He gave me options on how to get my dental work done even though I couldn’t afford what I need done, which was to refer me to a free program through a dental school if I was ok with being worked on by students. I’m usually extremely uncomfortable at the dentist but this appointment didn’t seem so bad, they somehow put my mind at ease and it was a little over an hour long appointment. The absolute BEST facial you will get in your life. I have had so many facials and I feel like I found El Dorado. When I tell my friends that I get my facials at my Dentist’s office, they usually think I am being funny. It’s the best kept secret!! Stacy is the master of skin. She treats everyone with respect, comfort and attentiveness. She customizes each treatment based on your skin. The facial itself is a whirlwind of products that leave your skin glowing for weeks. I have literally had people come up to me 1 month after and tell me how radiant my skin looks. The extraction is painless. I have no idea how she magically does it but every blackhead is gone. From orange scented sprays, to lavender masks and luxurious oils…I just can’t see a better way to spend an hour. And the best part…it doesn’t break the bank. Needing a spa day to feel like the queen you are? Or dealing with stubborn blackheads? Stacey is the go to gal! My mom has been going to her for years; her initial visit was through a Groupon but due to Stacey’s expertise she hasn’t gone elsewhere since. We love her! I was back in town and able to visit Stacey today for a facial. She is super sweet and very informative on what she’s doing and why. I could have easily drifted off to sleep while she worked her magic. It’s rare to find someone who cares about their craft and clients but Stacey certainly does! The spa within a dentistry (the dentist owns both businesses) which is an odd entrance. However the spa itself is very tranquil. They offer a wide array of services everything from a basic facial, to microdermabrasion and even the somewhat creepy vampire facial Kim K apparently loves. I find their prices to be fair and their line of products doesn’t have prices that are through the roof!

I had never had one before so I did not know what to expect, but I have had plenty of facials so I thought it wouldn’t be too bad. It was wonderful!! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, and being on Main Street, I was happy to see they had a parking lot!! Bonus! The aesthetician, Stacie, was awesome! She explained everything clearly so that I could understand what was going to happen, and best of all, she did not push any products on me at the end. I bought two facials from BuyWithMe and yesterday I just completed my second facial. The first facial was last year, and Stacey recommended the green tea acne facial. Let me preface this with, it’s not like I’m pock marked, every so often I just get a few random zits. Anyway, since that one treatment my face is pretty much a fresh slate of cleanness. Stacey was really impressed by how improved my skin was and dog gone it so was I! We decided to go with the cherry blossom facial this time. Can I just tell you that it was sheer bliss. And I don’t use those words lightly. After settling into her comfy chair, I received an hour long facial which somehow also included a little arm, neck and face rub. The music was nice, the product smelled absolutely wonderful and I was swept into a sense of relaxation that was absolutely what I needed. Needless to say, that even though I no longer have my two cheaper facials, I will still be going back to Stacey, because I’ve tried a bunch of facials over Boston, normally during Spaweek, so maybe not the greatest time to try a facial but none of them are even in the same league as Stacey. It may be more expensive next time, but you know what? It’s worth it!

I first tried out Smile and Skin thanks to a BuyWithMe for a facial. Stacey was knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job… she customizes the facial to your skin’s needs and you can see and feel the results right away! I came out feeling CLEAN and relaxed. So I was very eager to return and booked another facial. When I got there they had spa week coming up, where she offered a microdermabrasion and facial combination. I booked 2 of the treatments (safely 2 weeks apart) and she did an AMAZING job yet again!! She is so easy going and thorough with your skin that you want to hug her (!!) I have had really poor skin in recent months (medications), but Stacey has made all the difference with her spa treatments and I can’t recommend her enough! I have mentioned her to my friends and one of them who tried her, also came out all praises for her. With a deal, her treatments are a steal. But they would be completely worth it even without one! 🙂

The place is a bit hard to find as it is a residential-looking white building with an inconspicuous sign. Stacy is great, professional, as well as being fastidious and calming. I got a series of 6 microdermabrasions for indented scars and the results were pretty significant given that it wasn’t a more invasive procedure like major laser treatments, which come with risks of their own, such as revelation or creation of other scars.

