I just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hedvat and his incredible team of professionals! From their state-of-the art equipment to everything in between, they make the experience of going to the dentist as pain-free and enjoyable as possible. Christina is absolutely the most dedicated, patient and thorough hygienist I have ever met, Amanda makes everything easy to understand when it comes to the insurance and scheduling piece of the visits and Dr. Hedvat himself is truly a magician! I have never had dental work done that by necessity had to be quite invasive yet not feel one bit of pain or discomfort. During the entire time he was doing his work, Dr. Hedvat  was always asking me how I was doing and whether or not I was experiencing any discomfort. The fact that the work itself was done to perfection is simply icing on the cake! I can go on and on saying more good things about Dr. Hedvat and his practice but the most important and best thing is to simply say that if you are searching for a dentist anywhere in Santa Clarita, your search is over!

Dr. Robert Hedvat and all of the staff are very professional, caring, and take the time to answer all questions concerning the health of my gums and teeth. Trust is important when going to any medical professional and Dr. Hedvat and the staff have earned my trust. because they take the time to explain how to better care for my teeth and gums. They also explain any concerns they have regarding my teeth and gums and discuss very openly all options for managing any dental problems. They are also very upfront re: the cost of any procedures. They have also charged me with reasonable fees for procedures that I need,but are not covered by my dental insurance

I am a dentist procrastinator and I am paying the price for it now with 2 crowns, 1 root canal and a filling.  With that said I am beyond blessed to have Dr. Robert aka John Snow, working miracles on my very neglected teeth, Jessica, his assistant, going over and above making sure I’m comfortable and letting me pick whatever i want to watch on Netflix,  beautiful Amanda at the front desk who has become my new bff and working more miracles financially and of course the white puffball Harley, who sits in my lap, cuddles, plays and just loves on me. Why on earth would i go any where else.  Love you all

I really recommend them! Dr Robert and his amazing staff changed how I feel about dentists.  I’ve been terrified of dentists for a very long time, so I’ve been ignoring any kind of dental care. After constant bugging from my wife I decided to Visit Dr Robert- and I realized I should have done it way sooner. First of all the whole place has a very modern and clean look. Amazing service and the most friendly staff I’ve ever seen. You get to watch nature shows on Netflix while Dr Robert takes care of your teeth. But the most important note is – Terri is THE BEST hygienist there is. She made sure I was comfortable during my deep cleaning, and made sure to talk to me during every step to calm my anxiety. So if you are thinking about getting your teeth cleaned, make sure to make an appointment with her ! I am never going with anyone else. Ever

A dentist in Santa Clarita that actually understands why you don’t put metal in your mouth! Finally, no more driving to the west side – Dr. Hedvat is bio-friendly and will work with you at your comfort level and let YOU be your own advocate. AND, he does great work!  I’ve never had a dentist that can nail an adjustment in less than a few taps on the articulating paper. I’ve got a strange bite and I usually have to go back several times for adjustments to crowns, etc., but not here! And, Harley! She’s a sweet pup that will make sure you’re comfortable, then she’s off to do her own thing. Amanda and Dr. Hedvat have a great thing here. Don’t hesitate to visit!

My long time dentist retired (after 35+ years with me) and I had to find another dentist.  After a few years at this new place, I wasn’t happy with the work being done on my teeth and decided to look for another dentist.  A friend recommended this office, and I had my first consultation with Dr. Hedvat.  He took the time to discuss my problems, offered solutions and corrections in a caring, concerned manner.  He is tackling my dental issues, and I have been very happy with the results.  His assistant Jessica is very nice and competent, and Amanda at the front desk is right on the ball.  I had my teeth cleaned by Terri and she was friendly, thorough and gentle.   Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Dr. Robert and his staff and plan to be with him for a long time!

