I love this place!! Been going here almost 2 years, they have taken care of x-rays, fillings, cleanings and even an emergency broken molar (baby carrots split my tooth that had an old filling). So painless, they are all sweet and friendly. I no longer work close to them, but I now take the drive to see them for my dental needs.. BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT GREAT!!! GO HERE, they also take my Delta dental insurance!! I believe her name is Carol, she is like my bestie there, amazing lady!! Fabulous!!

I called on Tuesday to schedule first-time appointments for all 3 of my boys. They got 2 of them scheduled for the VERY NEXT day! After we got everything “nailed down” on the phone, she went to repeat and confirm everything. Apparently, I didn’t hear her correctly the first time so the scheduled appointment was earlier than I could make. So, she ended up calling the appointment scheduled before mine to see if they could come earlier/later. They were able to do it and she called me back to confirm with the time I needed! I was amazed at the friendliness of everyone there! The kids got to pick whatever channel they wanted (Animal Planet for my 11 yr old, and MTV for my 13 yr old) and were able to watch it (laying back) while they were getting “worked on”. They both liked their experience there. Front desk ladies: So sweet and accommodating Dental Hygienist: AMAZING Dentist (Dr. “D”): Nice guy — Thorough and explained everything. He was quick, but didn’t rush us at all. The furnishings inside are beautiful. The waiting room is welcoming and they’ve got a K-Cup coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker for you to enjoy. Everything is clean and modern. If you’re looking for a family dentist, you’ve found one!

My 15-year-old son has outgrown the pediatric dentist, so we went to see Dr. D. Unfortunately, he needed some fillings. No big deal, right? Well…he has autism, so this is a big deal. Today was our first experience with sedation dentistry and it could not have gone any better. Dr. D and his staff barely blinked about the “special needs” of it all. Clearly, they had lots of experience with this. I recommend this office without reservation.

I was fit in to schedule last minute. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The dental hygienist super kind and knowledgeable. Am definitely going back for my dental work needed, as soon as my schedule permits. Thanks you!

We have been coming here for years. The staff here is so friendly, fun, and welcoming. Dr. Dehelean is awesome. He is NOT a stuffy, condescending doctor. He takes his time with you. He shows you your x ray images and explains exactly what is going on with your gums and teeth and bones of your jaws. He also does it all..No need to go else where for orthodontic work. Carol, the hygienist is awesome. My kids love going to see her. The whole staff like I said is great! I made the mistake of trying to go elsewhere for covienance. I tried a CORPORATE dental facility, where I could go in the evening or on weekends. That was one of the worst decisions I could have made. I felt like I was at a car dealership or furniture store. Very high pressure sales. Having to pay up front before they can schedule an appointment for a procedure I was not even sure I needed because I never even saw the images, and had maybe 10 minutes with a doctor that pushed so hard in my gums for an exam, anyone would bleed. The next step was the treatment planner comes in with the costs and pressures me to schedule and collect up front. Finally, to top it off, I was told that I would have to go to a different location for my daughter, because she needed braces. The so called “convenience”. Was no longer a convenience. I went on a Sunday, and called Silver Oaks on Monday and scheduled with Dr.. D, on Tuesday. I love the neighborhood dentist. Not run like a factory. I will never leave Silver Oaks Dentistry, and try elsewhere again.. Unless I am leaving San Antonio. This is an amazing dental office. I took my two kiddos and they loved their visit. My little one kept asking if we could go back the next day; it was her first visit. The dental hygienist made my kids feel so comfortable for every process ( x-rays, cleaning, etc.). I am so thankful we found this office, but more than anything to the staff that provides service that is above and beyond.

I have been a faithful client for well over 10yrs now and I can truly say I will be there as long as the office doors are open. They are very proficient in all they do, compassionate, welcoming and it’s like visiting family at each visit. I always look forward to my visits and there services are very affordable. If at any point you require a dental service and options are available for pain management for procedures if necessary but that is a rare event. I also had my braces done using the Invisalign option and I am so satisfied with the outcome perfect results. Great job to all a very satisfied patient for life. Thank you Ms. Jackson
