I got my Invisalign treatment at City Smiles / Smile On and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the process of working with them to straighten my teeth. The staff are all so knowledgable and professional. They really help you get clear on your goals and help you understand what the process is going to look like. They were kind and service-oriented throughout the entire decision-making process, treatment plan, and post-treatment. They were also flexible and worked with me to address concerns that came up throughout the treatment; I never felt like I was asking too many questions. I love this dental team! It’s weird to say you love your dental team but I got my Invisalign treatment here and the staff was so knowledgable, professional, and extremely service-oriented. It’s not often in life that you get to have your dreams come true. Working with City Smiles has been just that. They have made my dream since I was ten years old a complete reality. I loved the downtown location of City Smiles, but have been going to the Clayton location since it opened, as it is so very close to my home!! So, with 2 locations from which to choose, there is no reason not to go to City smiles for dental care. Besides, the same staff works from both places. The staff and care at City Smiles if kind, competent and thorough. I would like to thank Sarah, Derrick and Lindsay for help with my recent care. I am having my veneers done at this office. The people are friendly, professional and it’s been a great experience. They are quick and answer all of my questions and concerns. Front desk staff greet me at every visit. The dental cleaning was very thorough and the best I have ever had. I have seen Audrey the last few visits, she is wonderful and informative!! Dr. Hill is professional and quick. His work is high quality and I highly recommend him and his team. Alex is amazing, she’s so friendly and helpful. I had my veneers done today they look amazing!!! Perfect smile but natural, I love the color and shape. Dr. Hill listens and has achieved the smile I wanted. Audrey is great too, super friendly!

I was in a lot of pain, and City Smiles was able to get me in for an exam and root canal two days after I called. The procedure was as painless as a root canal can be, and they go through incredible lengths to make sure you understand everything that’s happening and are as comfortable as possible. They provided a through explanation, noise cancelling headphones, an eye mask, and a warm towel scented with lavender when it was all over. The doctor was gentle and efficient. I have had a root canal before at a different practice, and my recovery from this one has been much smoother all around. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for any dental procedures you may need.

This is the most professional dental practice I’ve ever experienced and has provided a dental experience that I actually don’t dread. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I am currently undergoing a procedure that occurs over a period of time and it is not yet completed. I will be sure to post again when I see my my new smile! (I think it will facially roll back a few years!) They have two locations now – One in downtown St. Louis and another in Clayton – which makes attending appointments much easier for me.

I needed to schedule a cleaning before my sister’s wedding this weekend and they were able to squeeze me in (after I cancelled once due to a scheduling conflict at work) at the Clayton location, which was very clean and nice. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here. They are always so nice over the phone and really nice in person. Love coming to City Smiles!
