I found Dr. Ebrahim after having a terrible experience with another Dentist in the area. I will say upfront I am a terrible patient! I have always been afraid of the dentist and dental procedures. When I first saw Dr.. Ebrahim I was experiencing a very bad toothache in a tooth that had old silver fillings. He removed the silver fillings in 3 teeth, one unfortunately had to have a crown. I never experienced a bit of pain through the whole procedure and I just received my beautiful new crown and it is perfect! I can’t say enough about the professional and caring atmosphere in this office. You even receive a follow up call the next day to see how your feeling, who does that anymore? And lastly the office manager Heidi is so helpful and caring. She makes sure that everything is covered with your insurance and is also the kind person that follows up with you after your visit. 5 Stars is not enough for this office.

I went to Dr. Ebrahim a while back for a chipped tooth issue that was on a Saturday. They were all there on a Saturday doing some sort of back office work. I called and they were able to see me last minute. I had called a ton of other dentists including my own at the time. They were not able to see me. I went in to the office and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the office was. Everyone was so attentive and helped me fix my tooth effectively and timely. I ended up going to them as my dentist because mine was 30 minutes away compared to 2 minutes away. I went recently to refix a chipped tooth and the get my cleaning. I sadly found out I have some cavities but I caught them early. They gave me options for everything and what my insurance covers. It was hassle and easy to go there. I have to shout out to Amber. She is so attentive and helpful! It makes going to the dentist easy and dare I say enjoyable!

I was referred to Dr. Ansari and Dr. Ebrahim 2 years ago and I am so grateful for knowing them. They are excellent dentists and awesome human being. They also have one of the best dental hygienist in their team. Sila dental team are the most genuine, caring, fare, kind, professional dental team you can ask for and I am writing this review after 2 years that I know them and after they have saved me a lot of time and thousands of dollars I was told I needed in dental work by another doctor. I am a new patient and enjoyed my first visit. Doctors Ebrahim and Ansari were honest, caring, took the time to understand my history and explained every step of work they conducted. They did not try to sell me on services I did not need. The teeth cleaning was detailed and done by Dr. Ansari vs. an assistant. The office staff was very nice and and the office is very clean and has a good feel. I am planning to stick with this office for my regular dental check/work.

My wife and I have finally found dentists who are not only excellent, but who we can fully trust. Too often in the past we’ve found our dentists suggesting procedures when it seemed there was no need for them. Though we live 60 miles away, we happily make the drive since we know they have our best interests in mind. Even a simple thing like like regular teeth cleaning is done meticulously. We’ve never had our teeth cleaned so well by other dentists. It’s been two years now since we’ve been going to Kia and Shokouh and we are always happy to recommend them to others.

My initial visit was more than pleasant. I felt at ease even in the welcoming waiting room. The front desk personnel were quite nice and personable. The back offices were bright, and had twinges of color that made the vibe more relaxing and less sterile (as some dentist’s offices can be.) The doctor was quick and kind. The hygienist was a crack up and very forthcoming with what all her numbers and codes meant, just so I didn’t feel there was something terribly wrong with me. I liked this office and I was recommended to come here by a friend. While waiting, saw another friend walk in, “oh! You go here?!” Still not a fan of the dentist, so I can’t say I look forward to my next visit, but I do know that my next visit will be to this office! Very pleased.

Summary: These guys are top notch. I hate visiting the dentist with a passion. Any dentist. I used to get metal fillings because they lasted longer so wouldn’t have to visit as often. 20mG of valium only started to put a dent in my anxiety. What makes Drs. Ebrahim and Ansari the best is that they are very skillful and FAST… minimal time in the chair with mouth open… just what I am looking for. I am an admittedly difficult customer, and think that their service is exceptional. As an engineer, and a lover of all things mechanical, I kind of ‘back-seat-drive’ when I’m in the chair; I like to know what they are doing, and why. Update 11/3/16: I just got home from a 3 hour session (Damn Halloween candy broke a tooth), and am very pleased. This team is a superbly choreographed machine; a time-motion study would show little/no areas of improvement-this means less time in the chair. I can’t wait to visit their new office (shameless plug: 27422 Calle Arroyo, SJC, across from St. Maggies, behind Bad to the Bone). And Heidi is the greatest; she is so diligent with helping you extract (dental pun) as much from your insurance coverage as possible, and knows what they will cover before you ask.

