Simply the best. We moved to her after a pretty rough experience with a highly rated Ortho in Burbank. Dr. Silva is on the patient’s side and their well being. Refreshing and welcome change in this industry. Plus, she is truly the nicest person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Silva and everyone at the office. From the very beginning (of the past year and a half!) everyone has been kind, helpful and most importantly exceptional at their job. Dr. Silva was always extremely caring and took the time to explain everything. Karen and the front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful with insurance / payments / scheduling, etc. The office space itself is new and there is parking! I highly recommend Silva Orthodontics!

I have three children that are patients of Dr. Silva.  One is out of braces and has perfect teeth (thanks to Dr. Silva) and two are in braces but we see the light at the end of the tunnel. Dr. Silva is professional, conscientious and a skilled orthodontist.  She explains every step of treatment to parents and the patients. Her office staff is fabulous- always flexible with appointments and helping with insurance issues. Plus, when comparing to other orthodontists in the area, her treatment plans are very reasonably priced. Recently we had a situation where a wire in my daughter’s mouth was poking her to a point where wax just couldn’t mask it anymore.  We called Dr. SIlva and she came in after hours to snip the wire and fix the problem. More than we could ever ask for in an orthodontist!  We recommend her wholeheartedly!  Thanks Dr. Silva, Karen and Veronica!

My daughters dentist told me that she needs some job done for a good bite and straight teeth.so she recommended Silva. I wasn’t sure that anything can be done. I am really excited today, just had my braces removed and I am blown away by the job Dr. Silva and her team did. I already have gone through the procedure about 10 years ago and because I didn’t wear my retainers my smile was not as perfect as it used to be, plus my previous orthodontist removed a healthy tooth for no reason and he didn’t fill the gap completely and that was always making me self-conscious. I was reluctant about getting braces again and I was very picky in finding the best specialist I could. As all of you may know when you experience something before, you feel you already know a lot about it and it makes you more picky! I drove there and I could find a street parking easily, sometimes I ended up parking at the parking structure on the side of the building.
I guarantee you will never have parking issues here. Anyway I met Dr. Silva for first time per my friends recommendation, my friend was very happy with the results and I loved her smile and since Dr. Silva offers free consultation I decided to go there and see how the environment is. I walked in and I was greeted by the receptionist, she asked me to take a sit and fill out some forms. After a very short time I was called by Dr. Silva’s assistant Veronica to go in. There were 4 chairs in a large room, everything very clean and nice. Dr. Silva came and checked my bite and teeth she said she can fix the gap and even match the bite, I could feel the confidence in her voice and the way she explained the details to me made me sure she is the one I want to go with. I’m surprised that some chose to go to general dentists for this matter,  the specialist gets 3 years extra training to become an orthodontist! I wonder how a general dentist can handle this job without proper training! Anyways long story short I ended up getting the braces and today after one year and half they were removed and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Silva because she is super nice, knowledgeable and she is great with kids! Which is a big plus since parents prefer to get the braces for their kids at early age as its partially covered by insurance. And I want to thank Dr. Silva and her team for being professional, caring, for always having simle on their face and cheering us up, for never wasting their patients time and always being punctual. Thank you, and love you all 🙂

Never had braces as a child. As an adult, I was very unhappy with my smile because of my crooked teeth and deep overbite. I was referred to Dr. Silva by a friend who was thrilled with her smile! My first impression of her office was that it was beautiful, modern and sparkling clean. Front office staff was so helpful and friendly. Soon after arriving, I met with Dr. Silva and loved her immediately. She was so through and took so much time to explain every detail. They took impressions and is able to fix my teeth with Invisalign. I was so happy being that as an adult, I did not want braces. So far so good! I will be done with my Invisalign in about 10 months! I highly recommend her office and her staff is such a delight!

