Everyone was kind. I was given the option to fill out my paperwork prior to my appointment, but I didn’t. When I arrived I was given the option to do so from their iPad or my phone. I used the iPad. It was quick and easy. I was seen immedately after filling out my paperwork. She was able to identify what was wrong after over a year of seeing other dentists. She also provided me with additional information on properly taking care of my teeth. She referred me to two possible doctors so that I can complete my procedure.

The new (renovated) praxis is amazing! light, new equipment, new colleagues and stuff – but I was happy to meet several familiar faces. It would be great if the new ones would learn to talk with the patient. Hello, I had an emergency because my tooth broke on Saturday. I was able to schedule and see Dr. Oguntimein on Monday. It was a tooth close to the front and my nephew was getting married on Saturday. She pulled the tooth which had a crown on it. Dr. O has a lot of work to do on that tooth before it is fully installed, but was able to send my imprint to get me a temporary tooth on Tuesday. I will be ready with many smiles to take pictures at the wedding.

This is my first of many visits here. There was emergency situation that caused me to wait hour and half from my original scheduled time. The average person would be upset but things happen. The ladies in the office place were very apologetic about situation and that someone will get with me shorty. I had a issue with my dental insurance and one of ladies worked relentlessly to figure out who my carrier was and what coverage I had. Once in the chair, Dr. O took care of me. She fully explained what I needed to get done and explained my financial coverage from the insurance company. I’ve never had a doctor break down the financial aspect. I’m bringing our whole family to this dentist now – the staff are warm and courteous and service is usually prompt. Previous dentist (especially for the kids) we’ve often waited over an hour even with an appointment. My 9 year old had a cavity and was done with his whole filling procedure in less than 45 minutes from his appointment time. The dentist was very kind, explaining to him what needed to be done and he was very comfortable – they even gave him headphones to watch a movie while the procedure was happening. Plus they have just renovated their office beautifully.
