From the very 1st day I made contact with “Smiles Orthodontics” staff over the phone it was a very positive experience. To begin with their staff is patient, caring and want to make sure you understand the whole process. Smiles Orthodontics office feels fresh and calm. You will immediately feel you are now part of their orthodontic family/community. On the first day You will receive a tour of the office. Dr Menendez listens and makes sure you feel comfortable with the process. Their prices are just right and their payment plans are thoughtful. We are happy to have found such a caring orthodontic team.

8 years & 3 kids later, I am still VERY VERY pleased with the SMILES experience! Working closely with Dr. Menendez & her staff, they truly make you feel like immediate family. I was very skeptical about the merger with Dr. Silvia Menendez, but it turned out way better than anticipated. She is a wonderful orthodontist, the perfect person to take over for Dr. Moore. She is very conscientious of every patients individual needs and concerns, gentle and caring. I’m more than glad I gave her a chance and have zero regrets!!!

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Menendez (and Dr. Burke) for changing my life. I’m only 3 1/2 months out of double jaw surgery, still recovering, and still in braces but I already feel and look better than I have in years. Dr. Menendez is the only orthodontist that I trusted to perform my orthodontic treatment – and I consulted with orthos and surgeons from as far away as Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas. I can’t say enough positive things about how great my experience has been so far. I had braces elsewhere as a kid for five long nightmarish years so I know what I’m talking about because I’ve done extensive research to avoid a repeat experience. Dr. Menendez is not only an expert in her field but a truly caring individual. And the staff – they’re amazing! Grace especially helped put me at ease as I made the decision to embark on this journey. Some days I have to ask myself if this is really my new bite. My teeth already look amazing. We are lucky to have Smiles Orthodontics in El Paso. Thank you.

The service here is outstanding! All the ladies are really nice and make you feel comfortable. It seems like the orthodontist genuinely cares about trying to help you in the best way. She doesn’t want to jump right into pulling teeth if you have over-crowding, which is nice because it’ll cost more money if you have to get teeth pulled. So if she can make it work otherwise, itll save some money! They give you a water bottle type thing filled with goodies- wax, little brushes, etc. So far I really enjoy this office and it seems like they enjoy their work too! I would recommend them to anyone. If my opinions happen to change, I’ll update!

This place is awesome! My wife goes to this dentistbfor her braces. They are always polite and explain each step the process to her. On this occasion my wife called to see if I could pick up additional rubber bands for her. On the phone they told her no problem re him to drop by and pick them up. When I arrived the recptionst greeted me with a smile and before I could explain why I was there she smiled and gave me the bag of run we bands and politely told me have a nice day wow. They also stapled my wife next apt slip on the rub Dr band pack. Great customer service!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Menendez and her Smiles Orthodontics’ office. They took excellent care of me. The office is ran very professionally, they are very welcoming and appointments were always scheduled ahead of time with no problems. If I had to reschedule, they were understanding and gave me a new appointment date and time. What I like the most about Dr. Menendez’s care is that she made sure she answered all my questions and concerns. She was very patient and made sure my teeth were ready to end the treatment. I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend their services to friend and family seeking orthodontics care.
