This review is from a past patient. Had to move out of the area in 2016 and miss Dr. Arroyo and R. K. Rounsaville. Wish I could have taken them with me. Thanks to Dr. Rounsaville for the referral to Dr. Hendrickson in Nevada. Sent a Xmas card but you guys moved so I decided to post a review instead. Say hi to Dr. Rounsaville when you see him and to Betty the best Hygienist around and all the gals at the front desk if they are all still there. Dr. Rounsavilles assistant and Dr. Arroyos too. The big guy is gone as of June 4th 2019 but he missed you as well. Barbara Boughton

Dr. Arroyo is very caring with his patients . He explains the procedure entirely. I would recommend this office to all.

Been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime and this place takes the win by far. Dr. Arroyo definitely knows what he’s doing and on top of that he’s a super cool guy too. No gimmicks and no long waits before appointments which is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

With Dr. Arroyo I have never felt pain or discomfort – this applies to a root canal and multiple fillings / re-fillings. He is not booked so far in advance that you have to wait until a subsequent month to get seen. Staff (Front and Back office) also get the highest marks.

I an always impressed with Dr. Arroyo and his staff. They are talented, always on time and you receive excellent attention and care. Dr. Arroyo is personable, explains everything, is extremely talented and smart. From Velvet who sits at his front desk to his hygenist to his assistants, you are always in capable, caring hands and they don’t treat you as a number, but as a person. Great office! Very pleased!

Dr. Arroyo is great, not only is he nice but also so intelligent. He explains every procedure he is doing and answers any questions you will have! He spends his time with you and makes the dentist visit an enjoyable one!

Coming from someone who vehemently hates going to the dentist, I have the utmost respect for Dr Arroyo and his staff.  They are kind, gentle and patient with me.  I have had many bad experiences before coming to Dr. Arroyo and I am happy that I finally found this dentist.

As a person who, for most of his life, was terrified of going to the dentist, the prospect of having ALL of my teeth removed and getting dentures was not only scary, but embarrassing.  Dr. Arroyo was, from the get-go, very professional and had a great “chairside” manner.  I felt at ease every time I went to see him and now, several years later I have only the highest praise for his work and his easy manner.

I’ve been going to Dr. Arroyo since he started and I have been a patient of the practice for many years.  Dr. Arroyo is extremely talented, and honest.  I just had some major work done and I have had no problems at all; which has been my experience with him.  I also have nothing but praise for his dental assistants and I love that my cleanings are not painful!  I recommend him to my family and friends

I initially visited Dr. Arroyo for Invisalign and teeth whitening. My friends have notice the before and after difference since then. I now continue to visit Dr. Arroyo for my regular follow-up knowing he pays close attention to detail, very professional, and has a genuine caring nature that is second to none. Melissa was also my hygienist who did an amazing cleaning! As an added bonus, the office is the nicest dental practice I’ve been too with views of the pond from your room, personal TV monitor and Wi-Fi for the patients. But what truly matters to me in a dentist is top quality work and professionalism, and Dr. Arroyo exceeds my expectations.

Dr. Arroyo is THE best dentist. Why? He is very skilled and genuinely cares about your dental health. The man is a perfectionist! His staff is very friendly and professional. You will love your visits to their beautiful new office on Skypark Drive & Madison Street in Torrance.

A very pleasant but professional office. Almost never wait. Good explanations given. Dr. Arroyo stays very up to date. He is so good he teaches in the UCLA dental school one day a week.

Teeth cleaning with Laura was a breeze. Watched Planet Earth 2 through the entire appointment. Took my mind off the poking and scraping. Followed that up with Dr. Arroyo for a broken tooth extraction. He is gentle but I’m not a fan of the sound, tugging and pulling.

Dr. Arroyo and his entire office staff are simply awesome. Super courteous and professional in every respect. Got a very prompt appointment and was seen right on time. All aspects of treatment were explained very thoroughly. Can’t imagine a better experience or nicer people. Wholehearted recommendation for anyone needing a dentist!

I would highly recommend this office to all my family and friends. First off the building is in a very serene setting with a view of the pond and ducks. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. The interior is very clean and modern. I am currently one of Dr Arroyo’s patients being seen for Invisalign treatments. He is always up to date on all the cutting edge technology in his industry. I feel confident in his decisions for my treatments because he is very thorough and pays attention to detail. He also does a great job of explaining everything to me so I feel involved in the process. I already see a major difference in my teeth. I am very pleased with the treatments I have received thus far and have always had a good experience in the office. Dr. Arroyo and team are very professional, at the same time being friendly, and always taking the time necessary to answer questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Arroyo for general dentistry as well as orthodontic treatment. I appreciate the consistently excellent service I receive from Dr. Arroyo and team.

Look no further for the best dentist ever! Dr. Arroyo is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. He leaves you the option of what you’d like to do with his educated opinion. I went to see him for a chipped tooth and agreed with his recommendation. I also went back for a cleaning and X-ray. I only wish I was able to have him complete my work but I’m moving. The office staff was so kind and helpful and sent my records in case I should need them. Everyone in the office is highly skilled and caring. The office was exceptionally clean and through this time of uncertainty they take every precaution for your safety.

This was our family’s second cleaning appointment with the staff here and it was great. They are very nice and exceptionally customer-service oriented. The hygienist was fast and still very thorough…who wants to spend more time than necessary in a dentist chair!!! Our kids like it and have no complaints. Dr. Arroyo is very knowledgeable and spends as much or more time as needed explaining anything that comes up. He goes over everything in detail making it easier to remember instructions. Nice waiting room with free bottled water.

I love it.. I work here. Love are new location, parking is accessible, well conditioned, nice deco,love the coffee station�. I like that there is so much natural light coming from the outside,because of our long windows. I also love my coworkers evelin(DA),Andrea(DA),Sally(DA),Andy(RDA), Laura(Hygienist),Melissa(Hygienist),Andrea (Hygienist) Lisa (hygienist)and two new addition’s to our office. Nancy(office manager) and Lynn( Hygienist).Let me not leave out my awsome Boss Dr. Arroyo and Dr. Rounsavelle. They are very great amazing dentist. I truly mean it. This is why I’m still here and working for them. It’s amazing to witness there dental work and the patients reactions when treatment finalized Is truly the best. The quality service that they provide each and every patient. I work here, but I am also a patient and so is my 17 year old daughter. When I am there patient, I am no longer a worker. I am treated the same way and the way a patient should be treated. I Also get my teeth cleanings of course with the hygienist and so far I only need to try Laura which I will in December. Lynn will do in June of 2019. They are all qualified, but I like to have a feel for all. That Is just me..Last of all, I love our patients����.

Dr. Arroyo is great! I am currently seeing him for my Invisalign as well as annual teeth cleanings. He has been wonderful, taking me step by step through the Invisalign process and is very knowledgeable. His staff and office space is wonderful as well. I had already had braces about 15 years ago, but since then I stopped wearing my retainer and my teeth had shifted a little. Dr. Arroyo gave me a comprehensive analysis and showed me exactly which teeth were going to be shifted should I proceed with the invisalign process. Feeling confident with his knowledge and explanation, I decided to give the Invisalign a go. So far it has been a great experience, and much easier than the process that braces entails. I have already referred a few friends over, and would definitely suggest him to anybody looking to change dentists or are interested Invisalign!
