stress blankets, headphones with Spotify and a stress ball during each of the appointments to help relieve my anxiety! Dr. Rojas explains exactly what they are doing in my mouth during each appointment, and checks in with me throughout. Finally, a dentist I am totally comfortable with.

I was terrified to go to the dentist but knew I had to. My boyfriend comes here and highly recommended the place, so i decided to finally give them a try. Safe to say, I will continue coming here. The Hygienist Mary Beth, was super informative, friendly and conversational and left my teeth feeling extra clean. Thanks for making this a great experience. Wont me scared to come to a dentist office anymore 🙂

Shoreline Dental Chicago is an amazing practice! Dr. Mollie Rojas and her staff are so wonderful! Unfortunately, I developed acute pain overlying one of my wisdom teeth and needed to see someone right away. I came across this practice by its numerous positive Yelp reviews. Admittedly due to several prior bad experiences with other providers, it had been some time since last seeing a dentist and I had become very fearful and terrified of the process. I submitted an appointment request as an emergent new patient through the Shoreline website and it was seamless. Within a short period of time, I was contacted by Tasha and she immediately put me at ease. She was so sweet and encouraging and alleviated my fears. She was able to squeeze me in within the next hour which was greatly appreciated. I completed the required paperwork through the online patient portal prior to my appointment which was also an easy process. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Tasha who was very friendly and caring. The office itself is beautiful and inviting which immediately calmed my nerves. Beverages and magazines are also provided while waiting. I was brought in right away and met with Melanie who took my x-rays. I warned her of my prior bad experiences with x-rays and she was so wonderful and kind with me! She was very fast and able to obtain the x-rays without difficulty. I then met with Dr. Rojas who is a wonderful dentist! Despite meeting me as a new patient for an emergent and non-routine visit, she never made me feel like an inconvenience. She is so kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and non-judgmental and I really appreciated the time she spent with me reviewing the treatment plan. Afterwards, I was provided with a referral to an oral surgeon and with pricing information upfront for the visit. I highly recommend Shoreline Dental Chicago and Dr. Mollie Rojas. I am really looking forward to my next follow up appointment, which had not been the case with other dentists. I wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars! I feel like I have finally found the perfect dental practice!

This was my first appointment since Dr Rojas’ practice has re-opened after the COVID pandemic closing. My experience, as always, was excellent. Dr Rojas and her team have put all of the adjustments in place to assure that we are all safe. Early morning appointments help us come to the office with fewer people and the process of coming to the office is clear and safe for all. The team, as always, helpful, friendly, talented. A great experience. Glad to be back to clean and healthy teeth!
