I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ip’s for roughly a year, and each time my experience gets better and better.  Not only is Dr. Ip extremely passionate and intelligent (see the other reviews) but his staff is incredibly knowledgable as well.  They are professional, thorough, and polite – everything you could want to make you feel welcome!  Like most people, I don’t traditionally look forward to going to the dentist, but with Smile 360 here in Austin, it’s a tremendous experience.  Each time I walk away with something informative (e.g., focus on these spots, try this app, etc.) that leads to good, continued long-term overall health.

Erin & Lindy are amazing and Dr Ip is great! I found Smile 360 over the summer and I am more than happy with the results. They are are very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office if you are in Austin and are interested in improving your oral health and/or are interested in Invisalign.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ip for over 7 years. Love the staff and Dr. Ip, he’s very thorough and only performs procedures that are necessary for your physical and dental health. Very trustworthy. If a complication does occur, he’s super skilled in identifying the root cause (pun intended) and remediating the issue. When referrals are needed, the other doc’s are wonderful. Thanks!

Dr. Ip came highly recommended, I just wish I would have moved away from my old dentist sooner. Coming from one of those manufacturing line dental clinics, Smile360 was a welcome change; Way more relaxed, comfortable, and personable. My hygienist was amazing. She made sure that I understood what she was doing, why, and had a very relaxing demeanor for someone with white-coat syndrome, like myself. Dr. Ip is also great, he really cares about his patients and you can see it in his practice. They adhered to strict COVID protocols and I was never in the same space as anyone but my hygienist and Dr. Ip. I really appreciate that they care about their patients.

Dr Ip and his team are the best in the dental biz!  After 15 years in Austin and trying out 7-8 dentists I’ve  found where I’ll be going for the all my dental needs!  Friendly staff & great service is what you’ll be greeted with & Dr Ip takes a more wholistic approach to oral health.  He doesn’t just try to sell you fillings and unnecessary services like some  of these other dentists in central Austin. Go to Smile 360, you can thank me later!!!!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ip and the team at Smile 360.  I moved to Austin in 2011 and struggled to find a dentist that I trusted in Austin.  I loved my dentist in Arizona and was so sad to leave him that I even continued to see him a year after my move.  I finally found a new dental home at Smile 360.  I love the all team, the office (the privacy is great), and most importantly, the knowledge and care of Dr. Ip.  He is interested in your overall health (not just your teeth).

I have seen Dr. Ip several times now and am extremely impressed with the level of care and service the office provides. The staff is friendly and everything works like a well oiled machine.  Dr Ip really goes above and beyond anything I would expect from a dentist and I’ve recommend this office to several friends already!

Excellent dentist!!! And, really wonderful family and people. Can not recommend highly enough. Avoid the chain clinics and go see Dr Ip for excellent dental care. Seriously the best dentist in South Austin.

This is VERY long overdue, but a necessary review. Smile 360 is the bomb! I started going here 3 years ago and have since gotten my husband and all of my friends to become regulars 🙂 I can’t share only one experience, but here are the reasons you should go to Smile 360: 1) The office- clean, bright, and TVs on the ceiling 🙂 It’s small enough for attentive care but big enough to be able to offer all of the latest tooth technology (most of which you’d never hear of otherwise!) 2) Awesome staff!- Sarah the hygienist is really knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable (even as someone who hates going to the dentist ) the office staff always makes sure to fit me in, even when I call and reschedule 2-3 times (sorry!) They even did a same-day fit in for my friend who broke her tooth and fixed my friend’s loose bracket on her braces that was visiting from PERU at no charge! 3) Dr. Ip- T.H.E. B.E.S.T. I’ve never been to a dentist that I’ve trusted more. He is SO honest and does not try to up-sell you. I’ve had so many concerns about my teeth and Dr. Ip takes the time to explain which ones I don’t need to fret over and which ones are more pressing to correct. Go to SMILE 360!

I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Ip and staff as a newcomer to Austin. I couldn’t have made a better choice for my dental care. The office is extremely clean and welcoming in addition to being technological advanced. Dr. Ip and staff are extremely courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’ve never had such a thorough dentist appointment in my life. All of my concerns about my teeth were addressed and Dr. Ip took the time to walk me through each x-ray to suggest ways I could improve my teeth. If you are looking for a dentist in Austin, Dr. Ip is an excellent choice.

I love Dr. Ip and his team. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He has filled several cavities for me and never once have I experienced pain or any negative side effects. The cleanings are very thorough too, every time I walk out of their office my teeth are nice and white again. Highly recommend!!!!

The best dentist office around! Dr. Ip and staff are so welcoming and make you feel at home. The whole team explains things to you so you understand everything that is going on. I had gum work and got veneers at this office. I get complimented on my new smile every day. I could not thank them enough for helping me love to smile again!

Had my first visit with the team at Smile 360 yesterday and could not be any more impressed. East to get to and lots of parking in the midst of all the South Austin development. Really nice offices. The front desk was fun and some laughs. The first appointment xrays and cleaning was efficient and always took my comfort as the first consideration so that is good. Made another appointment for four months to see Dr Ip and Team again.

My two year old and I just visited the office and we had a great experience with Dr. Ip and his friendly staff! We were given a very detailed explanation of everything and look forward to going back. What I really loved was that my daughter had never been to a dentist so she was a little scared but Dr. Ip and the wonderful ladies made her experience a fun princess one and I’m sure she will enjoy her next visit! We loved the clean, child-friendly atmosphere and can’t wait for our next visit!

