Awesome and super friendly Staff and Dentist. Very meticulous with Dental work, dedicated to customer satisfaction. My son can’t stop smiling since his corrective repair was done. My entire family has scheduled appointments with this office.

The doctor (E. Johnson) and the whole staff were so wonderful! I have high anxiety when it comes to even walking in the dentist’s door and they all made me feel better right away. They were kind, relatable, non-judgemental and helpful without charging me threw the roof! I have more work coming up and if it’s anything like my first visit… I’ll just happy I found them!

Excellent! 5 horrendous years of dental & orthodontic work when I was younger has pretty much given me PTSD when it comes to dealing with situations like this as an adult and they did an awesome job at making me comfortable! It is the one dentist chair I have been able to sit in and NOT anticipate legitimate feelings of torture & dread! Staff was really great. The most & only pain I had to deal with there was the expected shot of numbing agent; any other dentist would usually poke & prod around your mouth despite how much you tell them it hurts. They even saw me on an emergency basis and are wiling to work with your budget.

Dr. Johnson has really put together quite the impressive team to welcome new patients to the practice. No overwhelming, detached professionalism here. Just real people that truly care about others who have had less than favorable experiences in the past. I’ve yet to schedule to have my embarassing teeth replaced by my first denture (until I can better afford the implanted version), but Dr. Eric has made me actually look forward to the procedure rather than be scared s***less about it. (I had a very traumatic experience with a dentist as a kid…ever seen the movie Marathon Man where Sir Lawrence Olivier plays the Nazi dentist?…Yeah, THAT kind of experience!) Dr. Eric completely had my trust from Day One.

I have always feared dentist appointments! Since as long as I can remember every appointment to the dentist office has ended in tears, until today! I went in for a consultation and left feeling relieved and excited…(YES I SAID EXCITED!) to get started on all of the work I need done. Dr Johnson was very nice, he did a wonderful job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions. The Hygienist I met with was AMAZING such a sweet, sweet lady she really made me feel at ease, she also did a wonderful job explaining everything that needs to be done and making sure my comfort was a priority during treatment. My assistant Jazmin did a wonderful job with X-Rays and making sure the doctor knew what all of my concerns were before he came in to see me so I didn’t have to repeat my self a million different times! I apologize for the lengthy review but I was just so impressed with this office and I wanted to share! Great team, Great environment, Amazing care! -Thank you Smile Colorado Family Dental!

Each member of the staff team I encountered was nothing short of amazing to me. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I got there. Getting X-rays was easy. The hygenist, Drea – super chill, and made me feel like a friend while she was cleaning my ivory’s with that metal hook. And, while they were likely not planning for it AT ALL, Dr. Johnson and his assistant graciously granted my request to do all the work I needed on the same day. As a vet tech, I do have some dental knowledge (much is the same with cat and dog mouths), so I fully understand what granting my request meant for the staff. I dread having dental work done, but, I had a good day getting drilled in my face by some pretty awesome people. Ultimately, I felt incredibly lucky for having stumbled upon this office so close to my house. Seriously. Lucky.

I have not really been seen by this group yet, however, the receptionist on the phone has been exceptional with her customer service skills. I am scheduled to be seen on the 11th of this month. I had to reschedule, after my sunburn on my lips needing to heal. Dee2e . They got sunburned at work. 🙂 I will give a new report after my upcoming appointment. Dr. Eric and his friendly staff have been nothing less then exceptional. They have met every need concerningy dental care. I just lost a cap on my bottom tooth and they took care to run an x-ray to submit to have it replaced. I don’t know how to spell the front desk receptionist yet, but I will learn it. She is one of the warmest young ladies I have met. Top of the line in her profession to welcome me as a new client.. Warm greeting and approachable. I love coming here. Two reasons. Warm team of professions and location is close to where I live. Thank you all for your kind care and help. Eventually I will be able to get the implants I need to build my confidence to smile again. As nervous as I am in dentist offices when I hear the equipment used to fix my teeth. They kept me calm and made sure I was relaxed. The receptionist is one of Dr. Eric’s highest assets because of her excellent customer care skills. Dr. Eric explains each detail of his procedure to help me calm my nerves.
