The most comprehensive examination I’ve ever received. Dr. Ebrahimi and his staff explained what they observed clearly and gave recommendations for improved dental care. They photo document the entire mouth (in addition to x-ray) and have a large screen to to show you exactly what they’re seeing. Excellent experience and I highly recommend visiting this office. PS – the Health Quarters set up down stairs is such a cool set up and the most functional waiting room I’ve seen.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! It’s clear Dr. Ebrahimi prioritizes patient comfort. The space was incredibly clean, and the technology was advanced. All other staff members were also very kind and highly detailed, clearly walking through everything. They had my best interest in mind and weren’t trying to charge unnecessary expenses, as other dentists have in the past.

I had a amazing experience with Smile Lab today. It was my first time in, I had a horrible wisdom tooth ache that had the whole left side of my face swollen. I called the office and they were able to get me right in that day, and extract my aching tooth. Dr. Ebrahini was incredibly kind, and made sure was comfortable as possible for the extraction. The staff was also professional and kind, with great, informative and quick help. The whole experience was only 1.5 hours. The office is also beautiful and clean, with latest x-ray machine so don’t have to do the old school 20 picture one. Highly reccomend!

Excellent clinic and office. Feels like a spa. Brilliant doctor and staff. State of the art technology and they did a comprehensive examination and assessment of all the needs. A proper and comprehensive written plan was created by the staff with costs and timeline. When the doctor said they had a “no pain” approach at his clinic I didn’t believe him. But remarkably, tooth extraction, cleaning and fillings were indeed painless. The team kept explaining me the process as the session went on. They kept me calm and relaxed throughout. Recovery has been smooth. The staff checked up on me a couple of times to make sure I was doing ok. Very happy with the experience.

I always have anxiety when visiting the dentist. I’m so glad I found Smile Lab. Smile Lab opens on Saturday’s which is convenient for me. Couldn’t have asked for more in a dental office. I was hesitant at first trying a new dental office but I can wholeheartedly say this experience was nothing but pleasant. The office is new and clean. When I first walked in I was very confused as to where I was as the lobby was so modern and nice. Nothing like any dental office I’ve ever been to. There was no wait whatsoever. I checked in with the person at the entrance and then a dental assistant came to direct me right away. This “office” space is shared with a variety of other healthcare providers (think WeWork but for healthcare). The assistant, the hygienist, and Dr. Ebrahimi were all wonderful. Everything they said and explained was clear and understandable. Even the iPad I was watching while they worked on my teeth was a great touch. I loved this place and I loved the experience. I will definitely be back for my dental needs and definitely recommend this office and dentist to others.

I’ve been to four other dentists in the city and Smile Lab has been my all-time favorite! The staff is very friendly. Little to no wait time. Fair price. I needed to complete my implant but a different dentist quoted me significantly more than Smile Lab! They also offer emergency appointments, which is very helpful! Dr Ebrahimi and his staff are redefining what medical care is all about, human interaction, I had the most amazing experience, from the attention to details from the first visit, to the root canal treatment, everything was well thought of, I was really comfortable and didn’t feel anything while receiving the treatment, I came to the office with a complicated root canal case, I was scheduled in a matter of few days. This place is almost too good to be true. I’ve never written a review about anything but my experience there was wonderful. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentistry but the whole staff was extremely understanding, patient, and they all made sure I was comfortable at all times. The whole thing was painless. Slick and spotless facilities. A very pleasant first visit for a cleaning, checkup and full set of x-rays. Didn’t push unnecessary treatments, which I always appreciate. Most notable: Dr. Ebrahimi and his assistant are both preternaturally friendly – and I mean that in a good way! I do have a cracked rear molar that needs tending to before it gets worse, so I am going back to get it taken care of because I do need a new regular dentist and their prices are inline with what I am accustomed to. Best dentist in Soho! Dr. E does great work, ranging from restorative to cosmetic (e.g., veneers). He listens to the patients and walks you through every step of your treatment plan, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and very happy with the work being done. The work is also of high quality, and will last for decades. If you’re looking for a place to establish care, I cannot recommend Smile Lab more (the dentist office is also brand new and inside a HealthQuarter where you can access a variety of other healthcare providers).

I love this location and Smile Lab in general. I always feared going to the dentist especially after having to get so many fillings over the years for my cavities but after moving to the city and not having been to the dentist in over a year and a half, I knew that I needed to get an appointment in for a cleaning. I was lucky to find Smile Lab because the location is close to where I work and it’s also surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and stores that I could easily run some errands if I have some time to spare! Dr. Ebrahimi and his team really made me feel like there was nothing to worry about since the second I walked in. They gave me a nice tour of Smile Lab and lead me to the room for my cleaning. The room itself is spacious and very different than any other dentist office I’ve been to. I used to always feel claustrophobic in the small dentist spaces but not this one! The room also has a large monitor that Dr. Ebrahimi uses to display the x-rays and pictures of your teeth. It makes things so much easier to understand when he’s explaining everything which is definitely a plus! He and his team really do take the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable so that all my worries about being at the dentist just disappear! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring dentist and team or even if you like modern but also inviting space!
