The staff is kind and warm. Dr. Sheila Mahooti is very professional, courteous, friendly has a great bedside manner. The office is nice and comfortable. The wait was not long before I went in for my invisalign consultation. Very thorough with explaining the procedure. There is a parking structure with paid parking, no validation. However most patients park at the surrounding stores or meters on the street and walk in.

This was my first visit to this office.  I live in CT but had to see a dentist in the Sherman Oaks area and my son-in-law, who goes to Dr. Mahooti, strongly recommended that I go the see her.  He was right! The office was able to schedule my visit quickly and Dr. Mahooti was able to do the first of the two visits for a new crown right then and there.  The office is bright and cheery. All employees are very professional and talented in the work that each is required to perform – from the front desk to the dental assistant and, of course, Dr. Mahooti. I left their office with a temporary crown and will return in two weeks for the final placement of the new crown.   I highly recommend her practice not just for cleaning but for the placement of crowns.  It was a pleasure!

I’ve been incredibly lucky to find Doctor Mahooti and call her my dentist! She has guided me through my lengthy Invisalign process with genuine care, professionalism and expertise! Whether a simple cavity removal or a lengthy treatment, I’ve always been incredibly satisfied with the results! Her staff is friendly, her office is very clean, and she always checks on you after a consultation though a text or phone call to see how you feel. I recommend her whole-heartedly for all your dental needs!

Dentist Sheila Mahooti and her AMAZING assistant (who’s name escapes me!) at Signature Smiles L.A. are as good as it gets!  They took EXCEPTIONAL care of me throughout the whitening process. (I went for 4 sessions on the bottom teeth, 3 on the top). They checked in with me frequently to see how I was doing and if I was experiencing any pain. My comfort (safety) was truly their overall priority, and that made me feel very secure.  In addition to being given very clear post-whitening instructions, Dr. Mahooti even did a mini check up of my teeth and explained the problem of my receding gum lines and how to address the problem.  But I guess the REAL proof of the pudding rests in the INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION they made to my teeth! (See before/after picture below!!) In the past, I have never been able to get my bottom teeth white by using whitening strips or even the dental trays. But Dr. Mahooti was able to get them optic white!  Dr. Mahooti and her assistant did an astounding job and I highly recommend them!

I google dentist offices to find the best one, and I loved everything that Dr. Sheila Mahooti, the website, and office staff provided for me!  Mahooti really takes the time to explain in detail regarding your dental visit.  The staff was friendly and welcoming!  The office is clean, beautiful  and I am always happy with the results after each! I like how after my first visit she personally sent me a follow up text/email regarding my visit and welcomed me to the Signature Smiles of LA Family!

Had been looking for what seemed like forever to find a dentist I could trust with my teeth.  So happy to have found Dr. Mahooti!  Professional, and thorough examination in a clean and comfortable environment aside, Dr. Mahooti is always checking in to see if theres to much pain, or if I’m comfortable, etc.  This sort of patience and compassion is exactly what someone such as myself, who has never felt very comfortable with sharp pointy things in my mouth, absolutely needs while in the confines of a dentist chair.  Needless to say, I highly recommend.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few decades, but I had cracked a tooth in half and needed to have it fixed. I found Dr. Mahooti online and her reviews were outstanding, so I called and explained my situation. Her administrative staff were great. They gave me an appointment right away. I have to admit, I was seriously not looking forward to getting in the dentist chair after 20 years of not visiting the dentist. Fixing my tooth wasn’t easy, it required a root canal and a crown, and initially the thought of going through all that scared me. Now that it’s done, I see I had nothing to worry about. I was consistently in very kind, capable hands. Dr. Mahooti is pretty terrific. She’s kind, understanding, and extremely professional. So, my fear of going to the dentist is now a thing of the past. Thanks Dr. Mahooti. I’ll be seeing you soon, and on a regular basis from now on.

Easy and flexible scheduling, and (most importantly) excellent work. Has taken care of myself, spouse and mother, and everyone has been very happy. We always receive a followup text or call to check in after any work. Highly recommend.

WOW! Love Dr Sheila Mahoot and her amazing staff! They really know how to make you feel comfortable and truly go above and beyond with the level of service. There state of the art equipment is also superb. Couldn’t ask for anything better! My husband and I have upcoming appointments for invisalign woohoo!

I went in for a routine cleaning, and I was told I would have to get fillings and a root canal, which I’ve been told before by another dental practice. The costs were very low compared to other places I’ve been. The office is very clean, the receptionists make you feel welcome, the dental assistants are very careful and kind, and the dentists explain everything that will happen and make sure you feel safe.
