I had my first consultation with Dr. White today, he was very professional and obviously very informed. His office had all of the latest technology and he is able to do what multiple other orthodontists haven’t been able to do with me – get me in Invisalign (and at 31, that’s a big plus! No one wants to be in their 30’s with braces). He did a comprehensive examination and consultation – he considered bite and alignment as well as bone density (something no one else even considered) when coming to a conclusion on whether or not I would qualify for Invisalign. His pricing was actually less than the other orthodontists pricing (had I even qualified for Invisalign with them). They offered two tubes of teeth whitener too as part of my treatment to ensure that I am fully happy with the results, which the other orthodontists said would be an additional cost. His staff was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice, as was Dr. White. Everyone had great bedside manner (is it still considered bedside manner at an orthodontist?), were able to answer any and all questions, and were really quick and efficient. Highly recommend based on my experience so far! I can’t wait to start my treatments!

The assistant explained everything well and put her at ease. Dr. White is so cool and has a great report with people. I’ve always wanted to try Invisalign because I have never been happy with my teeth and when I was younger I didn’t have the opportunity to get braces. So finally I was able to start this journey in February! I am sooo very happy with all the progress; I have completed 10/16 months so far, just had an appointment and I’m already basically done!! Just minor tweaks now. Wearing the aligners for the full 22 hours is key. I really kept up with it along with all the check ins, so I do believe that helped speed the process up by a lot. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming at the Rocky River location and Dr. White is awesome! Really, truly, thank you soo very much to everyone who has worked with me on this ‘new’ smile journey. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Everyone is super friendly and wants to make sure you feel comfortable. The doctors are wonderful and listen to you and explain the process simply. I knew that my 11 year old needed orthodontic work done, so after a long discussion he wanted to try Invisalign. We had heard about this interactive walk-in available place and decided to give it a try. We did schedule an appointment, but did it the night before and got a time that worked for us. The staff there were very friendly and explained every thing they were doing to him. Our first appointment was a scan and meeting with Dr. White to go over the treatment phase. He was very personable and nice. Afterwards another staff member explained pricing and financing options. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up at that very instant, and that’s what I think I love the most. They understand it is a big commitment, and sometimes families need to weight options. We went ahead and signed up that day, signed some papers and went on our way. They said it would take about 8 weeks to get his first treatment round in, but it only ended up taking about 4-5. He went in once everything was in and they fit him in his first set (along with some other stuff placed on. We are now being monitored ever week remotely and it is working out great. Very happy with this doctor and office.

Dr. White is such a wonderful doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and puts the patient first! He has seen both of my children for a combined 6 years and has been monitoring them at no cost, giving me advice, but has yet to do any orthodontic work because he feels it’s best to wait for each of them until a few more things fall into place. He could take my money and have them in orthodontic equipment for a longer period (like other orthodontists were quick to recommend!), but instead chooses to wait for the ideal time for my children where what needs to be done will be quicker and more effective. I highly recommend Dr. White and have been thoroughly impressed at each visit!

I was very pleased with the time we spent at this office. My child is very uncomfortable with dentist however they made her feel comfortable and relaxed. They are very knowledgeable and create plans for all patients. The first visit is free and they created a plan for my daughter even though they did nor know I was going to go with them. They care about those who visit them and approach each patient as a client. No matter if it is there fist visit or 10th visit. They answered questions about two other children while I was there as well. They work with families that don’t have orthadantal coverage on their insurance plan. I have several other children that will need them and I will not think twice about taking them to Smiles by White. The technology and staff are great. They are easy to talk to and work with. I wish I know about them sooner.

Great experience. Dr. White and staff are excellent. I’d received another consult for invisalign, and that orthodontist recommended removing teeth to create additional space. However, Dr. White never suggested removing any teeth; in fact, he said that he preferred that patients keep all of their adult teeth whenever possible. The more, the better. From that moment, I knew I wanted to work with him, and I’ve had nothing but the best treatment from him and his team since. My treatments are almost done…and I’m very pleased.

I started my Invisalign treatment about a year ago. I was, frankly, skeptical, but wanted to at least improve my appearance as my teeth had begun to shift the past few years. To say that I am very happy with the results so far is an understatement. I’m a little more than halfway through the projected process and it’s like night and day already. I had gone to another orthodontist before Dr. White looking to get Invisalign. The other one told me he would have to remove one of my front bottom teeth and push them together for me to get Invisalign. I 100% was not going to do that so I went to Dr. White. From the first consult and throughout the entire process Smiles By White’s services were exemplary. My first meeting was at the Northfield office. Dr. White was in his Rocky River office and we met virtually. That experience was new to me but it was excellent. He was able to effectively diagnose, advise and devise an Invisalign solution. The tech first scanned my teeth and uploaded them. Dr. White was able to see the scans immediately and he was able to begin designing the solution at that first meeting. He showed me what my smile would look like when he was done. I went back in a few weeks later to get my first set of slingers. The tech bonded little nubs on my teeth that are used by the aligners to push my teeth where they needed to go. The tech was terrific. She took time to explain the process in great detail and make sure I understood. They use a phone app for weekly monitoring of my progress. Once a week I would use the app and my phone’s camera to scan my teeth. Then Dr. White would review and advise me when I could proceed to the next set of aligners. This went on until I reached the end of the aligners at about 6 months. Then I went back into the office for a scan and to discuss next steps. I was given another, shorter series of aligners. Maybe 12 weeks or so. Then another in office scan and my final 7 weeks of aligners. On each office visit I was listened to and great care was taken to make sure I was happy with the progress. All in all it took about 14 months. Throughout I was very happy with the service, the responsiveness and most importantly the result.

Dr. whites office is the most professional office I’ve been to. The staff is excellent and I always feel so welcome. They all know exactly what they’re doing. I’ve tried to get invisilign before with another dentist and he didn’t sound very confident he could get my teeth straight so of course I put it off. One day I hear about dr. White on the radio and thought I’d give it a try! I went for my initial consultation and right away they sounded super confident that they couldn’t get my teeth exactly how I wanted them! He didn’t stop until I was satisfied. I had my trays for about three years and they took excellent care of me the entire time! i recommended my sister in law and she feels the same way I do. So thankful i found Dr. White. He works miricals. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!

Dr. John White is the most wonderful man and truly an amazing Orthodontist. After years of stained and crooked teeth, he never made me feel ashamed and always remained optimistic despite the extensive dental work I needed before being treated by his practice in 2010. His team is excellent and do not miss a detail. Many times Dr. White went above and beyond to give me the best care possible, and it’s no wonder his reputation precedes him as one of the best in his field. The office is very welcoming and kid-friendly, not to mention catering to teenagers and adults. His consultation was thorough and personable, and he made sure I understood (as the patient) exactly what his plan was. Within two years I had straight teeth, and my face was totally transformed. I still have the retainer from 2011 when I got my braces off, and it has helped to keep my teeth exactly as they were. I’ve been a patient of Dr. John White for many years. I completed my Invisalign treatment a couple years ago and now have a retainer I wear nightly. I could not say more good things about my years going to the office for my treatment of Invisalign, but just recently needed to contact them for a new retainer after getting some dental work done. They promptly returned my call and made me an appointment to get new impressions made right away. Everything was completed and I received a new retainer within a 48 hour time frame, which is time sensitive for your teeth’s movement. I can say as a past patient, they treated me with the same professionalism and kindness that I received during my treatment years. I would recommend anyone looking for Invisalign care to Dr. John White and his staff.
