This office, staff and Dr. Smith have been the best throughout this experience. Will recommend them to all my friends and family! Every single person I have encountered over the last 2 years in this office have been the most kind and upbeat people I have ever seen in a medical office. That says a lot coming from someone who works in a hospital myself. My son was 6 years old when he got his braces on. I was a very hesitant mother and had a son who was very nervous to start this experience. From day one, they were very comforting and caring. Always the most respectful and every single person had a smile on they’re face. After the first encounter, my son and I were very much at ease and always knew we would get exceptional service every time we went in. We have many more appointments in our future and I know without a doubt they will continue to be an outstanding practice every time we walk in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my son with such loving and exceptional care. For always being so gentle and always comforting him when you could sense any form of nervousness my son showed. Every single one of you are amazing. As I said before, I will forever recommend this office to every single friend and family member I can.

I don’t have much experience with orthodontists but I love this business! A family in my church recommended this place because he had gone to Smith’s when he was young for braces, now his son has taken over and they love him too! I can see why – Such a caring and fun guy with a great staff behind him.

The staff are all very professional and friendly. My son never dreaded going to the orthodontist and came out happy each time even when they really had to tighten the wires. The whole process was smooth and no issues and his teeth look great. They thoroughly explain each part of the process which really helped.

Our daughter had some jaw issues that required braces beginning in first grade, then the real braces a few years ago. She wasn’t the typical kid getting their teeth straight – but she never knew it! Dr. Smith and his staff are hands down some amazing and genuinely caring people. Today, she rang the bell (braces are off!) and it was a great moment for our family! This mom had big tears leaving this office. We will be back (son in braces soon), and we refer Dr. Smith and Smith Orthodontics to everyone! God bless you all for the work you do!

We were in the process of our daughter getting braces when we moved here. Dr. Smith was able to get started right when we moved here without any interruption in care. Dr. Smith’s office did fantastic work; are professional, kind, and fun; and scheduling was very convenient. For not knowing the area when we moved here, we hit it big finding Dr.Smith! Thanks for all you guys did for my daughter over the last 2 years. Her teeth look wonderful and she is very pleased to have a beautiful, straight smile.

Dr. Brian and all of the staff are warm, friendly, and put my daughter at ease. The token system is a great motivator to encourage my daughter to maintain her appliances throughout the long process of having an expander, braces, retainer, etc. I have never had an issue with scheduling an appointment that fits with our family’s schedule. I highly recommend this orthodontics practice!!

We love Dr. Brian’s office and all his staff. They’ve taken such great care of our son and his braces. We knew up front what the plan was and there were no surprises. We are kind of sad that our son is finished with his braces! There was even a time when one of the wires broke over a holiday and Dr. Brian met us at the office on a day they were closed to fix it.

Smith Orthodontics is professional, warm, and welcoming! It is an excellent choice to bring kids and teenagers as the staff are quick to put them at ease and make all procedures as non-invasive as possible. My teen just got her braces off- and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Another one of my children is currently doing pre-braces treatment with a spacer, and I personally have done Invisilign with their office. Never have we had a bad experience over the past few years- always positive, never pushy! Highly recommend!

We LOVE Dr. Brian​​ at Smith Orthodontics! Truly such a fun atmosphere and creative incentives for the kids to take care of their teeth. He and his team go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole braces experience! We had two daughters in braces at the same time and getting ready to see Dr. Brian with our 3 daughter ! She is so excited to go because of the great experiences her sisters had with the office! We highly recommend Dr. Brian and his staff to anyone looking for an awesome caring orthodontist!

The staff is top notch. They go out of their way to accommodate individual patient’s needs. We were very happy with how Dr. Brian always took the time to explain every step of the process. It was a positive experience every visit in Smith’s efficiently run office. You can tell they enjoy what they do. My daughter has a beautiful new smile that we are really happy with!

Great experience! Their customer service is exceptional and they made our daughter, who was 7 at the beginning of treatment, feel comfortable and confident during the entire treatment plan. Our dentist suggested that our other daughter seek orthodontic treatment and we will be calling Dr. Smith soon! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