Had my first facial here yesterday using a LivingSocial deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect coming to a dentist office to get a facial (not the most relaxing connotations) but I was blown away! My first visit to Smile and Skin i kept driving past the dentist office numerous times b/c i didn’t think a spa would be inside a dentist office. Finally, i decided to go in and ask, the front desk ladies were really nice and they lead me downstairs to a nice relaxing and comfy waiting area. Stacey was very nice and made me feel comfortable instantly. She examined my skin and explained everything to me. One of my main problems is acne scaring and i wanted a noninvasive treatment that would smooth it all out. She came up with a regime that work for me without any hard selling and i didn’t feel any pressure to buy. The end results is amazing! My acne scarring doesn’t appear as deep as it use to and i have a nice glow to my skin. My friends all comment on how good my face looks now. Stacey has definitely help to restore my confidence. I highly recommend this place.

I just wrote a review for “Dr. Damian Meola DMD & Associates” and since I just got some treatment done with Stacey recently in the spa area, I have to share my experience! I’ve been at the dentist office (upstairs) for almost two years now. Earlier this year I decided to look at what the spa had to offer. I was really interested in the micro-needling as I have so many scars on my cheeks from picking my pimples when I was younger – yuck! For the past few years, I’ve been meaning to make an effort to take care of my face more, even spending hundreds of dollars on products that hardly even worked. I WISH I found Stacey sooner! I’ve had my third treatment of micro-needling within the past three months and you wouldn’t believe the results!!! My scars are fading and my cheeks have never felt so smooth! It’s really unbelievable! I also want to mention that before I started treatment, I was really nervous…little tiny needles just up and done my face, but Stacey explained the whole treatment to me, which made me feel better. She also recommended some post op products to me as I looked like I got the worse sunburn of my life after the treatments (goes away after 2-3 days). I can’t talk enough about this treatment because IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Please, go give Stacey a call now and start pampering yourself. She offers so much and you won’t regret it!

I went to this office today (not my first time) for a dental appointment with Dr. Meola. He was amazing as always and so wasn’t his staff. He was quick, with out rushing and very efficient. Dr. Meola is amazing, seriously! I would recommend him to any and all people looking for a new dentist. After my dental appointment today, I went in and saw their esthetician, Stacey for a facial. The facial was extremely relaxing and calming. Again, the experience there was amazing as well. I actually just found out/realized that Dr. Meola now offers botox. I can not wait to go back on the 31st to see him for a Botox treatment. I can’t reiterate enough – THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I absolutely love it here. I am SO comfortable when I am here, which is kid of odd seeing as how we are talking about a dental office!

I tried this place out with a BuyWithMe (like so many others). Stacey did my facial and was AWESOME. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing and she did a fantastic job. I really felt like my facials were customized and targeted my skin. The BuyWithMe was for 2 facials, and it was basically your choice of which one to get. I asked for a recommendation of what facial to get and she checked out my skin and recommended what turned out to be the most expensive service they offer. That in and of itself really surprised me and showed me that Stacey puts her customer’s needs first. I’d expect a skeezy person (yes, “skeezy” is one of my fave words) to take advantage and recommend the least expensive/easiest treatment offered. Nope. Stacey told me the Cherry Jubilee facial was the one for me. She was right. I walked out of there feeling great. My skin felt refreshed and energized and I felt completely pampered. I really wish I could afford to go back, but a $110 Cherry Jubilee facial is a bit out of my price range. Sigh…

