Began going to this office about 2 years ago, I knew I need an office that would be informative and friendly, I found both, Dr Kirk is really helpful, explaining every step, his staff is also very informed and caring.
I have been to several dentist over the years and I always leave wondering if I should just put off what I need to have done. Dr Kirks office makes sure you are comfortable, and the TV (Direct TV so you can watch your favorite TV show or movie) with headphones to help pass the time and drown out some of the drill noise is amazing.
I just finished up 6 months of Invisalign and could not be happier, my smile is PERFECT. Thank you Dr. Kirk (and staff) for making going to the dentist something to look forward to.

This review is long long overdue. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kirk Larson since middle-school which now means over 20 years. Half-way through those two decades I relocated and planted myself in the Bay Area. After receiving an egregiously expensive estimate of dental work from a dentist there, I decided I would take a trip down to see Dr. Larson for a second opinion as I’ve always felt a deep sense of trust in his work and his word. His assessment? Almost all the other dentist’s claims were exaggerated or outright bogus. So after a several-year-long hiatus of receiving dental care elsewhere, I now happily take the 8 hour bus ride back home twice a year to see Dr. Larson. I’ve never been led astray and any work that I’ve had done with him has stood the test of time. I can’t speak highly enough of his expertise, his professional ethics and the quality and comfort of the facilities and equipment not to mention the equally great and professional dental assistants and front office staff. His focus on prevention and avoiding invasive procedures whenever possible is something that I take great comfort in, knowing everything possible is being done before something more serious might become necessary. We all hopefully value our oral health equally to that of the rest of our physical and mental well-being knowing they are interconnected and I trust the team and care of this office enough to make a long journey to maintain that health. Thank you Dr. Larson.

Let your dental anxiety melt away at Dr. Larson’s office! I neglected to go to the dentist for over 10 years because I had never had a good experience. Those days are over! Dr. Larson and his staff are amazing. Their goal is to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. As you can imagine I had a ton of work that needed to be done. My family has been going to Dr. Larson for almost 15 years!! Branda is the best hygienist ever!! I know, I can’t spell!! My bad spelling aside, she is the best ever!! I have always had such a fear of dentists and the whole teeth cleaning process that I would not go to the dentist. Then we started going to Dr. Larson’s office and Branda made me feel like she was a friend and she would remember things going on in my life and ask me about them. It made it feel like I was going to see a friend instead of getting my teeth cleaned. When big events happen in my life at times she’s been one of the first people I’ve wanted to call to tell her about it! The whole staff there really cares about you and about your health. They will work with you to find what’s right for you and what can work within your budget!

I recently moved to Orange County and needed to find a new dentist. I had no problem getting an appointment as a new patient, I only had to wait about a week and a half to be seen. The reviews on yelp definitely don’t lie. I had a great experience at Smile With Style. My hygienist was Sarah, and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She gave me a tour of the office before we sat down and talked to me like she’d known me for years. She did my x-rays in the same room as my teeth cleaning which was nice (I’m used to moving rooms several times).
They have TVs on the ceilings (and optional headphones) so you can watch a TV or a movie while you get your teeth cleaned. They also had hand warmers that made my hands feel so soft when I left.
Dr. Larson came in and was just as nice as Sarah was. They each seemed to truly care about my teeth and seemed to love what they do. I have scheduled my next appointment and will definitely be back. I’ve already recommended them to several people (:

Best dental experience!! I was referred to Dr. Larson a few years ago, was having difficulties finding a good dentist I could trust. He is absolutely the best. The entire staff is professional and friendly and best of all they are honest!! It’s so difficult to find a great dental office and honest caring staff that is not trying to sell you on things you don’t need or worse and say you need services that you don’t. My entire family now goes there and any time I have an opportunity to refer him I do. I was speaking to a coworker about how awesome my dentist is and that he is the best around, she too felt the same way about hers. We continued and realized we both go to Dr. Larson!! When I moved to Fullerton from the Bay Area I asked my daughter for a recommendation for a new dentist. At the time she belonged to the local Mom’s club in the area, so she got on the phone and did an informal survey by calling a number of members. She told me that ONE name kept being enthusiastically recommended… DR. KIRK LARSON.
That was 5 years ago and I have been so pleased with the care that I receive every time I have an appointment for dental work w/ Dr Larson or for a cleaning w/ Branda (hygenist). I’m 67 years old and have experienced a range of dental issues… and it’s so reassuring to have such complete confidence in your dentist.
In fact, I am such a fan that when I moved to San Diego last year I never even considered getting a new dentist. It’s easily worth the 2 hour drive to get such outstanding dental care.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kirk for about ten years and hope I never need to find another dentist because none would come close the quality and professionalism of him and his staff. When I first came to him, I had a mouth full of very old silver fillings and little by little he replaced them with the inlays. I love my dentist, says nobody ever. But I really do! The office is nestled into a little tree grove so it reminds me of my childhood dentist office back home in Berkeley. I like the text reminders, the lotion in warming gloves that they give you during your appointment, the friendly hygienists. Dr. Kirk Larson is really personable and takes a lot of time and care. I’ve recently had to have several dental procedures done so I was looking for a good dentist. After seeing all of the good reviews on yelp, I decided to go with Smile With Style. I’m so pleased that I did. As everyone is mentioning, the office is really nicely decorated and homey feeling. The staff is friendly and helpful which goes a long way to making you feel more comfortable about being at the dentist. I love this office and all the people! They truly think of everything you might need or even just want for comfort. Their waiting room is more kid friendly than any place I have ever seen with a mini playscape. I was given a blanket while I was waiting because I was cold, as always. They kept asking how I was and checking in with me throughout the whole visit. Perfect office for someone that has a fear of the dentist because the equipment they use is quiet and therefore causes less anxiety. The staff is so personable and helpful, the doctor makes you feel like family. I love our dentist! Dr. Larson and his staff provide very personalized and professional service. The office uses state-of-the-art procedures and materials and Dr. Larson does not shy away from difficult cases. He works extra hard to customize appliances and will not give up to improve them until they feel just right. The accounting staff takes the extra time to explain each charge, payment option and insurance coverage. They have thought of many ways to make each visit pleasant and comfortable for adults and children from a mini jungle gym and video games in the lobby to Sherpa blankets, hot lotion therapy for your hands, on demand cable or movies (with earphones) and fresh baked cookies and beverages in the lobby. Dr Larson and his staff try their hardest every visit to make their clients feel comfortable and at home. I really do look forward to visiting my dentist. How many people do you hear say that?