I had an amazing experience at Smile Care Valencia with Dr. Robert. A little over a year ago I was recommended to Dr. Robert it was the best decision ever. From consultation to the completion my veneer, the experience has been seamless. The staff and personnel are always in great spirits and willing to assist as needed, and I am never made to wait long like the last office I used to go to. I love how my teeth turned out and would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking straighter, cleaner teeth with a personable staff

I recently visited this practice when I needed some dental work done. I am normally not too fond of the dentist and just the idea of going brings me much anxiety. But that is not the case anymore. Everyone front the front office and beyond helped me to feel comfortable and at ease. They were very informative and helpful with whatever I needed during my visit. Now instead of waiting to go back to the dentist until I have to because of pain, I will go to my regular 6 month checkups so I can receive preventative care that way

The entire office staff was AMAZING. I went in for a broken tooth thinking they would have me come back, but Dr. Robert saw that I had an emergency situation and pulled the tooth immediately. He was very gentle and his bedside manner was wonderful. The front office staff was so helpful and kind. I wish I would have found them sooner, especially since I have Denti-Cal, and great dentists are hard to find with my insurance. Best trip to the dentist I’ve ever had, even having to get an infected tooth pulled

It had been a couple years since I had a dental check up, so I checked my insurance and happened upon Smile Care Valencia. I checked out their reviews and made time to go in . The person that answered on the phone was very nice and informative of what to expect at the appointment. After giving her my insurance information, the appointment date was set. On my appointment day, the check-in was seamless and I did not have to wait at all. They took my x-rays and the doctor did my check up, and I got my cleaning done on the same day. I needed a couple of fillings and all treatment was done on the same day so I didn’t have to come back which was great because of my busy schedule! The doctor and assistant were very attentive and nice, everything went really well. All in all, my dental check up was very easy! I will definitely let my friends and family know about Dr. Robert Hedvat

So i had to get a root canal and was really scared, but it actually turned out to be a great experience. First of all Amanda, who is at the front desk, is amazing and probably the kindest person you could meet. All of Dr. Hedvats staff is very kind. They got me in very quickly to see the specialist and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Had it done yesterday and have zero pain today and did not have to take any medication! So ya, never thought i would say it, but going to the dentist was actually really fun

After my check up appointment a few months ago, I broke a tooth last weekend, called the office on Monday morning. The receptionist was very kind and informative, she completely understood my urgency and fit me in the schedule the same afternoon. I ended up needing a major restoration. Their schedule was busy, but Dr. Robert was very kind and patient. He knew I have dental anxiety and took his time to explain and show me the model and diagram how the procedure was done and answered all my questions and he was able to fix the broken tooth. He was very gentle during the procedure, I barely felt anything. Everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable, they took great care of me, I’m very happy how they handled my emergency, I will highly recommend them to my friends!

Dr. Robert (Hedvat) along with Amanda & Jimmy, where helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.  I came in for a possible tooth infection (yep it was).  He did a thorough examination to see which tooth was the culprit.  Dr Robert was kind, did not mind my questions and answered them.  Sometimes I can get off track; when I did he was able to bring me back to point without any problem. Smile Care Valencia is my preferred dental office and it should be yours as well! I have always had fear of going to the dentist because of some previous horrible experiences I have had with other unprofessional or unethical dentists. Well I want to share with the world (not just Santa Clarita Valley) how amazing Smile Care Valencia Dr. Hedvat, Amanda and Christina have been with me and my entire family!!! My sister referred me to Dr. Hedvat two week as ago, when I was in a dental emergency! When I called the office I spoke to Amanda, whom by the way is a GEM and the soothing Angel of this office!!! My distress was honestly put at ease when I first spoke to her. She heard my sense of urgency and accommodated me in as promptly as possible. When I arrived, Amanda was so friendly and reassuring that Dr. Hedvat would take good care of me. First, I had to see Christina who is doctors dental hygienist for X-rays and she also did the best thorough teeth cleaning!! She was gentle and just the sweetest kindest human being. Then it was Dr. Hedvat who did his thorough assessment with his high tech equipment and discovered I had a fractured molar. Other dentists could not find the problem, but with his caliber of expertise he pin pointed my agonizing pain and troubled tooth. Not only was I in pain, but full of anxiety as well. Dr. Hedvat was excellent with his bedside manners, gentle and his detail by detail of my condition and his recommendation left me with full trust. Honestly, I felt like I was in the most perfect hands! He did an amazing job and healing has been remarkable! A handful of my family members and I are extremely impressed with Dr. Robert Hedvat and staff that we will be forever loyal patients. Five stars  is not enough to rate accurately. I am so very impressed with this office. First of all, you are warmly greeted by the smiling, friendly Amanda. Every one you encounter is very friendly and reassuring.   Dr. Hedvat is amazing,  he clearly explains everything that is going to happen.  My granddaughter had multiple needs, and the care she received was wonderful.  Dr. Hedvat kept me informed throughout the process and he put my grand daughter’s well being first and foremost.  I am so grateful for the care he provides, and we are keeping him for her care

