Dr. Grafman is an incredible dentist and her cosmetic work is next level. She created a extensive treatment plan for me spanned out to a timeline that fit in my schedule and budget. Her and her team make you feel so comfortable and like family. I always enjoyed visiting her office for my appointments. Her attention to detail, professionalism and perfectionist spirit is top level as she really nails what you are looking for to achieve your best smile. I am beyond happy with my results and cannot stop showing off my new smile. She has given me the confidence to enjoy taking pictures again. You are guaranteed a great outcome that works for your lifestyle. Cannot recommend her enough, seriously look no further (there are so many cosmetic dentists to choose from in NY, but Smile Health Spa, Dr. Grafman and her team are the best in town!).

Dr. Irene Grafman is a true professional. I had both my upper and lower teeth replaced with crowns and veneers. Dr. Grafman worked quickly and thoroughly and was very concerned that I understood the procedure(s) she was using. Color and fit of all my teeth were priorities. That is why I love my new teeth and my new smile!

I had such a greatexperience at my dental appointments this week with Dr. Irene Grafman at Smile Health Spa. I had a couple teeth that had been bothering me for some time and my previous dentist took a look at the areas but never offered treatment. When I later ended up waking up with my cheek swollen and in an enormous amount of pain, at a recommendation, I called Dr. Grafman’s office to see if they could see me and see what was really going on there. The office was great about fitting me in and once I was there, took the time to go over the x-Rays and intraoral pictures they took of my teeth to let me know what it was I was looking at and what we could do to fix it. It’s rare to find a doctor that will spend that much time discussing things with you and not rushing you out, but I have never had a dentist explain what was going on, what could have been the contributing factors, how we can fix it and how we can avoid it happening again. She was so pleasant and glad to educate me on my concerns. I no longer have dental insurance to help with the fees, but her office staff was able to give me treatment options that would get me out of pain and restore my teeth but also not break the bank. My biggest concern was really just having quality work that is going to last me, and I feel confident in the work that Dr. Grafman did… and the bonus is, it also looks better than what I had before! If you’re in the area or even if you are not (I made the commute), definitely call Dr. Irene Grafman at Smile Health Spa, you won’t be disappointed!

I just finished my invisalign treatment with Dr. Grafman and I am thrilled with my results! She used a combination of Homeoblock and Invisaligns to correct a previously botched orthodontic job done by another orthodontist. My smile is bigger and better than it ever has been! I chose Dr. Grafman because I knew from the start I could trust her. I liked her confidence in the treatment she proposed and knew I would be in good hands. I now also get my bi-annual cleaning at her office. Dr. Grafman and her entire staff are so lovely and accommodating. I actually look forward to going to her office, where I’m always greeted with smiles and kindness. Thanks for my smile, Dr. Grafman!

If you’re looking to enhance, beautify, and illuminate your smile then look no further because Dr. Grafman will do just that and more! I was referred to Dr Grafman by a co worker who has one of the best smiles I have ever seen. Her teeth were super white, super straight, and when she smiled she lit up the room. I was a bit envious of her because my teeth were just the opposite. The biggest problem with smile was my 10×10 gap between my two front teeth that I’ve hated since I was a child. On top of that, I had a “gummy smile” which meant the majority of my teeth were covered by my gums which made me even more self conscious. I’ve seen so many dentist over the years and had bad experiences. I almost gave up hope BUT my co worker convinced me to see Dr. Grafman and looking back I’m so happy I did. My initial consultation with Dr. Grafman was very thorough. I told her how I envisioned my perfect smile and she in return explained the treatment I would need to have, which included Invisalign and a gingivectomy. I was happy I didn’t have to wear braces, because I already wore them as a teenager and more importantly I’m nearly 30 years old and wanted to be discreet about my transformation. I wore the Invisalign for a little over a year and believe me when I tell you that it works! I no longer have a huge gap and my teeth straightened out beautifully. The gingivectomy, involves Dr. Grafman using a laser to remove gum to expose more of my teeth and that was the icing on the cake because now when I smile you can see my teeth and not just pink gums! Nothing was painful because I was numbed and Dr. Grafman always made sure I was comfortable as she did her magic on me. It may sound cheesy but Dr. Grafman restored my confidence. My smile is the bomb.com and I owe it all to her. Dr. Grafman is beyond intelligent, professional, and she will give you great results. Her office staff and dental assistant are great as well. I was given appointments times to accommodate my work schedule and I never waited long to be seen. It doesn’t get any better than that! Quit wasting your time with dentist that only want to drain your bank account and don’t deliver quality work. Go see Dr. Grafman and you’ll be happy you did 🙂

4 years after my first review of Dr Grafman, I am still rating Smile Health Spa 5 Stars! I just finished Invisalign treatment with Dr Grafman in just 14 weeks and again am thrilled with my results! She made the process extremely easy with only 2 visits needed during treatment. She took the time to make a few small cosmetic final touches with some bonding and polishing to ensure a perfect smile. I thank her and all of her staff for making my visits easy to schedule and a pleasure to go to!

Out of five stars, Smile Health Spa is off the charts at a 10. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by Amanda at the front desk. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, laid back and peaceful. She somehow finds a way of just making things easier. If I was hiring a personal assistant, I would be begging Amanda to be mine. Then there is Anna, the dental hygienist. If you get a cleaning with Anna, you feel like your teeth miraculously got whiter and brighter by two shades. Just when you think it can’t get much better you will sit in Dr. Grafman’s chair and any and all dental concerns begin to vanish as she finds simple solutions to your most complicated and obscure problems. She has fixed things for me that I didn’t even know were possible. After working with her, my bite accommodates my jaw to perfection and I’m not complaining that she took my smile from a 3 to a 10 either! So, if you are looking for anything from an amazing cleaning to serious dental work and you’d like to by pass a bad attitude at the front desk and leave with a clean bright smile feeling all the while like you just had brunch with your girlfriends, this is definitely the place!

After moving to NYC I had a difficult time finding a trustworthy dentist. Not only has Dr. Grafman earned my trust but her office staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Dr. Graftman is more than just the ordinary dentist who cares for your oral health, she cares about her patients and her bedside manner is incredibly personable. She picked up on numerous health issues I have had in the past (TMJ, muscle pain, etc.) and was able to explain clearly how my bite affects these issues. I appreciated the time she took to clearly explain everything to me and make sure that I understood the cause and effect between the irregularities of my mouth and my symptoms. I felt way more comfortable at the densit knowing exactly what was wrong and the specific options I had to fix my problems. Dr. Graftman is also a true artist – I could not emphasize more the high quality of her work – it is truly astounding. Using bonding to fix two backwards teeth and spaces in my mouth, she created the perfect smile in the most natural of ways. People who I had known for 15 years didnt notice right off the bat – which is exactly how you want great cosmetic work done!! You want people to forget what you ever looked like before, you want it to look like you were born that way. When I pointed out my new teeth to friends and family, jaws dropped one after one and it was an amazing feeling – I now have a more normal bite that allows my jaw to rest and eliminates my jaw pain and a brand new smile that is perfect and natural. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better result!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Grafman for a while now. The wait is usually not very long and the staff is very pleasant to deal with. I’ve gotten everything from cleanings to cosmetic work and I have to say she’s one of the best! She takes the time to explain every little thing she is going to do and answers every question you may have. I had some work done on my front teeth from another dentist who had done a terrible job and Dr. Grafman was able to correct it! I now love my smile and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this office to everyone with no hesitation.
