Best Dentist I’ve ever visited in California! Extremely gentle, cheerful, & professional service -and very important in this scary pandemic time – very strong cleanliness protocols. I didn’t know that such a thing as a dental patient mask exists, but they broke out a fresh new, disposable one and put it on me (covering eyes and nose) before the work began and kept it on throughout. I was afraid to go into a dental office in this day and age; I only went in when I couldn’t stand the pain in my tooth anymore but I am soooo glad that I did, and wish I’d gone in sooner!

In my opinion, Dr. Lontoc’s office is going above and beyond to ensure her patient and staff wellbeing during this unprecedented time, Covid-19. Her staff communicated with us in advance the new protocol and when we arrived. We were able to see her even during this closed time due to an emergency dental event. They are amazing!

Haven’t been to the dentist in a while. But the staff at Cecilia Lontoc’s office has been warm and caring to a new patient like me. Got a chance to be helped by Doctor Pham, who was cool enough to explains the entire process while answering my questions. I will be looking forward to returning back to this office real soon!

Dr Lontoc and her staff are the Best! Friendly and accommodating. My daughter was scared to have her loose baby tooth pulled out but the Dr. and the staff talk to her and didn’t rush her to decide but by talking Her, she trusted them and let them pull it out and the best thing is she didn’t feel a thing even without anesthesia. Its very rare to find a dentist that is honest and upfront about procedures, pricing, etc, so finding Dr. Lontoc was truly wonderful. Her staff is always super and both my husband and I had had great experiences everytime we’ve gone for the past 3ish years for different things.

Dr. Lontoc has been our family dentist for over 25 years! I couldn’t imagine going to any other dentist. She cares genuinely, and have an unmatched professionalism and skills that sets her apart from other dental practitioners. Over time, I have seen her dental office’s gradual improvement in order to keep up with technology. She now applies the latest technology in the dental field. Not only her dental office’s ambiance is soothing, but one could also be assured that each and every staff are professionals and treat patients with an utmost caring. Front office is Always professional and answers all of my many questions with a smile and patience. The doctors are always thorough with the explanation of treatment and no up selling. Prices are very reasonable too! I found a good place, I’m very happy! Thanks Dr. Lontoc!!

Dr. Lontoc gets to knows her patients, which to me sounds awesome bc not all doctors care. She is smiley under near all the PPE as well as her staff. Me and my husband moved out to Fontana but still we choose to drive out to Torrance when its our time to for our appointment with Dr. Lontoc. Thank you for your service!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Lontoc is very nice and explained the procedure with me. She is extremely good with the needle. I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend this Dentist and dental office.

Dr. Lontoc’s personalized care is top notch. She provides all her clients the BEST experience, Clean, healthy gums and teeth is just an extra reward when you visit her clinic. I found Dr. Lontoc on Google…she had a lot of excellent reviews so I made an appointment and because of a cancellation, I was able to get an appointment that same day. As soon as I entered her office, I was assisted with some paperwork by a very pleasant staff person. She was totally awesome. When I finished my paper work, I was led into the dental room with the dental assistant who was as kind as the first person I met there. She took exrays and then Dr. Lontoc came in and I thought she was highly knowable and was able to help me. She was just as kind and gentle as her staff. I am supposed to followup with her in a week…at that time, I will make an appointment for a check up and cleaning. I have never written this long of a review but I know how difficult it is to pick a Dentist. If this helps someone trying to find a dentist, it is well worth the effort.

Dr. Lontoc has been taking care of my whole family for more than 10 years.  She is a great dentist, and really care for each and every her patient.  Both of my kids love to see her, they have been going her since they were three year old. Her office is equipped with the latest technology. Her hygienists and staff are friendly. They always tried their best to accommodate our appointment time. My mom, my dad, my kids, my wife and myself are extremely happy with Dr. Lontoc.  We have recommended many of our friends and Co-workers to her.

I couldn’t express how great this dental office is. All the staff are kind and have great customer service skills. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by several of the staff members; never have i been ignored. Dr. Lontoc is amazing! I always feel comfortable and know they will do an excellent job. I would highly recommend Dr. Lontoc’s office to anyone.

Was a great experience! Had the onborading process been smoother this could be a 5/5. I was referred by my colleague and Dr. Moon and Janice were just fantastic! They were able to document and clean my teeth—only 2 fillings needed after not have been to the dentist in embarrassingly years. The minus 1 star was due to the hidden 20.00 fee for “PPE”. The woman who called to explain that my free visit would cost money also suggested I tie my service animal (puppy) up outside without having gone and asked the dentist. Also the 6 foot rule in their office does not apply in the front as a man was asked to press his body against the wall as I walked by, comical really. The PPE that I paid for was on the keyboard (used) to fill out information but not on the computer mouse ? All in all thank you Dr. Moon—that front desk staff needs some training. I’ll be back for those fillings soon! Thank you Dr. Moon and Janice for making my experience with Cecelia Lontoc nice and smooth.

Our family  has been going to Dr. Lontoc’s office for a few years now. The office is clean. Every staff member is always nice & friendly. The most important thing that we’re really impressed with Dr. Lontoc’s office is they are always on schedule. When your appointment is at 2:40pm, you will be seen at 2:40pm…not at 3pm or later like many offices we had been to in the past. We definitely recommend this office.

Dr.Lontoc is the best! Her hands are a gift from God. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I feel absolutely no discomfort during my cleaning. My 3 year old had his first visit with her and he was very anxious. She took the time to build trust with him by playing and counting with him. She was very animated and silly while at the same time teaching him about his visit. She showed him and let him hold the instruments. By the end of the visit, he was her helper and his cleaning was a success. I have been going with Dr.Lontoc for 12 years now, and I definitely recommend her to everyone! She is truly the best!

I hate going to the Dentist, but at Dr. Lontoc’s office I have actually enjoyed getting work done. They are a caring office and willing to help in any way possible to make sure you are comfortable and without pain. They help with the cost and are not just trying to make a dollar, they truly care.

Dr. Lontoc is the most honest general dentist I have ever met; her professionalism, detail of work, and execussion is best to none.  Her staff – dental hygenist and dental assistance – are clear of work being performed and gental and take your anxiety and pain level into account when performing the dental work; specially with toddlers.  The office staff are sweet and detail when it comes to cost and work with you with payments.

Best dental office! Everybody is nice in the office. I am always looking forward to my office visits. The appointments always start on time. The entire staff from front to back are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home.

If you want a pleasant dental experience then I would highly recommend visiting the dental office of Cecilia Lontoc. Every staff member is polite and very professional. I have never received any form of poor service. They always explain to you in great detail on what you need, when you need it and how it’s going to happen. They genuinely want to help you.

Was afraid when I showed up for deep cleaning, mostly from prior experiences. I was greeted with a friendly smile, The service was excellent. They were informative, and helped me to feel comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone, and everyone.