It’s time to get rid of all fears going to a dentist because Dr. Robert is amazing! After my visit with Dr. Robert, I was so pleased to have finally found such a profound doctor. He takes the time with each of his patients by making sure that their dental needs are met. He brings out this passion in his work which made me feel that I am in great care. I have never been happier with my dental needs until now, and received the uttermost care during my visit. I felt so at ease having him work on my teeth. He is persistent, takes the time to thoroughly explain my issues, and is attentive to all my questions and concerns I may have. I truly had the best experience and will definitely continue to receive all care from him this point on. Not to mention, his office is clean and his staff are all friendly and professional, willing to help or address any questions you have. Over the weekend I broke my tooth. I contacted Dr. Hedvat office and they got me in same day. Office is very clean and has a nice calm atmosphere . Amanda is very friendly and she was able to answer all my insurance questions . Doctor is very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. I’m terrified of the dentist and I was beyond comfortable during my time there. I did not even feel the shot !! Thank you Dr. Hedvat for seeing me on such short notice and taking great care of my teeth . I’ll definitely send over my friend and family to your office

FIRST EVER REVIEW and SO HAPPY that I get to do it for Smile Care Valencia! I ended up coming here because I wanted a second opinion on a dental diagnosis that I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. Previous office quoted me an exorbitant amount – and I am not opposed to paying for services that are needed and costly – I just felt slightly taken advantage of, a lack of transparency, and lack of wanting what’s best for the patient. After an informative and reassuring conversation with the amazing admin (Amanda) I made an appointment with Dr. Hedvat and can I just say — I wanted to cry from feeling so safe and comfortable. He takes his time to fully hear and understand all of your concerns and gives an honest assessment of the treatment that needs to be prioritized. I have had a history of traumatic experiences from dental offices and I cannot praise the staff enough. They are amazing, honest, and SO kind. I love the atmosphere they create to make sure they are giving each patient their best!

I cracked my tooth last night on a piece of food My dentist had just retired last year and I hadn’t seen the new dentist who took over his practice. I read reviews on Dr. Hedvat and decided to text message his office early this morning to see if I could be seen today. To my surprise, Amanda called me this morning and was able to schedule me to be seen at 3:30 pm I saw Dr.Robert (as they call him) and he told me he could do a crown and I would not need a root canal. I went back an hour later and he completed the temporary crown. His office is only 2 miles from my home. He was very gentle and patient. Thank you Amanda and Dr.Robert!

I am definitely happy that I came here for my dental needs and I plan on continuing to come as a patient here. I am also seriously considering other dental services they provide as well

I used to come to this office initially to see Dr. Hartzel, and then Dr. West, but I just found out Dr. West is retiring and the practice has been transferred to Dr. Robert. I was a little hesitant at first, but after meeting Dr. Robert , he really won me over. He is outgoing and as just talkative as Dr. Hartzal ever was, and I felt comfortable with him almost immediately! Everyone else is otherwise the same, especially Lonetta who does my cleanings who I loveeee . In the lobby you’ll find complimentary coffee and water, and a friendly lady working the front desk ( sorry, I forgot her name). Key word here is MODERN. I know this may seem odd (a place with deadly looking tools lol), but I love going to this dentist office. First of all the facility is really nice. They use these mini cameras to show you the inside of your mouth that displays on a big t.v. right in front of you. They’ll also show you your xrays on the screen too! The xray mouth pieces are comfortable, not all bulky, hard and uncomfortable like other traditional dentist office. Super friendly people. I totally recommend making this your dental office!