I will start off by saying that going to the dentist is not my favorite thing. Yes, even a little scary. This was my first time at Dr. Ebrahim’s office, after being with my prior dentist for years. I was referred to this amazing dentist by my cousin, and I am forever grateful. Everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful, Dr. Ebrahim saved my tooth after my own dentist of 10 years told me to get rid of it!!! I felt no pain what so ever, and I’m very sensitive!! I love Dr. Ansari & Embrahim!! I will drive the extra distance from San Diego to go here. Heidi up front is so helpful between calling insurance and following up- love her! And then you go and the Drs are EXTREMELY gentle, no up sell, they don’t want to do unnecessary work, give you tips on at-home or preventive options then if needed will do the dental work and explain everything thoroughly (which I REALLLY appreciate bc I like to understand what’s going on). You can just tell they’re good at what they do and they want to see you healthy, not drill you for money. And again for that type of honest work I’ll drive the distance and make sure they get our business for years to come!

I normally feel anxious at the dentist, but the beautiful and soothing ambiance, music and friendly staff made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. I found Dr. Ebrahim using Google Reviews, so although I rarely post reviews myself, I wanted to share my experience here to help out others. I was only in the area for a short time and I lost a crown. The gals at the front desk were extremely helpful and got me in right away. Dr. Ebrahim was able to get a new crown made in time to place it before I left town. He was very kind and helpful. I have had nothing but trouble with this particular tooth and crown and my hopes of a smooth process were not high. I can tell you that this was the smoothest process I have gone through with this tooth, especially the fitting which was almost perfect from the get go! Very little adjustments needed to be made, which is incredible since the previous crown was gone. He also explained how the other teeth shift and move when a crown is gone and then replaced which helped understand that there would be a short adjustment period to allow for. I waited to write a review for a couple months because I wanted to see how it was going to do beyond that first week. It has been seamless. There have not been any issues or discomfort, I don’t even notice it is there. One of the best dentist experiences I have had, especially with this particular tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Ebrahim and his office. Everyone is caring and kind, and as an added bonus, their office is beautiful. If I were staying in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to make Dr. Ebrahim my dentist.

I cannot say enough good things about Drs. Ebrahim and Ansari and their staff. They have been the dentists for myself and my family for the past 12 years. They are incredibly professional, skilled, kind and compassionate. Their new office is amazing and creates a “zen” like environment to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable. Most recently, I broke a tooth below my gum which could not be saved (although Dr. Ebrahim tried his best to save it). Dr. Ebrahim and Ansari referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon (Dr. Sharo Fatehi) who helped me with an implant. Dr. Ebrahim prepared a crown for me once the implant was in place. He did such a fantastic job and was meticulous with making the crown fit perfectly to provide me with the most comfort and utility. Drs. Ebrahim and Ansari and their staff, including Heidi and Christina, are the best and make going to the dentist (which I generally do not enjoy) a pleasant and non-stressful experience. I highly recommend them!.

Highest recommendation for Dr. Kia Ebrahim and Dr. Shokouh Ansari as well as their whole team. Saying that I don’t like going to the dentist would be a huge euphemism … I simply hate it. However visiting Dr. Ebrahim’s and Dr. Ansari’s dental clinic is far from all my previous, rather negative, experiences. Both doctors take every step to give the best service you can expect. Their main priority is making sure the patient is comfortable and relaxed and all dentistry procedures as professional and gentle as possible. They go to great lengths to clearly explain what needs to be done, give their patient the best advice and always choose the right course of action. They both do a phenomenal job. They also gave me numerous life changing tips on how to properly care for my smile. I got my cleaning done by Christina, extremely kind, meticulous and immaculate hygienist. Heidi, the manager should not be forgotten, very professional and greeting all patients with a warm smile. I must say their reviews are absolutely correct and agree with them 100%. I just had 4th visit to the office and still am in the middle of dental works. My confidence in my doctors and my sincere appreciation for their excellent care and their office staff has grown immensely beyond expectation ever since my first visit. I feel very lucky to have found these doctors since my husband who is a retired cardiologist after 40 some years of practice and I are in the process of relocating from Michigan. All the office staffs, especially Heidi, at the front desk are just wonderful and most helpful. I would recommend my doctors very highly to anyone without any qualifications.

