The other reviews don’t lie. Soon as I hit the door, I was greeted with a smile and very quickly. The staff was so nice and informative. There was no pressure and they lay everything out, including cost and treatment. I haven’t gotten my aligners yet, but as I understand, they do take time to be produced and shipped. Abbey and Jayne were so sweet and welcoming and gave wonderful customer service! They did my braces the same day! I hated my teeth and they are made it all better for me. They really care and do excellent service. Dr. Wickson is also a wonderful orthodontist that cares and they have made my year! They all were very knowledgeable and informative. Just got my braces on yesterday. It was an amazing experience. The prices were as advertised. I feel like the doctor listened to my concerns about my teeth and accommodated me. This is my second go around with braces and I’m confident that my teeth will be perfect and straight for a lifetime. He is the absolute best Orthodontist here in Louisville, KY. Dr. Art and his whole staff is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. I wasn’t in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes before I was called back. They put my braces on that same day & gave me a lot of different options from colored braces, Invisalign, & payment plans. Also, they are very easy to contact. simply call or text them and they get back to you the next morning when they open again. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get braces.

We have been coming to this office for years. We have 4 children and so far 3 have needed braces. Dr. Wickson has done all 3 and they have turned out wonderful. As the Mom I needed braces also I have needed them since I was a child. I have always been very self conscious about my teeth. I felt like I was stuck with them. Then Dr. Wickson said he could change my teeth and help me. I about cried to know finally they could be different. I am 36 years old and proud to show my braces and very greatful for Dr. Wickson and his team. They really offer a great experience and help you feel better about having braces.
