I am a patient of both Dr. Ken McWilliams (almost two years) and now a patient of Dr. Bianca McWilliams (for a year). I have never had a bad experience while there. Eventhough can be extremely busy, I have never been ignored. The entire staff will greet me as soon as I walk in the door. If they are busy and my appointment is delayed, they are very apologetic and do their best to make it up. Both Dr.’s there take the time to get to know their clients and what issues you want to resolve. They both provide great information and will tell you whether or not they can help up front so you are not wasting your time. The medical assistants are also very friendly and knowledgeable. They both are very professional and treat you respectfully. I would and have recommended both Dr.s to numerous people who have also been satisfied. Oh, and since becoming a patient, I have never felt healthier and I will finally smile when taking a picture. I highly recommend their practice.

My previous dentist recommended that I get three fillings and remove a bump on the the inside of my lip. That dentist told me the bump was a swollen saliva gland and l he could cut it out for $250. Because the cost of the three fillings and the saliva gland removal, I didn’t feel right about the previous dentist. That’s when I found dr. Bianca McWilliams at Solaris dental. Bianca x-rayed my teeth but only found one cavity and recommended only one filling. Bianca also recommended I leave the saliva gland bump alone and explained it might subside, which it did. Consequently, I am happy and relieved that I didn’t have to have extra holes drilled into my teeth and not to mention waste money for no reason. If you’re looking for a straightforward comfortable dental experience I highly recommend DR. Bianca McWilliams Solaris Dental.

First of all having a master in physical therapy and having my own practice for over 20 years at an older adult resort that i have not found a better dentist in my experience than Bianca Mcwilliams.. I too am a professional and completely disagree with some of the others who have not had a similar experience and i am sorry for them but its simply not true.. Starting with the front office… So friendly , always greeting and acknowledging each patient as they enter,The front office staff is wonderful. I especially must commend Rebecca the one who checks you out and in, as she is so warm and friendly and such a happy person that draws you into her and makes you feel good. She needs to be recognized especially as the others because they represent the doctor. I myself have a business too , very sucessful and i know what it means to work for someone and represent the empoloyer.. in this case Doctor Mcwilliams Doctor Mcwilliams is nothing short of wonderful in my experience..In fact besides her warm and caring personality… she is a very sensitive lady who takes great pride and passion in her job as is is in my case.. About 6 months ago i had some bonding work done and she did a great job ,spending almost 90 minutes getting it just right.. She said if i was not toally satisfied to let her know.. I myself am extremely meticulous and anal about things being perfect.The office staff called at least 2 times to follow up and see how i was doing.I found that very professional and its the details thta mean alot to a patient.I decided after one month keeping in mind that i am anal retentive i felt bad asking if she would fix about literally 1mm of bonding. Well people not only did she do that she spent another 90 minuts redoing it perfectly to my liking and it looks beautiful as she does beautiful work..Total charge for the office visit and work was zero!!!!! and an apology from her that she did not need i mean who does that.. talk about someone who values her work and her patients.She is quite frankly the best, most caring dentist who is very passionate about her work and such a funny perosn with a great sense of humor.She values her staff and her patients..Listen to me .. I am a professional who owns his own business.. Ithink you can put more weight and validity to my testimonmial.. You will not go wrong with Solaris Dentistry trust me

After having a horrible experience with another dentist, I came here and was very pleased. Bianca is a great dentist. She is very honest and was sympathetic about my new fear of dentists. My daughter has received amazing care from Bianca as well. She not only helps my daughter maintain a perfect smile, she makes suggestions on ways to improve oral care in the future. She is one of the reasons my daughter is now going to college to study dentistry.

We have been to many, many dental offices over the years.,…this one is great. The front office staff have been very helpful with our insurance company’s odd paperwork requests (ugh!) Dr. McWilliams is super, super nice, and has done a fabulous job on my fillings/crowns/cleanings. The entire office is VERY kind to my young daughters when I have to bring them in during one of my own appointments! I was referred to this office by my friend & her husband, and now my own husband is going here too. Another thing we noticed: unlike many dentists….Dr Mc is very kind to her own staff!

I made a big mistake by changing my dental plan from PPO to HMO. My wife and I first went to a dentist on Alma School and Queen Creek. The dentist told us both that we needed work that the insurance wouldn’t cover and we would be responsible for over $1000.00 out of pocket. I thought this was odd as we regularly went to our dental appointments and there wasn’t anything concerning regarding our teeth. I then made an appointment at Solaris dental to get a second opinion. I did not disclose my experience with my previous dentist. The care I received from Dr. Bianca was awesome. She took the time to check my teeth, explain a cavity that needed to be filled and informed me that overall my teeth were in good shape…If anyone has had a bad experience with a dentist, try Dr. Bianca and I guarantee you will not regret it…Oh, and the out of pocket for my visit was $0…
