I go to Dr. Rong’s office to do the dental cleaning every six months. Their staff would call me before my appointment to remind me, so I never worried that I would forget. If you are looking for the best result with reasonable price for an implant, I strongly recommend you to go to Dr. Rong. It’s made with pure titanium. Besides that, the custom made abutment with the custom made zirconium crown together, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between your own teeth and the implant. Overall it’s a nice office, have friendly staffs and professional technology set ups, strongly recommended! But you have to keep it in mind: always make appointment ahead!

Love going to Dr. Shu Ping…she is a great dentist!! She takes her time to work on your teeth and she is a really skillful dentist who you can completely trust. My family 2 boys ages 8, 5, my husband and myself been going to her for over 2 years. The office staffs are friendly and very helpful. A friend referred me to his ‘gentle dentist’ who was able to accommodate me for an unscheduled emergency visit. I visited Dr. Rong’s office last week and did the oral exam and regular cleaning. My English is not good, so I was nervous before the treatment. Dr. Rong was very patient and professionally explained my oral condition to me after the detailed examination. Also, the hygienist and her assistant were so nice to me. They told me if I felt any uncomfortable just let them know and they will stop the procedure. But during the whole procedure, I didn’t feel any uncomfortable. I can not get over how wonderful this whole office was! The receptionist ladies are friendly and welcoming right off the bat – ready and willing to help you through the difficult and often dreadful process of being a new patient and navigating your insurance plans. When I was seated to see the doctor, the techs (?) that took mt xrays and such were equally warm and pleasant. Then the fabulous Dr. came to see me and explain what was going on – she did such in a gracious and informative manner, answering any questions before i could even think them up. She gave me a timeline of my next few visits and how to manage the time between them for a healthier smile. Then the woman who did my teeth cleaning was also extremely helpful and had the gentle hand of an angel (you know, some dentists really poke at you but not this office!!)
