Usually people who really need help will go to see a dentist. Most of the time, we are in pain or waited so long that the damage done on our teeth are not going to be cured on the first visit It has been a long time since I started going to Smile Dental From cleaning my teeth, root canal, mouth guard, and Crown Both Dr. Arian and Dr. Parvin are very professional, efficient, courteous, and very straight forward I’m a person who really cares about my health, the way I appear, and look I choose them because I trust them. Both are experienced. If the time that I’m available and Dr. Arian is with another patient Dr. Parvin will take over to help Dr. Parvin or Dr. Arian will always check the previous visit to make sure what has been done so be able to continue working on my teeth. I never had any problem with any of them working on my teeth. God bless both of you

I visited Smile Dental Clinic today for the first time, I really liked Dr. Parvin I had a few concerns and I left the office satisfied.  The office even filed my insurance claim for me, the dentist I was seeing before in Skyline made me file my own claims, which was a real pain.  I scheduled my six month cleaning and I would recommend her to my family and friends.

it is such a pleasure to be blessed with having a Doctor who cares for your teeth and well being as Dr Parvin, I have been coming to Dr Parvin for a long time. She will not do work If is not needed. I know a lot of dentists are about the Money. Dr Parvin loves her patients and will do what she can to save their teeth and also to help them save money as well. I was recently seen on an emergency basis for an abcessed tooth. Dr. Parvin Amouhashem is always very nice and although i had not been in a while, she remembered me and greeted me cheerfully. She took xrays and did a thorough exam. She then took the time to tell me what was going on – and that I needed to have the tooth pulled. She explained things in a way that i (a educated lay person) could understand. We also discussed more work that I wanted done. She said that she was a “conservative dentist” – meaning that she wasn’t going to just jump in and do everything at once; instead, she wanted to fix things in order of importance to restore complete dental health. I appreciated that because some dentists are just out there to do procedure after procedure to make money. Dr. Parvin Amouhashem really cares. She took her time with my tooth, and at no time was I in pain. She, and the very nice, cheerful young lady at the front desk run a great dental clinic. The young lady at the front desk is always nice and explains prices and benefits, etc… I really recommend Smile Dental Clinic.

Dr Parvin is absolutely wonderful and so Is Suzie, the receptionist. Both are really knowledgeable. Dr Parvin was not quick to judge on procedure. She explained everything and walked me through the best plan. Suzie helped by researching my insurance info and explained the costs. No surprises later. I really am glad I found Smile Dental on George Mason.

Been going here for 15 years. Suzy greets you with a warm and friendly smile each and every time. Parvin and her husband are both phenomenal dentists! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. From having four compacted wisdom teeth dug up, to crowns, filling, root canals they have done everything for me and my entire family. We all go here and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I even have to drag my three year old out of her office because she loves going to the dentist because of Parvin and her team!

I love that I am the sole focus of her attention from the time I walk back from the waiting area until I am done. This has never been the case with any other dentist I’ve seen in my 46 years. She explains everything to me honestly and clearly. The front office has great technology to remind you of appointments, let you check-in early, and even fill out paperwork. And they work seamlessly with my insurance company.

I’m surprised by the less than stellar reviews. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and have been seeing them for about 8 years. I’ve always had “difficult” teeth… runs in the family. Dr. Parvin has helped me with preventative measures and has never shamed me for the dental issues I do have. I’ve always gotten in quickly for emergencies (and I’ve had a few). And I’ve never felt like any treatment I’ve gotten was unnecessary. I highly recommend Dr. Parvin! And Suzi at the desk is simply fantastic, too!

I have always been afraid of the dentist and was recommended by a friend to go to Smile Dental Clinic. Dr. Parvin was professional, friendly, and kind. I was very happy to find a place where I can trust the doctors and feel comfortable. I definitely recommend going to this facility to all that are in need of a good dentist.

