As I’m writing this review I’m sitting waiting for a plane to take off to North Carolina. I had an absolute emergency this afternoon as one of my crowns fell off and I needed someone to try to cemented back on as my personal Dentist is outside of Boston. This office was absolutely fabulous they took my information, they brought me in, and they took care of my issue. Everyone in the office was fabulous!!! I’m a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist normally but even more so with this emergency as I was trying to get out of town. They were absolutely fabulous both dentists I met were great. They took their time they explained what needed to be done I’m in need of some further dental work but they fixed it up enough so that I could go on my trip and not have to worry about my crown falling out. I would highly recommend them to anyone, the office is clean and everyone in the office is great. If you’re looking for somewhere to go or if you have a dental emergency these guys are your guys! Thank you ,thank you,thank you so much you literally saved my day.

I used to have pain in one of my wisdom tooth. I had visited some other dental clinics which recommended me teeth extraction under general anesthesia which I did not want and also the out of pocket charges were too high for me. Later one of my friends recommended me Signature smiles. Signature smiles staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Jatinder Sharma is one of the best dentist I have ever seen. He planned to extract all my 4 wisdom teeth under local anesthesia. During the surgery he made me feel comfortable, he made the atmosphere very jolly and entertaining so that I was very relaxed. I should also mention that the Nurses here are very kind and supportive. The nurse (Megan) who accompanied Dr. Sharma during my surgery was very caring and concerned . She made me feel very cozy and restful. Most importantly the charges here reasonable. I highly recommend this family dental clinic. Thanks Signature smiles for making this entire teeth extraction process easy and smooth for me.

After a year with a whole in my back tooth due to a filling coming out…I decided to search for a new dentist! I did a google search and came across Signature Smiles and browsed their website. Seemed like a friendly group of staff and so I booked my first appointment!! From the beginning the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I received several reminders of my appointment leading up to it. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff and they reassured me there was nothing to be afraid of! Scheduled my visit for the extraction two days later and Boom! The tooth is out in less than 30minutes without incident! I am one HAPPY CAMPER and highly recommend the Manchester location ☺️

I was recommended this office by My daughter for dental implants and snap on dentures. Today I came for surgery and my same day teeth. Dr. Sharma took his time to do my surgery I did Not feel no pain at all and procedure was quick. Came at 5 pm and left at 7pm with my 10 dental implants and my beautiful smile. Can’t smile coz i am numb(lol) but very happy how they look. I thank eveyone and dr. Sharma for taking care of me. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to the dentist! I’ve been petrified for years but Dr. Sharma and his team made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very polite and the reception area was spotless. X-Rays we’re done and once the problem was revealed Dr. Sharma explained the steps we would take to get my tooth out and took into account my anxiety. I had a appointment on 12/08/2020. My insurance would not cover the implant I needed. Nor was my credit that good. Dr.Sharma help me afford the procedure. Thats one benefit to coming to signature smiles. He scheduled an appointment for Thursday 12/10/2020 . Did not know it could be done in such short notice. He got it done the implant was finished that morning. You don’t know how I was very embarrassed to smile one of my noticeable tooth was missing. Seeing Dr. Sharma helped me get my smile back with confidence. Also helped my fears of oral surgery his staff from the door you first walk in. To the staff that assisted him during the surgery were very polite and helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Sharma made me a temporary crown with my implant the same day. I am very happy with my new smile. If you are nervous or just not sure about coming here, please don’t be. I was and I feel good about letting him work on my mouth. This will be my Dentist in the future. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Rangi have been a true blessing for my teeth. I am a baby when it comes to my teeth. Went there seeing so many good reviews and I feel pretty good. I got crowning somewhere else w/o root canal as remedy to a badly chipped front tooth and it grew inflamed after six month later. Honestly this was a great experience from start to end. I was dealing with some significant tooth pain for over a year, because a previous place I went to explained how much it would be and I decided against it because of the cost to get a root canal and a crown. After time it had gotten worse and I decided to check out this location because of the reviews it had received. Its unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars because this place did an excellent job, not only was the customer service fantastic and explained very thoroughly with each phase of the procedure, the cost here was 1/3 the cost that the other place had quoted me.
