Dr. Iott is like no other medical professional I have visited. Not only is he extremely thorough, but he is also thoughtful. He cares. He talks to you. He spends time to discuss your mouth and your life. So many doctors now rush you out of the exam room so they can move on to the next paying customer but Dr. Iott always makes you feel like you are the only patient that day. I have had a variety of procedures from cleanings to crowns and all of them are done with the utmost care and professionalism. Some people dread going to the dentist but I absolutely love it because of Dr. Iott. I have been his patient for 21 years and I hope he never retires!

A piece of a molar broke off as I was eating lunch. I called Dr. Iott’s office and the following morning Dr. Iott found that the cause was a 15-year old filling that failed. In about an hour (with no discomfort — even the anesthetic jab didn’t hurt) I had a crown on the tooth that felt perfect and matched the color of the surrounding teeth.

I REMAIN MOST PLEASANTLY IMPRESSED BY THIS PRACTICE. Especially today in view of their steps to make the office safe during the Covid crisis. They have completely refurbished the waiting area to eliminate all soft virus holding fabrics. They disinfect the office and treatment rooms after each patient. Their advanced technology makes it most convenient for patients. I had a root canal start to finish in a one hour session. This saved me a incredible amount of time, and I didn’t need to suffer with any temporaries. In a past event, a crown was completed in one visit because they use a numerically controlled machining system that integrates with their x-ray imaging system. Crown while you wait, unbelievable!

Dr Iott and his team are great. He is simply the best dentist in NY. I am typically phobic of tooth pain and Dr Iott makes sure his patients are always comfortable. He is not only great at fixing cosmetic flaws, but more importantly, he makes sure each patient is healthy and pain-free. I have been a patient for over 25yrs and cannot imagine ever seeing another dentist. Thank you Team Iott!!!!

Dr Iott and his staff are always professional. I have been a patient since 2000 and have had excellent work done on my teeth. In this time of Covid 19, Dr Iott has taken extraordinary steps to insure safety for both the patient and his staff. He has renovated the office and procedure rooms with new equipment and air filtering systems as well as thoroughly sanitizing before, during and after each patient. Dr. Iott is the Best. A dental specialist with a fantastic team. Dr. Iott and his team are wonderful caring people and experts in their field. Who has ever heard of anyone saying ‘I am enjoy going to the dentist’? Now you have. Apparently a dental problem that could not be rectified. Dr. Iott DID IT with just 2 visits and with a fabulous result. To make this experience even better, Dr. Iott welcomed the challenge. Never a word of ‘this can’t be done’ or ‘there is nothing I can do for you anymore’. That’s why Dr. Iott is the BEST. There is not a challenge big enough for Dr. Iott. I have been going to this dentist since 1992. There is a reason for that. They are excellent dentists. They are thorough in their work, use technology appropriately to enhance your care, and know you and what is going on with your mouth. Equally important, they are warm and caring. You feel like royalty when you are in their offices. Before the pandemic (and I cannot wait for it to be over), you could get the best teas and coffees and sit in lovely seats with soothing music playing to relax you before your visit. As we still navigate the pandemic, your health and safety is paramount! I give them my highest recommendation.

Dr. Iott is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I have recommended many friends who say the same thing. He does the cleanings himself (which I love) and is super thorough. He is also not one of those dentists who will recommend major (and expensive) procedures when you don’t need them. He also fit me in at the last minute to fix a random chipped tooth. Despite the 11th-hour appointment, he took his time making sure the bonding was the right color. When you’re having any cosmetic work done on your teeth, you want a dentist who is a perfectionist and Dr. Iott is that guy. It’s easy to get an appointment, but know that Dr. Iott doesn’t accept most insurances. The receptionist is super helpful in getting you the paperwork if your insurance will cover out of network, which mine did. My only complaint is that I moved across the country and I can’t see Dr. Iott anymore!

The dental office is in convenient location in heart of Manhattan. Extrimly friendly staff, no wait time. Sparkling clean rooms ! All staff is covid vaccinated and wear masks. I have been under different dentists care and I’ve never get so hight professional and smooth service as provided by Doctor Glacendy Espinosa! You will feel completely safe and in good hands after doctor’s informative explanation what case do you have, which treatment scenario will be better to you. Glacendy Espinosa is incredible doctor with recognition as best dentist of NYC in multiple years. They use high technology to provide their service. I am highly recommend it.