Let me start this off with explaining that I’ve had years and years of facials and dermatology appointments for some truly horrifying cystic acne. (Just as an aside, that proactive stuff actually does work and so doesn’t Acutane-which was a last resort but an effective one.) I have had multiple facials and treatments at spas from Worcester to Boston and mixed results as my skin not only is cursed with the scars left from years and years of acne trauma, but is overwhelmingly oily as well. Terrifyingly shiny. Mirror shiny. Really. So I thought I was hopeless until…I was lucky enough to get a facial for practically free when I got Invisaligns here in 2007 (but enough about that–if you’re interested the gory details are in a previous review) and Stacey had just been hired. I was taken aback at first as this was prior to the beautiful and relaxing spa that is there now, and I had my first facial with Stacey in one of the dental rooms. This is when Stacey really impressed me. She was professional, encouraging, full of explanations and radiated calm. I forgot that I was in a dental office and floated off into a world of relaxation and peace while she spent over an hour taming my skin with various exfoliants and masks. The music was lovely, the scents were wonderful and the little touches from the warm towels to the head, neck and shoulder massage convinced me that this was the best facial I had ever had. And that was before I saw how much my skin improved. Now Stacey is in a proper setting, the downstairs spa is relaxing and elegant–much more suited to her facials. It is really like entering another world going down that set of stairs, leaving the dental office and the rest of the world behind. The lighting is soft, the place always smells great and I’ve fallen asleep in the chair during a facial–it is that comfortable. I tried almost every facial of Stacey’s and have never had anything other than great results. I highly recommend the 6 treatments of dermabrasion (it was expensive but worth it!) as that is what really faded my acne scars. I’m always amazed that my skin keeps improving for weeks afterward. After years and years of hiding behind makeup it is astounding to have decent skin. I still am in disbelief. Currently I agree with the other ladies, the cherry jubilee facial is fabulous on many levels. The best part is that Stacey has never been pushy about products or appointments, when it takes me a while to budget them in. I’ve tried a couple of her products and she gives me tips on how to make them last longer–they also help extend the time between when I need facials. My absolute favorite is the Environ Alpha Hydroxy toner forte. I can survive without the other stuff (although I like the other things she has recommended over the years) but this toner not only keeps the acne at bay (and reduces the time period of the breakout when it happens) but also is good for keeping the skin looking young. Which is becoming equally important to me now. Let me tell you, the whole oily skin types don’t get wrinkles is a myth, darn it!! Luckily, Stacey knows how to handle wrinkles, too.

Just wanted to share my experience for anyone who is in a similar situation that I was in. My dental insurance is Delta Dental PPO, and I had a lot of trouble finding a good dentist that was covered. I’ve had some really horrible dental experiences so I was very weary about trying someone new once I found a great dentist. The one that I’ve been with for the past few years was great, but he wasn’t covered by PPO so the dental work I needed was really starting to add up. I had to find a new dentist and was really worried about trusting someone new. I heard from word of mouth that Dr. Meola was good, so I made an appointment. I’ve only had one visit, but so far I’m SO impressed! Anyone who’s answered my calls has been helpful, friendly and professional. I visited the Brighton office and felt comfortable right away. The woman at the front desk was friendly and they were ready to take me right on time. I had some pretty detailed paperwork to fill out when I arrived; it wasn’t painstaking and didn’t take too long, but it is clear that they’re interested in your safety with the detailed questions regarding your medical history. The office is clean and looks nice. The dentist himself as well as his assistant were awesome. His assistant was friendly and my X-rays were quick and painless. Dr. Meola really put me at ease. He thoroughly looked at my X-rays and asked me many questions to be sure that he was aware of all my concerns. He also seems conservative; he understands my position as a college student and is offering me the care I need without going over the top and recommending that I get work that I don’t need. I feel comfortable with him as my new dentist and I’m so relieved to have finally found someone good and affordable! He also offered to let me go on a payment plan for my crown, which is a more expensive procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Meola!

The facility is small and services only one person at a time, which means that the client receives all of Stacy’s attention.