Dr. Parvin was one of the most helpful and sincere Dr’s I’ve come across. After being misled by one Dental Office, Dr. Parvin took me in as a patient. Dr. Parvin commented on the urgency of needing a root canal sooner rather than later. Knowing I needed expeditious care, she used her resources to find an Endodontist that had an opening on the SAME day and accepted my insurance. Shortly after my operation, I asked if Dr. Parvin had availability and she made room for me the same day. I am exceedingly satisfied with her services and her duty to go above and beyond for patient care. TL;DR: I trust Dr. Parvin. She is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about patient’s dental health. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Amouhashem and Susy since I was very young and they both have been on top of my teeth. Dr. Amouhashem is always making sure I come at least twice a year and always makes time for me and my family. I recently had pain for my last wisdom tooth and she immediately made an appointment the next day to see me and the following week she took out my tooth and it was easy! She went out her way to call me the next day even though her office was closed. Very caring and professional staff! Even though I used to live an hour away, I still always came to see her.

Very professional. Dr Parvin explains what she is doing every step of the way and seems to really care. She’ll prepare you for the painful or uncomfortable parts and consistently underdeliver! She even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I’m happy to have found my new dentist!

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and all I can say its that Im not going anywhere.  I did need a couple of emergency appointments and they were very helpful, I was seen the same day.  I usually go in on Satuday morning because its the most convinient for me, yes the parking can be an issue on Saturday afternoon but I’ve never had any problem.  Both dentists are great and super understanding of my fears.

I highly recommend Smile Dental to everyone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are affordable. I have been coming here for almost three years for regular cleaning. Susie, the receptionist, is always welcoming with a friendly smile. I recently had a filling done by Dr. Parvin, and it was by far the best filling I have ever had. She was gentle and informative during the process. I appreciated the kind gestures. These ladies love their job and caring for each patient. I love Smile Dental Clinic!

She was very sweet and pleasant. She took her time with you and made sure you were taken care of. I felt no pain before, during or after the pulling of my teeth (only the pressure). I have and will continue to recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances.

So, I actually love this place. I have been going here for the last 5 years and have always found them to be helpful, professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and accommodating. When I first came to them my mouth was a mess. I had gone to several other dentists who told me my one molar was “fine” and that my other tooth that had had a root canal procedure was dead. Upon coming to Dr Parvin she found that the tooth that I had been told was “fine” was actually very infected and could not be saved. The other doctor who told me it was “fine” was clearly very, very wrong and could have caused me major health issues down the line. So thank god Dr Parvin was able to diagnose it properly and remove it. Yeah, it sucks to lose a tooth but there really was no saving it (totally rotten). I even kept the tooth as a reminder to take care of my teeth… It was baaaD. As for the “dead” tooth I had, she was able to clean it up and put a crown on it. 5 years later it is totally fine. No issues whatsoever. I now get regular cleanings with Smile Dental and am in the process of getting an implant done. Dentists are never cheap, but I would say that Smile Dental offers reasonable prices for the Nova region and they take all kinds of insurance (like my crappy HMO). They never push unnecessary procedures. Additionally, I have never had issues making appointments nor have I had any customer service issues. They are great in my book and that is why I travel from Baltimore to see them.

My only regret is that I didn’t find her YEARS ago. From the friendly receptionist, to the Dr. herself, my visit and experience left me speechless. Some dentist are only in the profession for the money, but Dr. Pravin genuinely cares about her patients and their teeth, oral hygiene, and maintenance.

The dental visit was very good. She answered my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the visits. I have gone two additional times since my first visit and I loved it. In the past I was always afraid when thinking about going to a dentist appointment in general. I am so glad to have found Dr. Amouhashem. She is very gentle, knowledgable and thorough. Definitely recommend her. The facility is very clean. front desk personnel very friendly and welcoming.

I was highly impressed during my visit with Dr. Parvin,l. Not only she was amazing, her staff was also very informative. From the initial call, they were attentive and quick at getting back to me. Dr. Parvin also does a great job at explaining to the patient their situation and breaking down what has to be done and why. I’ve had many great dentist but she tops them all.