The office is second to none. They took care of all ins. issues, found a specialist to do my root canal that was in network and sent all my info directly to them. Dr. Ebrahim and Dr. Ansari are both wonderful dentists. Their quality of care is only surpassed by their care for the patient. The entire staff is warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Ebrahim has to do a lot of work to “fix” what other dentists have done and I’ve been very happy with the results. He is a very gentle dentist and does only what is needed. After reading some the other reviews, I have to agree that they never try to upsell you treatments that you really don’t need. This was the reason I left my last dentist. Quite often Dr Ansari will do my cleaning. Now how often do you get a dentist taking the time to do your cleaning vs a hygienist? This truly is a unique dental office.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Ebrahim and Dr. Ansari! I have seen both of them now and find them to be extremely great dentists! The office itself is super clean and charming, they are in a great location not some huge building. Parking is easy, the views out of the windows are of trees. It’s nice and peaceful there! My cleanings have been wonderful. Both Dr. Ansar and Dr. Ebrahim are super thorough and informative. And I have found conversation with both Doctors to come easily as they are as warm and friendly as you could hope for. Amber, who manages the office is a wonderful person to coordinate with. Her memory of your history and attention to detail with insurance and calling is on point! Yesterday I brought my two year old daughter in to see my cleaning for the first time. Dr Ansari gave her a cute little demo and made it such a fun experience. She got to dig through the treasure chest. I think she is going to be excited to come back and pay her a visit this year.

I am so happy to have found Doctors Ebrahim and Ansari! I first came to them for a check up and was totally WOWED by their team when they were able to do X-rays and fit me for a night guard in the very same appointment. I had been having jaw issues for nearly a year (TMJ) and was so happy with how quickly they fitted me and got me in a brand new night guard. Recently, my room mate’s dog chewed up part of that night guard and I popped in without making an appointment just to ask if it was even repairable. It was buffed out within 5 minutes, free of charge. They are so friendly and accommodating here!!! It’s a very comfortable office and they are very patient and answer every single one of my questions. I trust them completely and drive from LA for my visits! Heidi at the front desk is so absolutely wonderful that I would be remiss to not include her in my review. This whole team is awesome.

I’m generally very apprehensive about visiting the dentist office with the fear of requiring painful work done, yet after every visit I end up realizing how painless and easy the visit was (even after a deep cleaning and other work needed). I highly recommend Dr. Ebrahim and Ansari. Their work is very thorough and will explain to you the scope of work prior to any activity. Also, something I wish most doctors will practice is that they will respect your time and give you undivided attention during your visit.

A friend of mine recommended me Dr. Ebrahim and Dr. Ansari and it was the best recommendation I have ever had. I am not only found an amazing professionals but I also found honest and kind doctors. Had my first appointment with Doctor Ebrahim’s office. I was changing dentist due to a change in my insurance plan. At first walking into the office, It’s a very modern and beautiful facility, I was greeted by Heidi, the Office manager, she was great, a wonderful person. I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned with the office hygienist Christina Otterson. Christina was gentle and through, Christina was fun and she really made the experience great. I than met with Doc Ebrahim, from the first hand shake you could tell he is a kind and warm person, he walked me through a few things we need to watch, and something we need to think about fixing. All in all it was a very wonderful experience! I highly recommend Doctor Ebrahim, 10 Stars!

Dr. Ebrahim and Dr. Ansari both have a very caring nature and seem to take great pride in their work. I have seen Dr. Ebrahim several times for dental work and he is always professional and takes the time to explain things to me. His explanations are clear and not rushed and he is patient to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot!). I feel very comfortable with him as he is gentle in his work and always asks how I am doing while he is in process of working on my teeth. I later took my mother to visit him (she is in her elderly years) and really appreciated how he and Dr. Ansari were so patient, polite and kind to her. Both Doctors seem to be perfectionists in their work while the pricing is very reasonable and I feel they don’t “rack up charges” but instead look to build a strong long term relationship with their clients.