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years and I was utterly terrified. Everyone here is so super nice! Dr. Larson and the hygienist were both very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had 4 fillings at once and spent the entire time watching a movie, which made the time go fast. It went better than I could’ve hoped. I don’t have insurance so I was a bit worried about the price, but they were very upfront about what everything would cost before anything was done and allowed us to pay the balance over 3 months.

I have been going to Dr. Larson’s office for almost 40 years. Dr. Kirk’s father was my original dentist. I have seen this practice develop over the years and Dr. Kirk keeps up with the latest technologies in dentistry to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are very into preventative care and doing all they can to save your teeth. I’ve heard stories from friends and their dentists where they get root canals/caps/replacements all the time. Dr. Kirk seems to do his best to avoid those things and only do them when absolutely necessary. The front office staff is great and very friendly. And not only do they have coffee and cookies but also a classic video game machine and a nice little play area for the kids. And speaking of office…this place looks like it came out of a modern design magazine. All the wood work, lighting and mood lighting is very relaxing…and that’s a good state to be in while visiting the dentist! Dr. Kirk and I have known each other for most of our lives, and although we only hang out together twice a year…in his office for my dental visits…we interact as if we have been long time friends.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kirk for over 5 years. Even when I was living in Santa Monica, I had to come back to Fullerton because of the service/trust I had in the team. Just recently, I had a few old fillings redone. During the procedure, I was so relaxed and comfortable that I actually fell asleep…. it was amazing and I can’t make this stuff up! WOW! Definitely a believer of the hype! I was a little leary at first having a fear of dentists, but this place is awesome. The place is super clean, the atmosphere is very relaxed, but also professional. They have complimentary cookies (yes, at a dentist office, they will clean them anyway), coffee, and water bottles. I had Branda as my dental hygienist and she is great. Such a nice person. She made sure I was comfortable, and realized that the noises the instruments make made me uncomfortable so I got a headset to watch the T.V. while she worked on my teeth. Got some nice warm lotion for my hands, put into plastic bags and then into hand warmers. My hands are still soft!!

Been coming for 2 years now and they are still so awesome! All the staff are so friendly and professional! Dr. Larson makes getting fillings a breeze, but that doesn’t mean I want anymore :). I have been coming to Smile With Style for over five years. Branda is the Hygienist that cleans my teeth every six months. She is incredibly personable and passionate about what she does. She takes the time to listen to you, and goes over any questions you may have. She makes sure to give you a hot oil hand treatment and to always provide the best service. Not to mention they have memory foam chairs, soft fleece blankets, AND a flat screen TV above all of their dental chairs. She will make you feel right at home, and so comfortable. She is especially great with children as she is incredibly patient and caring. I cannot say enough about her! Brandi is also who helps me up front and she always makes sure to break everything down for me and give me the best prices and quotes for everything, she is a sweetheart. Dr. Larson is so gentle and caring, and the best part about it all is you know he loves what he does and he truly cares for his patients. This is a home type environment. I knocked my two front teeth out in a swimming pool 40+ years ago. I Have never been happy with the posts and crowns ever since. I have had them redone 4 times by 4 different dentists. I have learned to accept that I just have a difficult situation and to not smile too much. That is until I had them redone again by Dr. Kirk! These teeth look so natural and real that I have to pinch myself. If you were like me and have tried many dentist don’t give up hope! Go see Dr. Kirk – I PROMISE YOU WILL BE HAPPY! I drive an hour and a half to see him and I don’t mind it because I know I am getting the best work possible. This by far has been the best dental office I have been to. The staff at the front office meet and greet you with smiles, along with offering water or coffee while you wait (by wait, I mean just a matter of minutes). The Team in the back take time to explain what the are going to be doing and why they are doing it. But first and foremost they take the time to get to know you. Dr. Kirk Larson is a native Fullertonian. He was born and raised here. He attended Laguna Road Elementary, Parks Jr. High, and graduated from Sunny Hills High School. Dr. Larson attended Cal State Fullerton for his undergraduate and in 1988 graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry. He followed his father's footsteps & became a 2nd generation dentist. He's been a dentist for 30 years now. He takes great pride in knowing he's making a positive difference in our patients lives with his skills and expertise. Dr. Larson is married; has 3 wonderful children. He loves to spend time with his family. They have fun going to the beach or enjoying a delicious meal and conversing at dinner time together! Dr. Larson attends and is an active member of Antioch Community Church in Fullerton. For leisure, he loves writing, making & listening to music, going to the gym, going backpacking and seeing the beach with family.