Dr Ip and his team are amazing. Smile360 looks like many other dental offices standing up around them in Austin – modern, clean and in a strip mall off S Lamar – but don’t be fooled – it is so very different. First off, Dr Ip is so committed to staying at the forefront of dental science and technology (he often shares tidbits from his seminars and research) that you will feel like you’re in great hands and he will explain each step of his process to you (communication makes a huge difference for me to feel comfortable in the chair). He also invested in the best air filters and COVID-19 protocol around! He is committed to his patients feeling at home in the modern architecture of his office, entertained by the screens you can watch during your treatments (on the wall and ceiling) and comfortable with each step he takes to provide your care. Next, his team of hygienists are kind, efficient and professional – and gentle but thorough. Last but not least, Lindsey and her team at the front desk will get to know you, remember your name and treat you like a friend when you come in. And they have been very flexible with my busy schedule (which I so appreciate). I have never been to a dental office that blends together cutting-edge dentistry with such a down-home feeling. I really feel like I’ve found the bestest place to take care of my smile :).

The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially my hygienist Justine. One thing they did extremely well is explain exactly what they discovered in their examination. They even showed me all of the X-Rays and any areas of concern. I was referred to Smile 360 by a coworker after a bad experience at a different dentist, and I’m actually excited to visit them again for my next cleaning!

I recently had to change my dentist due to switching to a new job in South Austin. And I was referred to Dr. Ip by a friend. He was very patient with me, and took his time explaining each and every procedure that he would want me done. Most importantly, he did not try to up-sell anything by explaining to me what needed to be taken cared of right away, and what can wait. Dr. Ip has a group of amazing staff as well. They’re highly efficient in performing their tasks, as well as being courteous to their customers, e.g., me. The facility is clean. The equipment is modern. There is even a TV mounted onto the ceiling, so that you can watch TV while the doctor operates on your teeth, which helps taking some anxiety away. My overall experience has been great, and I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr Vincent is a smart dentist. He has a passion for researching health and technology. Smile 360 is one of the few places in Austin to use CEREC technology which is how I found this practice and I am so happy I found it. The office is super nice and very professional staff. They billed precisely how they should and didn’t hassle me like other offices have. My family has complicated teeth issues and Dr Vincent was able to handle them no issues and he knew so much about our problems most other dentists don’t.

This was one of the best and most comprehensive dental visits I’ve ever had. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. The process was efficient with the evaluation and cleaning at the same visit. The dental hygienist was exceptional. Dr. Ip reviewed all of the findings with me clearly and with great detail, showing he is truly an expert in his field. I am a primary care physician and would refer my patients to him.

The Smile 360 experience is unlike any other dental experience I have ever had. The Smile 360 team have always been so warm and caring towards me and my family and Dr. Ip is a extremely talented dentist. I used to have no confidence and was extremely ashamed of my smile. Dr Ip was able to fix my teeth and give me so much confidence with less than a year of treatment!! Smile 360 team are amazing and they are truly the best dental office in Austin and maybe even the United States!!!

Let’s be totally honest….normally, I REALLY dislike the dentist. But oh my goodness, Dr. Ip and his team are absolutely the BEST and they made my experience enjoyable (something I never thought I would say when it came to dentistry of all things). I have an intense phobia of the sound that the tools make scraping against my teeth, so much so that I once left a deep cleaning at another dentist’s office with only half of my mouth done and NEVER WENT BACK – which says something considering my normal tenacity when it most anything else in life. Dr. Ip and his team heard my concerns and were able to keep me calm and comfortable during my cleaning, a first in my entire life! First off, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are all so kind, happy, and personable. There is nothing cold or clinical about the space or the team, and I immediately felt well-cared for, heard, and in good hands. I adored my dental hygienist – she was sweet and funny and very quick. She had me laughing and feeling at home immediately. The team at Smile 360 are also incredibly thorough, not only making sure to take plenty of films and photos of my teeth but also discussing all of their findings in depth with me. They took me on a “tour” of my mouth, showing me X-rays of each tooth on a big screen and explaining what I was seeing, what was normal, and anything to keep an eye on. They also checked all of the muscles in my jaw for knots (I had some complaints regarding consistent jaw pain) and then made some solid and non-invasive recommendations for ways to address the pain. Their approach seems very geared towards the needs of the patient and not some hidden agenda like other practices I have been to, there were no upsells or recommendations for things that I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. You can tell that they are focused first and foremost on the health and comfort of their patients. Dr. Ip has a wonderful bedside manner just like the rest of the staff and is totally relatable and kind. I left with a much better understanding of the state of my teeth and even got some info on ways to brush better. I don’t know about you, but I like to understand what’s happening to my body and in my mouth, and this was the first time someone had taken the time to truly break it down for me. I’m actually looking forward to going back! Aside from the incredible staff and killer service, the decor is a minimalist’s dream – complete with elegant, simplistic pieces and tall, open ceilings. The pops of orange and teal bring just the right amount of cheeriness into the space and the decor is Pinterest-worthy, making for an all-around amazing experience! Annnnd for those of you who like me appreciate a great doctor and good schooling, Dr. Ip got his DDS from NYU…so you know he’s gotta be good!