For years, I put off getting braces for fear of the unknown. I heard horror stories about pain and discomfort and sleepless nights and and and… But I finally made the decision to move forward, and it was the best decision I could have made! I am overwhelmed with the results! I had no idea how much Dr. Silva would improve my smile. So I adamantly recommend Dr. Silva for all orthodontic needs! The entire team in Dr. Silva’s office is wonderful. Dr. Silva is extremely knowledgable in her area of expertise. The process was thoroughly explained, and there were no hidden surprises. No dreaded pain. No horrible discomfort. No sleepless nights. Dr. Silva is a true professional, with great integrity, and whose work is demonstrably excellent! Further, Karen and Veronica have proven invaluable in my great orthodontic experience. Time and again, they have been very welcoming and caring in the process. So much so, that I was dreading removing my braces, as I realized I would no longer be seeing them on a monthly basis, as I had become accustomed to over the years. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Silva for a tremendously positive orthodontics experience.

I’m so happy and excited.. my teeth are beautiful, just the way I imagined them! Dr Silva is an expert in her field hands down. My new dentist highly recommended Dr Silva and I know why. The entire office, Sharon and Veronica are equally professional and so so so nice!!!! Can you say “patient friendly and excellent customer service”?  They worked with my schedule when I had to go out of town a lot, but always made sure to fit me in especially during crunch time towards the end! The office is also very comfortable… I don’t want to leave and get on with my busy day. Here’s my story: I needed my fangs fixed and my front two teeth – that had decided to get pushed back after serveral decades of use, lol! I also decided to get my lower teeth straighten, since they were a little crooked and thought they would be more noticeable once the upper teeth were straightened. She fixed everything in only about nine months!  She even fixed my bite, which I didn’t even know needed fixing, until one day I noticed, after using the rubber bands awhile as instructed, I felt like I had real “choppers”!  I got me teeth cleaned and whitened and they look perfect. I feel like I’m styling now. I’m now taking selfies -with big fat smiles!   The doctor worked her magic craft and met my target of having the braces off just in time for my friend’s nephew’s wedding in Dallas! I have a lot of crowns that she also masterfully worked with and met my timeline. I wanted the faster results, so that ended up being the metal braces, which I wasn’t too self conscious of wearing since they were small. Besides making teeth look great, Dr Silva also works on really serious orthodontic issues, as I’ve seen while at the office. You should stop searching for any other orthodontist now, because you’ve found who you’ve been looking for, truly an angel!  Schedule a consultation like I did and you’ll see what I mean. Dr Silva explained all my options (different braces type, Invisalign, etc), with cost and time duration in a very understandable manner. She even was sensitive to my many neurotic and curious questions. I wish all doctors were like her…..  My apologies for sounding like a commercial I just really am so appreciative of her and her office that I want everyone to know about them! 🙂

I am so happy that we found Dr Silva when were searching for an orthodontist for our kids. We have three (yes three!) kids in braces. Dr Silva has been professional, kind and patient. There was never any pressure from her to get them all in braces right away, although we’ve known for years that they would all need them, based on two dentists evaluations and referrals. We waited until one was paid off before we put the other two in braces. Dr Silva helped us determine a good timeline and what was best for each child. Any time my kids have broke a bracket or had a loose wire, we are able to get them in to get it fixed right away so they aren’t in pain or even discomfort. Karen in the front office is friendly and handles all of the insurance so I don’t have to mess with it! Veronica is also great. The whole team is amazing. The office itself is very clean, comfortable and modern. I would highly recommend Dr Silva to anyone needing braces. She truly cares about the individual patient and she and her team go out of their way to provide excellent care.  (As a side note, when we were looking for an orthodontist, one that we visited wanted to see all three kids at the same time and they wanted to take the impressions and start the work right then on the spot. It was very high pressure. What a relief to walk into Dr Silva’s office and feel like they had our kids’ best interest and teeth in mind, not just getting another “customer” – it was a very pleasant experience. I was given a price quote, policies, etc. in writing and had time to go home and talk with my husband and think about what we wanted to do. So grateful for Dr Silva, Karen and Veronica.)

I took my son to dr. Silva orthodontist and had a wonderful experience. She personally sat down with us and thoroughly explained the entire procedure of carrying braces. She is patient and friendly with children. Even now when we go back for follow up visits is an pleasant experience each time. As a mother I would recommend Silva orthodontics to other fellow mommies.
