I love my experience here every time. I feel comfortable because the staff is full of women, especially women of color, and I can explain everything going on with me without fear of judgment. They definitely care about my life and are the sweetest people, regardless of how tired they are or how late in the day it is. Their expertise knows no bounds too. I can tell by how simplified they keep their explanations that they really know what they’re talking about. Highly recommend this place, especially for long term use.

One of the main complaints you usually read about in other reviews of dental clinics is upselling. High rents make upselling more and more a common thing. I can say with sincerity that in 3 years of going to Dr Godiwala there has never been a single upselling attempt. All the staff are friendly and understanding. Dr Godiwala spends time with each patient to make sure she gives a full opinion on matters and discusses a path forward (deep cleaning, how to brush better, avoid fillings, referrals out for issues (TMJ and other jaw clenching ailments, etc). I have recommended others here and they also had the same experience I did and stayed with Dr Godiwala until they left the bay area.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from any dentist!  Dr Mira is so lovely and explains everything. Her staff are wonderful – my daughter needed a tooth pulled out and they were so accommodating and helpful with x-rays and keeping my youngest calm during what would have been a traumatic experience.  They gave her toys, TV and kept talking to her and us throughout. The receptionist, whose name I keep forgetting to ask for, is such a lovely and helpful person; she always works really hard to get an appointment that works for us and helps with all my questions (I always ring up with loads of questions and with an inability to know the correct/technical) terms.  Just really lovely people! Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Also, we had forgotten our cheque book and they are so relaxed about getting payment!

Smileworld is amazing, this is our go to for my entire family, they are hygenic, overall a good facility with latest dental equipment. Dr Mira is very professional and experienced, she takes great care to make sure it is a painless experience and she overall has a great team to deliver a great experience. My kids are excited about their visits to the doctor and the best part, you can catch up on your TV Shows while you are getting your dental work done. Smileworld works with most Insurance providers and so that makes it easy as well.

I had my first appointment today and it was great!  I was a bit nervous, but every single person at the office was so nice and really did a great job putting me at ease.  They explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way which really helped calm my nerves.  Binh was my hygienist and she was awesome!  And Dr. Mira really explained everything in detail and presented the options I had.  She was not condescending at all and made me feel really comfortable about coming back.  The entire staff was awesome!  I highly recommend them.

Their office was the only office that did not use a bait and switch and provided me upfront estimates since i was trying to get a procedure out of insurance. After walking in the clinic, the doctor saw that we were in a pickle and waived off $100 of the estimate. She worked tirelessly for an hour but realized that we needed specialized care. She not only referred me to a specialist , she waived all the fee that we owed her and didn’t charge anything for the X-Ray’s or the work that she had provided, including getting us out of pain. I have yet to see a dentist so high on ethical, moral standards. It’s amazing to see doctors like smileworld. I am a customer for life!

I have had horrible experiences with other dentist that frankly I was scared to go to dentist. I always was charge crazy co payments when my insurance did not require it . I finally was referred to Dr. Mira by a good friend. Ever since I been going to her it’s just been the best experience at a dental office . They are friendly and caring . Evelyn the office Manager, is super thorough with her explanation on what your procedure is and if they can’t do a certain procedure that is require they are professional and honest enough to refer you to a specialist. Unlike other crooks I have came across. My daughter is also getting braces done with her and she is at the first stage with the retainers and they are very prompt with sending EMAIL reminders on when to tighten them every week! I also referred my co workers who are very happy with them. Overall , the Smileworld Family Dental Group is an awesome team that I look forward seeing every six months for cleaning!

I hadn’t ben to a dentist in years. I knew I needed a lot of work, and frankly I was scared. Dr. Godiwala got through everything within a few visits in a progression that really made it all easier to deal with. I’m really happy with the results. As a plus the rest of the staff is nice and always greeted me with smiles. The receptionist got through my insurance stuff quick and the heigenist was thorough without being…sadistic, like some. Thanks Smile World, you’ve earned a lifetime patient.

I wen to Smileworld dental for my daughter last week. He staff who cleaned up my daughters teeth was very gentle and my daughter was happy throughout the cleaning process. She was helping my daughter learn how to brush and floss and was providing information necessary to keep up the dental health. Dr. Mira was very patient in hearing all the problems and addresses each of them with care. I again went for couple of filling the next day and that visit had also gone very smooth. I have decided to switch over to Mira for rest of my family. I would rate this as the best dental experience and would certainly refer my friends.

Yes, I am a fan so much so that I made my husband leave his old dentist to come here.  I’ve been through at least like 6 or 8 dentists in the last 2-3 years, searching high and low for a good dentist.  This is where my search ended.  They have very modern equipment with the x-ray machine that moves in an orbit around your head so none of the painful 3-prong clamps other dentists make me angle in weird positions inside my mouth that hurts so much my eyes water.  Well, no more of that. The dental hygienist here is wonderful.  Very kind and friendly but she doesn’t yap away like crazy like other dentists do while they have you as a captive audience in the chair.  Plus, she remembers that I hate the ultrasonic tool and so she always does my teeth cleaning with the hand tools even though I’m sure it takes longer that way.
