My husband and son go to the office on Copper Hill because we live 5 minutes away from the office. I go to the office on Soledad. I love Dr. Kossi! She is amazing! Extremely professional to the point of perfection. She is very honest, doesn’t do unnecessary work to make money on you and explains everything in detail. She is the best dentist I have ever had. And of course what would we do without Cheryl! She is amazing, very professional, and she will take care of you in no time. Very friendly and she will do her best to make you happy. I had an urgent situation and she actually contacted other offices to get me an appointment (this is how I ended up in the office on Soledad 😉 hard for me to say buy to my favorite people Andy and Gigi, so I decided not to transfer). Every time I go to the office, I am treated like a family member. Thank you for being so awesome!

We finally found a dental office in Valencia where we are not just a number.  I now have the most caring hygienist (Suzanne) and wizard for a doctor (Dr. Kim).  Alas, I always save the best for last… The front office team rocks!  I can use email to correspond about billing or schedule needs.  An all-around two thumbs UP.

I contacted them with a chipped tooth and they got me an appointment the very next day, even though I wasn’t an existing patient. I found all the staff very personable and helpful, willing to answer all the questions I had clearly and transparently. The dentist I saw, too, was great. They also dealt well with my young daughter who I had with me, even letting her sit on my lap during the exam. Definitely glad I found this place.

After a toothache for a few days I called and they got me in last minute! Saw me exactly at my appointment time, started a root canal, and completely took care of the pain. Office is clean and welcoming, and staff is incredibly sweet. Cant thank them enough!

Beyond blessed to have found this dentist office!!! Sara, the owner, is a gem & so kind!!! Cheryl who runs the front desk and payments is also the sweetest! I don’t know why I spent so many years going to a dentist I didn’t even like!! The dental assistants I have had are all great and they remember everything about me which makes for a great personal connection. They will play music of your taste or put on a TV show for you to watch while you’re getting work done. Dr. Piltser is the dentist that has worked on me and what I like is that she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and will even go the extra mile to take pictures with these fancy cameras to show me what she’s seeing. She works very efficiently which makes for nice visits. Gentle with the needles for numbing and always has a smile on under that medical mask! I had four cavities filled today and no pain or irritation like I have had in the past with other dentists. Dr. Piltser was able to get me to start flossing!!!! She really cares about her patients and their teeth. GO IN FOR A CLEANING NOW IF YOU HAVENT BEEN IN 6 OR MORE MONTHS; YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist ever. Everyone was super kind and friendly. I just got new insurance and went in for an exam and cleaning. I had my fiance listed as my emergency contact and was congratulated on my engagement. They made me feel like a person and not just a patient. They let me pick whatever show I wanted on Netflix to watch during my exam. Dr. Lim was conversational and made me feel super comfortable. Most dentist visits I’ve had as an adult usually come with a laundry list of “essential and time sensitive” (and mind you, expensive) work I need done in my mouth, whereas Dr. Lim let me know that my teeth and gums are happy and healthy. Gave me a small list of optional treatments I could do to improve my smile, but did not pressure me AT ALL. This is all I could hope for in a dentist.

So happy to have found Smile City Dental! Dr Kossi and her staff are among the most professional, caring and skilled dental caregivers around. I found the office to be extremely clean and hygienic as well. The dental assistants who do the teeth cleaning take their time and really give your teeth and gums the attention they deserve. I had Angela & Mary who were both very informative and attentive as well. Dr Kossi was extremely gentle and precise during my gum recession composite procedure. The staff is not pushy and the front desk ladies are also a pleasure to work with. I have been wary of dentists for years and I am happy to say my search is over and Smile City Dentist is where my family and I will continue to go!

I’m 40 years old and I have been Mistreated by 2 Dentists in my life so bad I have a Fear of going… Than I got a Toothache! I’m so glad I called Smile City. They got me in the next day. I was Soo scared I almost didn’t go but when I walk through the Doors, I saw the Reception ladies and they were super nice and when I went back to a room the Nurse was so sweet and listened to my feelings and assured me that I will be OK.. The Dentist I had was Wonderful… He was so busy and took the time to fit me in and he was very Nice and Gentle and had me done and out of there….Thank you Smile City! Smile City Dental Group at Canyon Country does the absolute best work! So comprehensive and compassionate; amazing attention to detail! Really made me feel like I was at home! I’ve got a great dentist with Dr. Kossi and Dr. Salahuddin. So pleased! Hygenists Bertha and Angela really do a phenomenal job! After the appointment, they showed me their spa room! Complete with a relaxing ambience and a massage chair. Perfect getting rid of tension! Thank you smile city dental!
