I love this dental office! The service is great and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The process for how the determine your dental care needs was new and Innovative. They show your X-ray and pictures so you can see what need to corrected or treated. I had a deep scale cleaning and it was not painful at all. I thought the next day my mouth would be soar but is not. Amazing experience!

In all of my years of going to the dentist – my visit to Smile Beautiful Dental was by far the absolute best.  I am an absolute wimp about going to the dentist – lots of anxiety…they put all of my fears to rest from the moment I walked through the door.  The staff was so pleasant and sweet – from the receptionist, to the techs, to the hygienist – the doctor was very sweet as well – the professionalism was OFF THE CHARTS amazing! I learned so much – I am so happy that I decided to go and take my 2 daughters – we all left with smiles on our faces…and look forward to going back – SIMPLY AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I was nervous about my dental visit and had really been putting it off. I wanted to make sure I found a dentist that I liked (if that’s possible – LOL!!). “Smile Beautiful” left me pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly. The Hygienist and the Dr. were extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I left leaving with the feeling of happiness that I had indeed made the right choice – YAY!!! I will definitely be going back.

Everyone was very professional as soon as you walk in,you feel the professionalism and since the quality service. It’s a beautiful facility with all modern touches, everything they do is very Hi-Tech and up-to-date. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring and keep you informed of everything that’s happening. As someone who fears dentists, I felt secure and calm the entire time. Overall just a great experience!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dan for many, many years. I would not even think of visiting another dentist. I was due for a cleaning this week and Smile Beautiful was in-network for my new insurance (Cigna/BCBS), conveniently located, and had great reviews, so I made an appointment and I’m so happy I went with them! All of the new patient forms could be completed online, which was very convenient. The entire staff was as nice as could be – my hygienist, Emeliana, was the best I’ve ever had (and I have moved around a lot)! She was cognizant of the sensitive spots I mentioned, was super gentle during my cleaning, had great advice, and was fun to chat with! Dr. Jones was awesome as well – they really took the time and treated me like I was the only one in the office. The office was super clean, covid-appropriate measures were taken, and you could tell they used the latest technology for assessments. I cannot recommend this team high enough!

Amazing Amazing Amazing! I am usually terrified about going to the dentist…not anymore! The dentist, the staff, the dental hygienists are simply AMAZING! I am so comfortable at Smile Beautiful…never in a million years did I think I would find a dentist that I actually enjoyed…they make me laugh and are so skilled at what they do! Excellent services from the front desk staff and office managers to my dental hygienist and my dentist. I have been a patient for almost 30 years and have never considered changing dentist. Dr. Jones is very thorough in his dental examinations and explains in detail treatment options and recommendations. I have had extensive dental procedures and have never walked away with a complaint. Best dentist office! They were so helpful in scheduling an appointment. During the consultation, they went through all the details with me. I needed a deep cleaning and I was able to get 2 more appointments in the same week. As a new customer they gave me a welcome bag. They even checked my insurance plan to make sure I would be covered. Definitely recommend them. Emily is a wonderful hygienist and Dr. Dan is amazing!

They have worked closely with me on expenses. No surprise charges. I have had 2 emergency calls where Dr. Jones was quick to respond. It was my first time visiting a dentist since I moved here several months ago, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism from Smile Beautiful Dental. The dental provides a full diagnose of my teeth’s condition, including X-ray and photos, the amenities are brand new and advanced. Dr. Dan and his staff are super nice and friendly, they did a good job and tried to help me relax during the whole process. The location of the dental is also very convenient, just right cross the Waterfront subway station. I will definitely come back again.

Another great visit to Smile Beautiful today! Been coming for over 11 years. Great cleaning from hygienist Emily – my teeth have never looked better and friendly service from all staff! In and out quickly and now new bigger location directly across from the metro to make visits even more convenient. This dental office continues to be one of DC’s best kept secrets!

If you are looking for phenomenal dentists in DC this is the place! This office is bright, clean and all the employees make the experience enjoyable! Yes, an enjoyable dental experience!!! They also have all the modern techniques and machines that cut visit times in half and make them less scary and painful! I cannot recommend Smile Beautiful enough!!!

I am extremely pleased with the service received! The place is nicely set, it looks new, modern and it is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff is very professional and very clear with everything: communication is by far the best I have ever seen in this sector, they will explain all the procedures and all the costs to avoid any unpleasant surprises. They are genuinely friendly and they have very nice equipment. Not only I’ve felt at ease and relaxed, I felt I could hardly be in better hands. It’s great to find a professional team you can trust!

This is by far the best dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. The entire office is warm, polite, and helpful. They were able to schedule me for an emergency checkup the next day, which is something even my internist can’t do. I saw Dr. Jones, who was funny and instantly put me at ease. He explained everything he was checking out, discussed options with me and set up a return visit for a cleaning. Just got back from that cleaning and i have to say it was just as great! The doctor went through my xrays with me, used a camera to show me what he was concerned about on my teeth and gave me a thorough exam. The cleaning was painless, using high pressure water to assist the cleaning process. By the time I left the office, the efficient and kind front desk staff had worked out my insurance issues and gave me the heads up on what future costs I might incur. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and I’m telling everyone I know. Very convenient if you work downtown in SW, including NASA, HHS, DOEd, and the Ford House Office Building.

I have been coming here since 1972. That alone should speak volumes as to how I feel about this practice. While as a child I didn’t have an option (i.e. I went where my parents went), certainly as an adult I had options. But when you hear horror stories from friends about their dental visits elsewhere why take that chance? As a young child, I saw Dr. Paul Jones who always provided great dental care. Smile Beautiful is now under the leadership of his son Dr. Daniel Jones (affectionately referred to as Dr. Dan). Dr. Dan has done an amazing job of nurturing and growing this award winning practice. Keeping the family tradition alive on both sides, I’ve been bringing my daughter here since 1998 and she wouldn’t dare think of going somewhere else either. My parents still come here too! I have to give a special shout out to Ruby who is part of the office staff as she’s been here for as long as I can remember. The entire staff @ Smile Beautiful is warm and friendly and the service and care is consistently impeccable. Note: The office is conveniently located on 4th St, SW across from the Waterfront metro station.

Solid convenient service. For example, X-rays, exam, and cleaning all done in same chair. No shuffling from room to room. Different people come in and out to do their specific part. Everyone very professional and efficient. And friendly. A few reviews mentioned products being pushed on them, but they didn’t even try to push any services or extra treatments on me. No mention of whitening or adult fluoride, or ‘deep cleaning’ so if they suggest it for you then you probably need it. Made some suggestions for overall mouth health and sent me on my way.

I love that I was able to get right in for two appointments. It was a bit of a dental emergency and they are so great here! They care about your wellbeing and even call the next day to see if you’re recovering well! I used their online appointment request system and it was flawless. I loved corresponding via email and not phone. The ladies here are so bubbly and kind. I will be making this my regular dentist!

Dr. Jones is a personable practitioner who demonstrates an authentic concern for his patients. His new office is great, and all of his staff is very friendly. I initially chose him for his location and good reviews, and his dental practice has only gotten better on both fronts. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for affordable, quality dentistry in the D.C. area.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Jones and his staff. I ‘ve had several different Dentist in the past, but the services I received today exceeded my expectations by far. The ENTIRE staff was not only professional but friendly and courteous also, which made this a very comforting experience. Hurry in for your cleaning, you won’t be disappointed!!!
