We have three children and all three now have perfect teeth. Thanks to Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff. They are all very nice and very helpful. I would recommend Dr.Smith to anyone whether it is a child or an adult who needs an orthodontist. If you are going to spend money to fix your teeth or your children’s teeth spend it wisely. I brought my son here this morning for a new patient consult. The staff were super friendly and brought us on a tour of their very clean facility. When they brought us into a patient room, there was a gift bag waiting for my son on the chair with a company water bottle inside. Dr. Smith came in the room only a few minutes later and was beyond personable – breaking the ice with some jokes and using Simon Says games to make my son comfortable in the chair for a quick exam. He was honest and knowledgeable about our orthodontic future and took the time to explain the processes and options ahead of us. He ended the visit with a little magic trick, and my nervous 6 year old left wondering when we would be able to come back. Being that many people have fears of dental work, I would highly recommend this as a very comfortable place for any patient to venture. I am very impressed!!

My son just completed Invisalign treatment and we couldn’t be happier with the results – exceeded our expectations! We liked having the flexibility to change trays at home without going into the office frequently, but when we did go in for appointments, the staff was wonderful. The offices are super clean, and you’ll feel very comfortable with the friendly office staff. Dr. Smith is extremely personable but also makes sure that the treatment is going as planned, making adjustments as needed to ensure a great outcome.

Dr. Scott Smith was honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. His staff was incredibly helpful and highly professional. I don’t think there’s ever a time where you “can’t wait” to go to the Orthodontist, but as an adult I appreciated an environment where I felt comfortable discussing my options and like I wasn’t being goaded to make a decision. Eventually it was determined that I could probably wait on Invisalign, which works for me, because I need to save up money. But when it’s time for me to do it, I’ll be going with him!

Dr. Smith and his entire staff are an extraordinary bunch! Despite the fact that my youngest son has been accompanying his 2 older brothers to Dr. Smith’s office for years, he was not happy when we told him it was possibly his turn for braces. Dr. Smith and his entire staff completely turned him around in a matter of seconds! Dr. Smith was telling jokes, doing magic tricks, and chatting it up in his fun, silly way and totally connected with my son. He came home so excited at the prospect of braces! I am grateful for the impressive bedside manner & professionalism everyone who works at the office exhibits. MY 2 older sons have smiles that light up the room, thanks to Dr. Smith and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone who needs braces (or Invisalign!)
