I should have written this review earlier as I’ve already been to Smile Time twice now in the past six months. During this pandemic I needed to get one tooth extracted and a few weeks later another tooth filled. I cannot express how happy I am with Dr Hamidi and the entire staff. They made me feel completely safe working on me with the current virus situation. And though I was mentally preparing myself to experience great pain especially after the extraction – after both procedures, in the following days afterwords I experienced virtually no pain. On top of that they really worked on a price that I could afford to get this done, especially during this time when my income has been severely affected. I can highly recommend Smile Time to family, friends or anyone else who is seeking top-notch affordable dental care! Thank you!!!

Dr. Hamidi is the most amazing dentist! I had a wisdom tooth removed by her, and I was so afraid of the whole situation I was going through but she explained everything to me so calmly and always assured me everything will be okay and to just relax… 10 mins later I was out, didn’t feel a thing! It feels as is she just has a magic touch lol after such a great experience my 2 year old daughter now sees Dr. Hamidi and she’s just as wonderful with kids as well! Def recommend! 🙂

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I chipped my front tooth on a Sunday and I was so upset. I started emailing and calling places despite knowing everyone was closed. I emailed for an appointment request at Smile Time and they emailed me back in less than 30 minutes saying they could get me in on Tuesday. I was headed on a vacation that Wednesday, so it was pertinent that it get done asap. That Monday, I walked into work and within an hour, they called and were able to get me in that day. They did such a good job on my tooth, it looks amazing. I had chipped the other front tooth years prior and had gone somewhere very reputable to get it fixed and the job done by Smile Time was even better than that place, so needless to say this will be my new dentist. Don’t hesitate to go here. They are so friendly and do great work.

I detest this place location. I detest the small waiting room. I hate the set up of the office. Why 5 stars? I love the office staff. I love my dentist even more. They treat with kindness and ethics, especially financial ethics. The appointment times are reasonable, and the wait time ( in the office) is minimum. They even allow my procrastination to be their emergency. So, basically I can get over the location and the floor plan. I will quickly recommend this office to someone. They literally keep a smile on my face.

Read great reviews about Dr. Hamidi and her staff. Needed lots of work done and so pleased to have such a thorough plan to address my problems. Just had oral surgery here as well and so pleased. The chair side assistant has been awesome, very attentive to my needs. I’m a very senior citizen with lots of experience in dental offices and I think this office is wonderful. Always gracious, staff and dentists are experienced and considerate.

My visit to Dr. Hamidi’s office was not only the best dentist visit I’ve ever had, but the absolutely best doctor’s appointment of any kind that I’ve ever had. This is saying a lot because I have gone to all kinds of doctors since I was a child and still do for other medical conditions. Professional, friendly, accommodating (because I was super late for my appointment already, and then asked her to rush for my purposes, yet the entire office still catered to me and every other patient too. ) She even handed me a goodie bag herself! I haven’t gotten anything but a bill from a doctor since I was like 5yrs old. It’s the simple things with Dr. Hamidi that made this experience the best of my life

Dr. Hamidi is amazing! My 10 year old daughter is autistic and has not allowed any other dentist check her teeth without crying and being anxious. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She left the office saying “It didn’t hurt one bit”. She’s great with my other kids as well! We have found our forever dentist! Highly recommend, especially if you have a special needs child!

I had a first visit to Smile Time Dental when I looked up in to provider lists of my corporate employer’s insurance provider’s list (United Healthcare). I’m so happy that I chose them for my dental exam, xray and cleaning. Dr. Rosita Hamidi is very honest and expert dentist. She is very noble to her profession. I had some dentist visits earlier and all of them were crooks, who takes advantage of patients innocence. But Dr Hamidi was very honest and professional in her treatment. Not only, she is a great dentist but her way of treating her patients is exemplary. I am so happy that I found one good dentist in Houston, I will definitely continue to choose Smile time as my dentist.

Excellent office, I had my first visit yesterday. Everyone was friendly! Was in the waiting room for only about 5-10 minutes, which is always great because every other dentist office I’ve been to has long waits!!! The dentist was very informative, I can’t remember his name 🙁 but he is a young asain man, he’s fantastic. I’m pregnant and he was very concerned if I was comfortable while he was laying me back and with cleaning my teeth. He was also very thorough and my teeth felt awesome when he was done! I’m actually going to start taking my son here. Would recomend this place to anyone!
