Dr. Cox was gentle, professional, patient and kind. I was a nervous wreck and she decided to play some music from pandora to help try to calm my nerves. I was anxious and asked a thousand questions and she remained kind and patient the entire time. My procedure took 2.5 hours and she didn’t rush. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and tried to make my bite perfect. She checked and double checked my fillings. She’s amazing and I would recommend her to any and everyone who will listen!!! Thanks Dr. Cox!!

I was so scared to go to the dentist but they put my mind at ease and explained everything to me. The wait time was less than 2 minutes. They (dental hygienist, dentists, front desk staff, and assistants) were professional, friendly, courteous, kind, and had a great sense of humor. They actually cared about my well-being unlike the traumatizing events that I’ve had with all my previous dentists. Everyone was so nice and I wasn’t used to that going into a dentist office. I want to keep coming back here for years to come and I hope to establish a long term rapport with everyone there. I have very deep trust issues with dentists through past experiences but this establishment makes me want to open up and trust again. I hope this becomes a long lasting relationship. Everyone, please make your appointments as soon as possible. I guarantee you will not regret it.

Dr. Cox and her staff are great! They are friendly and professional – making “going to the dentist” not as intimidating as once thought. Dr. Cox is very thorough in explaining and answering my questions. I felt very little pain during my procedure, which is very important. My husband and I will continue to see Dr. Cox as our family dentist.

You will received exceptional care and service with Dr. Cox and her staff. Dr. Cox and her staff make you feel at ease especially if you are a chronic nervous patient as myself. Whenever I became tense, Dr. Cox would talk to me to clam my nerves. Dr. Cox staff are professionals whom you can tell enjoy working with her, they are warm and funny and work well together.

Dr. Cox is awesome. I hate the dentist and I hate needles but I like her.. Due to my dislike of needles she tried to do my filling without numbing me but due to my low pain tolerance and sensitivity, she ended up having to numb me. It was virtually painless though.. and my prior Dr. had a hard time numbing my mouth and would have to stick me many time but not Dr. Cox “1 tiny pinch” and it was all good. Would definitely recommend.

Second time visiting for a Dental Cleaning. But it was my first time meeting Dr. Cox and she truly is a pleasant person. She’s sweet and also goes through everything thoroughly and doesn’t rush. My hygienist, I believe her name is Mira, is also kind and holds great conversation. Took her time cleaning my teeth and they look great! They are also very welcoming at the front desk. Highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic, as she has the most advanced equipment which is staffed by polite and caring professionals. Jonelle Cox, DDS took her time reading my x-rays and when she wanted to view another angle she ordered more x-rays and explained my situation and has submitted (same day) a recommended action plan to my insurance provider. Very short walk from #2 and #5 subways and I have settled on a Dentist and its Dr, Cox.

As a nurse, I’m extremely picky when it comes to getting service for my autistic child. From the moment you enter the facility, you would notice how clean it is. The staff was actually smiling and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Right away the doctor identified a problem my son had and ctually recommended another professional to help me with this condition. She spent extra time talking to my 9 year old son and addressed him as the patient instead of relying on me for all the answers. He actually told me to leave the room because he was brave and “got this.” The assistant also spent a long time cleaning his teeth afterwards. This facility is definitely worth checking out and he will be back in six months.

I love this place , coming from a person that hates the dentist . Smile savers cosmetic dental is the best . Everyone makes you feel some comfortable . I had a root canal done by Dr. Grover and I can say I never felt anything . She’s the best and I would recommend this place to anyone . From the dental hygienist to the receptionist everyone is so friendly .

Been coming here for 3 years now, its always amazing service. This is definitely my go to family dentist. Totally trustworthy in regards to pediatric dentistry. I’ve never had a better cleaning anywhere else with quality customer service. Appointments run on time. My daughter loves the entire staff and so do I. I won’t be going anywhere else

Hey Friendly Family Dentist, 1st of all Congrats to Mrs.Cox on finishing my mouth work When I say phenomenal staff PHENOMENAL!!!!! I HATE THE DENTIST but after my experience at this location I LOVE THE DENTIST . Adrianna if I spelled it correctly she’s the best receptionist ever, very charming inviting and sincere.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else my kids your kids Come one come all and experience what SMILE SAVERS are all about. To see a female black dentist operating her own business that’s the first thumbs up! Walked in and I felt right at home staff were great, friendly and helpful, the doctor was wonderful knew wht she was about and I felt like nothing even happened after she finished all my work. May I add that she is rather beautiful. I would definitely recommend my friends to Dr. Cox and Smile Savers Dental.

Dr. Cox was very professional and informative. She was able to take her time and truly enlighten me about my teeth and possibilities for upcoming appointments. Her staff was also very friendly and hospitable, from the front desk to her assistant. The facility was very clean and the equipment was very new, with a very well lit space throughout. I will be going back for sure as I have found my new dentist.

Dr. Cox and her team were very professional. They told me everything that was happening to my teeth, how I can take care of them and even saw my daughter. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. The only problem I have is the follow up. They never got back to me in regards to actually getting the work that I need done.
