I’ve been fortunate to have been able to join the Smiles dental family in Bartlett, Illinois. My own experience has been stellar, to say the least. I had a fairly complex issue and Dr. Raj identified the best course of action as easily as saying, “please pass the salt.” It helps that he is extremely intelligent, and equally as humble. My 14-year old is going here as well and he never once felt the slightest bit nervous about his experience (on going) with orthodontics. That’s another great thing to point out: Dr. Raj can do it all. He’s a master craftsman, specializing in cosmetic as well as general dentistry. On top of all that, his personality speaks volumes. A definite 5-star recommendation.

Always a great experience! Doctor and assistance are very nice and leave my teeth great. I had my wisdom teeth removed at another place and had complications. I went to a million places and had multiple exams done. No one was able to give me an explanation about my nerve damage until i went here! Dr. Puri and Dental Assistant Elizabeth did a phenomenal job on my teeth today. They were very detailed and straight forward when describing how my wisdom teeth/gums were doing. Its been a long time since I have felt comfortable at the dentist. Front office staff was nice and it was a easy check in even with all the new covid changes. Dr. Puri made me feel very at ease as if I have been coming here for a long time, but it was my first visit! He is professional and made me understand everything from start to finish. I moved recently and was looking for a dentist in my new area, and found Smiles Dental Center through my insurance portal. I had been at my previous dentist for over 20 years, and was very nervous about finding a new one, especially durning Covid! But Smiles made everything really easy with my first checkup visit and even handled a small additional procedure right then, without me needing to reschedule! One of the best/easiest Dental visits i have ever had. There was no judgement on how long it’s been since my last cleaning/checkup. I appreciated when they handed me a mirror so i could see exactly what the dentist was talking about. I couldn’t be happier that I decided to take a friend’s referral and give this place a shot. Tina & Gina in the front office were a delight to work with, they were extremly kind and friendly during check in and check out. Raj is by far the best dentist I have EVER visited, I had to make a last minute choice on what dentist to go to Sunday night when a filling cracked, I made an appt. on their site, which is extremly user friendly and easy to use. I was called that very next morning and had an appt. hours later. I was in an out in less than an hour. Raj is very detailed and extremly good at what he does. I was so pleased with my entire experiance I already made my next appt. for a cleaning and additional services. I must’ve told a dozen people yesterday about my positive experiance at this facility and I am thankful I chose them!

This is the best experience with a Dentist I’ve had! The staff are very organized and accommodating. They offer text updates and appointment reminders which is helpful. I saw them for a cleaning and a filling. Both visits I was amazed at how friendly everyone was and how painless the procedures. Dr. Puri was very professional and friendly and walked me through the process to calm my anxieties. Both times I was blown away with how quick they were! Cleaning/x rays took about 45 mins and the filling was about 30. I’ll continue to come to them no matter where I live!

Went here on a whim because I called our regular dentists office for our 6 month teeth cleanings and they said they were booked until end of May. On top of that, I was aggravated with how staff treated me so I decided to “shop around”. Found Smiles that is a mile from my house and what a breath of fresh air it was when Gina answered the phone. She was so pleasant and booked all 3 of my small children that same day. Myself and my 3 kids plus the baby came in to a beautiful office and pleasant smiling (behind a mask) faces. The kids did great because staff was friendly and even got little goodie bags at the end! My 3 year old would probably give less stars but he’s 3 and cranky and really wanted the jumbo sized stuffed tooth brush they let him hold during his cleaning. Now I have to look to buy one at home for him to snuggle! I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

What is not to love about Dr. Puri and his staff? Each and every one of my visits is seamless and pleasant. The office location is convenient to where I live, and since it is located right next to the Wood Dale Metra stop, it is very accessible to those living in the city as well. The office hours are accessible and accommodating and Dr. Puri even has availability on Saturdays. I have never had a problem with scheduling an appointment, and the staff has been very accommodating when I have had to re-schedule an appointment. The pricing structure is competitive and reasonable and I would strongly recommend Dr. Puri and Smiles Dental to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and staff!!!

Dr. Puri and all of the staff are simply wonderful. I somehow cracked a front tooth and they took me in right away (last minute). Consulted me on what options were available and what my insurance covered etc. They took great care of me, took impressions to give me a what they call a flipper tooth temporarily until I decide what to do permanently. I have been coming here for around 8 months and I have great things to say, I would always go to the dentist hoping to find the one, but was always disappointed at the service provided, I did some research and found Dr.Puri’s office and read all the great comments and decided to come and try it, and I loved it!
