Professional, courteous, and gentle as always. The whole staff makes sure the comfort level for the patient is at the maximum level. Very much appreciated as I am a “dentist coward” and will avoid coming if I worry about the fear factor too much. Not any issues here, though, they know how to make me feel safe and as comfortable as possible at all times. I really appreciate all their efforts, I know it isn’t easy. I always HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mo to all my friends and relatives.

I am usually not to excited about going to see the dentist. This place makes me feel good. I am impressed by the latest technologies this place uses. No more waiting a few weeks for a permanent crown. It is done on the spot.

Smileworks’ Dr. Mo is one of the few dentists where I can confidently say truly cares about his patients. Almost every dentist I’ve been to tries to push dental procedures and orthodontics and periodontitis, etc. Sometimes, it feels like they’re more of a salesperson than a dentist. Dr. Mo, on the other hand, never tried to push me to get another service. He stuck to the facts and gave me options without trying to sell them to me. The best part? His services are affordable! I just had a root canal and was going to get a crown at a different place. When I asked about how much Smileworks’ same-day crown service was, it was half off compared to the other place! Not only are their services affordable, but Smileworks’ receptionists Julie and Elaine will work with you to get you in as soon as possible and have a full understanding of how insurance works. If you live in Redondo Beach or its surrounding areas, I can full heartedly recommend Dr. Mo and his office

I was impressed with the level of care by Dr. Mo and his staff provided on my very first visit  –  very thorough and super professional.  The dental practice appears to be of a very high calibre –  including state-of-art  equipment, office/clinic facilities, patient  support with insurance, appointments and detailed and full responses to all frequently asked questions

WOW! That is really all I can say. I have never had a dentist email me after an appt to see how I was doing!! Dr. Mo you are an awesome Dentist and person I am so thankful you are at Smileworks…it’s the only reason why I came back. Now with you the way you pay attention to your patients I will NEVER go to another dentist again! That goes for my kids as well…we are lifers Dr. Mo!

Dr. Mo is such a caring and wonderful dentist! All of his staff and hygienists are caring and helpful. I have had more work done this year on my teeth than all other years of my life combined. They were helpful, compassionate and u see standing when I had any issues or problem. Love this place!  Thanks Dr. Mo, Eileen, Julie, Jessie, et al.  My mouth, teeth and mental health thank you!

I am joining most of the reviews here with a 5 star rating.  My family and I go to Dr. Mo for 7 1/2 years now.  He takes excellent care of us including my son who is now 24 and has Fragile X Syndrome.  When he had a cavity Dr. Mo took his time and had the patience of a saint.  Sadly we are leaving Redondo Beach for the East Coast.  I am seriously considering flying back a couple times a year to see him.  Also, Elaine who run’s the office is totally on top of things.  If anyone has any issues just contact her directly and she will work through long invoices and EOB’s.  Thank you Dr. Mo and staff – Rock and Roll!

Smileworks has been my dentist for the past 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier. Coming into into Smileworks after my past 3 dentists was like leaving the stone age. Smileworks uses advanced technology and techniques to keep your teeth healthy and looking their best. As an R&D Engineer, even I was impressed. I can always trust their expertise. And the awesome staff from Dr. Mo to Elaine make you feel at home every time you come in. Highly recommended!

If you want to know exactly what is happening with your tooth health, Smileworks is the place! Dr. Mo and his staff are friendly and knowledgable and they work with you through situations. I have been with them going on three years now.

I only have positive things to say about Smileworks. The staff is amazing and Dr. Mo is genuinely caring and an excellent dentist. I first brought in my 5 year old daughter based on a recommendation from a close friend. My daughter had an originating fear of dentists. She’s tried 2 already and unfortunately could not finish the needed work on her teeth (fillings). She was much more comfortable at Smileworks but she still cried (for a long time lol) but the staff was so so patient with her. They were able to do one procedure out of multiple she needed after comforting her. Unfortunately my daughter continued to be uncooperative. The staff recommended us to a pediatric dentist at the end. But they made it so easy by calling them for me, making the appointment, and sending all necessary information including my insurance. I would not hesitate going back or recommending Smileworks to others.
