Dr. Shack is a warm and inviting person. This is a godsend in a dentist! She is genuinely concerned about giving you the best dental care possible. She takes whatever time is necessary to explain procedures and what steps to take next in your dental care. I applaud the entire staff! They are professional, yet ALWAYS put you at ease. Diane, as office manager, is outstanding in her efforts to help you in anyway possible. I am treated so well here that it almost makes going to the dentist fun–ALMOST!!!

Ever since I was young, I was traumatized going to the dentist (too much candy and sweets are never what the dentist order) but Dr. Shack has put me to ease! She always greets me with a big smile and she is very patient when I voice my concerns. She doesn’t rush through cleanings like some dentists I have visited in the past and she genuinely cares. If you are nervous about getting routine work done, this is the place to be. I no longer dread going to the dentist anymore.

If you’re looking for a great, enthusiastic, and gentle dentist you should definitely come here! I had some fillings done and they went great, no pain or discomfort afterwards. The office is bright, clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and I will definitely be coming here for all my cleanings. Highly recommended!

From someone who’s a little nervous because of bad dental experiences, I just had an amazing cleaning. From cleaning to getting a crown, or fix a cavity, Dr Shack and the staff are extremely caring and always go out of their way to make it a positive experience. They use up to date equipment and methods. Diane at the front desk is so knowledgeable and so courteous. My family and I all recommend Smile Shack!

I’ve been a patient for years, Dr. Shack and her staff are always professional and kind to everyone. I will never go anywhere else. She’s has a very gentle touch, and is very caring. During the pandemic, the office has put in place extraordinary measures to ensure our safety, which made me feel at ease during my visit yesterday.

From Diane at the front desk with her great smile and welcoming personality, Samantha with her calm and sweet chair side assistance, to Dr. Shack, the small but mighty Dentist with thorough explanations of everything to expect, the steadiest of hands, beautiful work (I’ve got two crowns to show you) and fun yet professional personality. You should be asking yourself why this is not your dental office! It’s truly the best!

I’m very impressed with Dr. Victoria Shack and her very capable staff. I was stricken with anxiety when my former dentist announced he was leaving dentistry. I was worried I’d never find anyone who made me feel as comfortable and who I had such confidence in. My fears were swiftly allayed. Dr. Shack’s dental hygienist was extremely thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Shack’s dental assistant is absolutely lovely and appears to work symbiotically alongside Dr. Shack. Their harmony instills confidence in me as a patient. Dr Shack herself is great, don’t let her petite stature fool you, she is a very strong skilled professional who works swiftly and efficiently making what can often be an unappealing activity very doable, and far less stressful. Dr. Shack takes the time necessary to make sure you’re completely numb before proceeding and I sincerely appreciate that! The office is clean and bright with a happy decor. The equipment appears to be state of the art, which ultimately makes for a much easier and more comfortable visit. I’m so happy to have been recommended to Dr. Shack by my outgoing dentist. I’m grateful to have landed at her practice and into her very adept hands and those of her staff. Happy happy!

I am usually not a fan of the dentist- until I met Dr. Shack. Diane at the front desk is helpful, warm and friendly. Dr. Shack was able to provide excellent care and recommended me to a fantastic periodontist. The two of them have gone above and beyond to provide me with the best dental plan and I really feel like I am in the best hands. Dr. Shack is down to earth, with a very comforting personality and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Smile Shack. Update- Now that the majority of work has been done, my smile is complete and I have Smile Shack to thank! You should definitely consider seeing Dr Shack. I cant say enough good things about my experience and the staff there.

Dr. Shack is a great dentist. She is kind, professional, and gets things done without much pain and suffering. Diane, at the front desk, is fantastic and has so much patience with me and my super busy schedule. My dental cleaning is always done very well. You will be in and out in no time! Amazing experience !
