I love the dental team at Medical Center Dental Care!  I have always been a bit ‘dental phobic’ — but the dentist and hygienists are really patient, and explain everything they are doing — so i don’t have the anxiety i used to have. Theresa is hands down a great hygienist — i had a real phobia about cleanings  — but she was really patient with me and now having my teeth cleaned is easy. Also, i had some very long term dental issues which my previous dentist wasn’t able to help resolve.  Not a problem at Medical Center Dental Care — they took my concerns seriously, and developed a plan to fix them on my preferred timeline. The other great thing is they work really well with my insurance company.  I know exactly what something is going to cost — also they are willing to work with you on terms to pay the bill if you need to — very nice about it too. I highly recommend them if you need a dentist — or want to try a new dentist.  Plus the office are new and spotless.

I used to have such a dental phobia, in part due to some bad experiences in dental chairs, that I neglected my dental care for years, causing me to have major dental problems. My first visit to Medical Center Dental Group changed all of that. Their doctors and hygeinists have always been so gentle and patient with me and my very low pain threshold. Over the years that I have been a patient, they have helped me to overcome my anxiety, expertly treated all my major issues, and educated me in good oral care practices. I am happy to report that as of my routine cleaning and exam yesterday, my mouth is in excellent health! I couldn’t have accomplished this without the skilled professional care and guidance provided by the staff at Medical Center Dental Group! Their administrative staff is also very friendly and helpful, and their state-of-the-art West Hills office is beautiful. Thank you to all the staff at MCDG!

I haven’t had a major procedure done here, but my routine visits are great.  They stay open late to accommodate the people that work and I think they open on weekends.  I like that they know my dental history and are aware of areas that may need more attention in the near future. My cleanings are very thorough. I don’t have a problem telling them to do a little more cleaning in a particular area.. and they are cool with it.

I am not a fan of dentists but I truly enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly and super accommodating.  They give you a clear path to maintaining good health for your teeth. They work with you on payments.  They offer great advice to keeping your teeth in great condition. If you are looking for a group of people who care about their patients, go here.  They not only will make you feel welcome, they will make sure you are always comfortable while they work on your teeth.  I’m a huge baby when it comes to dentists but I don’t fear it anymore.  Pick up the phone and call them.  If you got this far in my review then you really must be searching for a good place.  You found it.

My dental care had been awful in the past, thanks to a dentist that did work that wasn’t needed, and shoddy work in top of that. Needing some serious help, I found the Medical Dental Center. Everyone there, from the practice manager to the dentists and hygeinists are kind, very accommodating, and patient.  They gave me a script for anti anxiety meds for my day today, and it helped immensely. The work performed was the least painful I’ve ever had, too, and was done efficiently and quickly, too! I’m confident that they’ll soon get my smile back in good order, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a 35 year old man, and the hope they’ve given me brings tears to my eyes. I really can’t say enough about them. I have a long way to go, but they’re already making my life better!

I never write reviews, and I decided that for the type of service and experience that I received, I must write a review because the team deserves it. I had my first root canal when I was 7 years old. I’m over 40 now. I know dentists very well 🙂 The entire Smile Haus team is exceptional. From the front desk, through billing, assistants, hygiene therapists, and the Drs. Not only that they master their profession so you know that you would get the best dental care, but they also provide you with exceptional service. I have recommended Medical Center Dental to my entire family and friends. The doctor and hygienist are the most respectful, gentle,  thorough I’ve ever seen. They explained evetything and I learned so much. This dental office is professional and caring from start to finish. I called many offices, as I was looking for a new local dentist. The phone receptionist was helpful and polite. All the staff are gentle, thorough, informative. I had some concerns about my gums from a previous dentist, but they assured me that everything was going to be fine. I’m not worried anymore.   The financial lady spoke to me about my portion of the bill, and my insurance. It all made sense. And when I received my EOB from my insurance company, I saw that this office had billed correctly,  whereas others offices have not So glad I found them.

The clinic is very clean, I felt very welcoming, the whole staff was very helpful & the Dr knew exactly what he was doing & answered all my questions. My appointment wasn’t for a routine check up & I was very nervous! I needed an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth so I was very scared but it went GREAT! Felt no pain when the procedure was performed & the healing process was quick & painless! I will definitely recommend this Dental Clinic! =]
