I always have a pleasant experience with Dr. Tomaselli and his staff. After moving to Chicago in 2012 I was recommended to his practice by a friend. I have had extensive dental and orthodontic work (crowns, root canals, 2 sets of braces, oral surgery) and Dr. T did a thorough examination on my first appointment and gave informative and transparent feedback. No automatic high $$$ treatments “required” (feedback I received from my first dentist in Chicago). Kristin my hygienist is top notch, and I look forward to my appointments and maintaining a flossing habit to get a clean bill of health from Dr. T and Kristin! Fun and honest team, happy to have been recommended!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Chicago Smile Design and as a whole I cannot say that the service could of gotten any better. The price of the extraction was such a bargain compared to all the other outlets that offered the same service that it was hard for me not to come here. Additionally, the girls working there were all extremely courteous and polite. They watched over me and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The same words can be said for Dr. Tomaselli. He was also kind enough to schedule the appointment that I already had scheduled earlier so that I could eat earlier. He also gave me his cell phone number if I had any further questions. Although I do have one little complaint, during the extraction for some reason the anesthetic that was given to me did not really fully numb my lower tooth on the right hand side of my mouth, so needless to say I was definitely in quite some pain while it was happening. As a whole, I would say that the service is a 4.5/5. I definitely do not regret coming here and would recommend it to a friend.

I didn’t go to the dentist for a number of years and when I finally gave in I searched Yelp for reviews of dentists who could deal with people who avoided dentists. Dr. Tomaselli got good reviews, so I tried him. Over a number of years I got my mouth into better shape. He was good about figuring how to schedule it so a lot of work could be spread out. And when it was mostly done the regular visits found when I needed a root canal before it became a painful situation. The office staff have always been helpful in getting the most out of my dental insurance as well. So I would highly recommend Dr. Tomaselli.

All of the staff here are really wonderful, kind, and friendly. I’ve never waited more than a couple minutes for a scheduled appointment, and they do great work. I’ve had a couple fillings done here, and I would recommend Chicago Smile Design to anyone looking for a great team of dentists and hygienists who really care about their work and their patients

Okay, Dr. Tomaselli and his staff are the best. I have been a patient of Dr. Tomaselli’s for over a year and since I have had my bi-annual cleanings done, two wisdom teeth extracted and two new crowns placed. Dr. Tomadelli is a great dentist and is really an expert in what he does. If you want the best Dr. out there for your dental work, this is the place to go. Having lived in Washington, DC for 6 years before moving back to Chicago I needed a new dentist. Funny thing, I walked into Dr. Tomaselli’s office since my friend lived in the condominium building above and it was a central location for work. What an experience! Professional staff all dressed to the 9’s with the most accomodating personalities. Starting from your reception at the office–comfy chairs, relevant and current magazines, water bottles, etc. The office is immaculately clean with updated equipment and the most amazing dental hygenists. With thier “kick back and relax” attitudes, Dr. Tomaselli is able to complete this picture. I have to admit, I have never been afraid of the dentist, but I like people with personality who can also back up their experience. Knowing I would possibly need some dental work in the future, I felt comfortable from the moment I sat down to consult with Dr. Tomaselli about the procedures. I cherish loyalty and support of small businesses and this is why I keep coming back to Smile Design. Oh, and on the way out make sure you get your goody bag of toothpaste, floss, toothbrushes and the ever soothing lip balm for our infamous winters. This was probably the best business I ever walked into blindly…

I’ve been Dr. Tomaselli’s patient for almost 2 years. At Chicago Smile Design I’ve received invisalign treatment as well as veneers and other dental work. Dr. Tomaselli is exceptionally talented and has completely transformed my smile! I cannot be happier or more satisfied with the results and I highly recommend Chicago Smile Design to anyone who’s looking to achieve or maintain a beautiful smile. Everyone in the staff is extremely professional and personable and all of them have made my visits to the office very enjoyable. I’d also like to recommend Dr. De La Cruz who has been assisting in my orthodontic treatment.

I’ve been a patient of Chicago Smile Design for about 9 years and have always found the staff to be competent and compassionate. I appreciate the daily follow up from the staff and Dr. Tomaselli after procedures too. I came to them with a mouth full of crowns, an ill-fitting partial, and some infected teeth. I needed implants and other work, but my situation was complicated with health issues. Dr. Tomaselli has been resourceful to help me achieve my dental goals and I would not trust anyone else with my dental care. I wholeheartedly recommend Chicago Smile Design!

The customer service is always better than you can possibly expect.  From the moment you walk in the door, you would just assume no one in this office has ever had a bad day. They consistently exceed my expectations for any dental care provider.  Cleanings are handled, quickly yet efficiently, with outstanding results.  My Invisalign case has turned out much better than I could have ever possibly imagined.  I am very thankful of Chicago Smile Design for how much they have helped to re-design my smile.

The Team at Chicago Smile Design is the best! I’ve been going here now for a few years and have always had great experiences. Even when I need to get some work that’s not so fun done on my teeth, I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Tomaselli and crew. Nice and close to the Red & Brown lines and easy to get in and have work done before you start your work day if needed.
