I have been dealing with tension headaches and migraines for nearly 20 years, which is related to TMJ. I would routinely have 2-3 a week. I’ve done everything from changing my diet, exercise routines, sleeping more to no avail. Excedrin was my best friend up until about 5-6 weeks ago. After a few treatments Dr. Sinclair has found a “happy place” for my jaw to relax. I was initially skeptical about the treatment, and told myself that there is no way this will help. However, I have had one headache in those six weeks which was my fault for leaving the bite guard at home. Do yourself a favor, and give your organs a break from the meds, call Dr. Sinclair and ask her about how she has forever changed my life!

Just had my cleaning. I felt very safe as the have all the safeguards to keep patients and staff safe. They also let me try a new audio relaxation device. It seemed to work. The appointment seemed to go faster and the ultrasonic tool wasn’t unpleasant.

Who Likes a gentle dentist? Dr. Sinclair is the most gentle dentist ever and the entire staff and team goes above and beyond. I’m always well treated with respect and the best care. I am happy to strongly recommend for all your dental needs

A great staff willing to go the extra mile. They were even accepting emergency calls during CoVid. I recently had a cleaning and was very impressed with the amount of concern to the virus. They make going to the dentist enjoyable.

Best Dentist in San Diego! I have never met a dentist with more passion and more heart than Dr. Sinclair. She is so caring and thorough with her patients. I’ve been going to Dr. Sinclair over the past year on a referral from a friend and very much been pleased with her practice as a whole. She made sure that my comfort and questions were addressed. Most gentle dentist I’ve ever visited. I’m a person who is really afraid of seeing needles, and when I was having work done, I never even saw or felt the injection! Everyone who works there is super attentive and very respectful of any anxieties you might have, and always does their best to make sure you are comfortable at all times. Everyone is also very informed and will make sure you know what you are having done and what you will be paying for at the end of the visit. I’ve experienced some scary dentists in the past, and it was a big relief to have found Dr. Sinclair’s office. It helps knowing you won’t have to worry when you have to see a dentist, and being put in a calm setting when you get there really puts the nerves at ease. I will definitely be visiting the office again! Thank you!

I’ve put off going to the dentist for two years due to anxiety but decided it was time. I went to a Dentist I received a flyer for in the mail and was quoted to need 13 filling and needed to pay major $$$. I told my Dad and he suggested a 2nd opinion from Dr. Sinclair in Encinitas. I made my appointment with ease as the admin staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sinclair had already reviewed my x-rays from the previous dentist and took the time to show me on the screen which teeth needed fillings and explained why others didn’t. My filling count went from 13 to 8, which was a HUGE relief. Dr. Sinclair did an amazing job cleaning my teeth that day along with answering all my questions. I have since been back twice to complete the series of fillings and haven’t had anxiety in the slightest because Dr. Sinclair is so gentle. Sinclair Smiles is a clean, bright and modern office with very comfortable exam chairs. I’m so grateful to have found a Doctor that I can trust and feel so comfortable with. I highly recommend Sinclair Smiles!
