I moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago and have been having the hardest time finding a dentist that I liked… most had “revolving dentists” so you never knew exactly who you would be seeing. What?? FINALLY I found Dr Palluck – the staff are all so nice and the office is totally up to date with technology. Dr Palluck took the time to go over options on how to fix other dentist’s shoddy work…I have finally found a home! Just wish I would have found her sooner. Thanks to the welcoming committee at the front desk, too… it was a great visit!

One Friday evening while getting ready for work my crown fell off my front tooth. I called Dr Palluck & she opened the office so my tooth could be fixed. How wonderful is that. Dr Palluck and her entire staff have a great amount of calm about them & deliver exceptional service and expertise. My teeth never have looked so good, or my gums so healthy. I would not go to another dentist & I highly recommend Somerset Dental.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Palluck 2 days ago and I just have to say it was the most pleasant dental visit I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly, they did not keep me waiting and her hygenist was great! Very gentle and friently. Dr. Palluck was wonderful. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She’s very professinal and she didn’t try to talk me into procedures that I didn’t need like some other dentists here in town. I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed I felt I had to recommend her to everyone.

I really like this place. I’ve bounced around to several dental practices in the 6 years I’ve lived in Las Vegas. I finally found the one I can call my dentist. I get my teeth cleaned by Dr. Palluck’s office every 6 months. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean and modern. The hygienists really make sure they know the sensitive areas of your teeth & gums so the cleaning is pain free. The whole experience is easy and actually relaxing. Oh, and if you need a reminder about the appointment you scheduled six months in advance, they are on top of it. They ask you for the best way to remind you. If you are like me, very forgetful and never paying attention to your phone, they will get in touch with you by calling, texting, or emailing. What ever you prefer.

Dr. Pallucks’ staff is very friendly and they all possess positive attitudes. I was amased with her professionalism and knowledge at what she does and her overall consideration for her patients. Most of all, I respected Dr. Palluck for offering alternatives for the dental procedures administered to me. The day after performing a procedure, Dr. Palluck personally called me to ask how I was feeling. It is difficult to find that in this day and age. I am in my 60’s and I received one of the best dental cleanings before I saw Dr. Palluck. Overall, I was very pleased and satisfied!

It’s been 6 months since I got my partial/denture from Dr. Palluck and Alex and THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING! I haven’t had to see them at all after getting them but over the last couple of weeks, I developed a very bad sore spot, could not wear my partial and thought, “NO WAY things are going to be good for Thanksgiving”. WAS I WRONG. THANKS ALEX!!! YOU DID AWESOME and while I didn’t walk out pain free, I was free of 95% of the pain and know it will take time for the rest to heal. GOT A PROBLEM? DON’T WAIT…GO SEE THESE FOLKS RIGHT AWAY! 😀

This one is a doozy.. First of all you have to consider, the fact that my journey to Dr. Palluck was not a short one. I have to say that I have the worst dental insurance. It forced me to dentist shop, and boy are their a ton of crappy dentist out there. It’s actually mind boggling, how these people stay in business.. I saw all aspects of professionalism from how a dentist operates, to how their staff is trained. Who follows up, who responds to calls, emails, etc. Answers questions with unnecessary attitude cause they hate their job and their life….you get my point. Dr. Palluck has her business’s dialed in. In fact when I sat in the chair, I said..man this is a good business. Because I can point out the crappy ones and they are plenty, see the HPO Sierra Health Directory for starters. Dr. Palluck checks all the boxes. 1.) Professional and well trained attentive staff with smiles. 2.) Systematic reminders through text appointments as well as follow up phone calls from her staff (how can you miss an appointment) 3.) A firm grasp on her prognosis of my dental work. 4.) A freaking Netflix Headset to watch any movie you want! Makes the experience pleasant. 5.) The proper supplies, mouth jacks, fresh bottled water and mouth wash. Honestly, I really could go on and on. I write a ton of nasty reviews on people who are just bad business people. Their staff sucks, the communicate poorly, their office is dirty, the staff is messy. This place has almost zero negatives and I look forward to planting my teeth somewhere.

Somerset Dental is a true gem in a town where it’s hard to be sure where to choose. The office is clean and very well maintained, the staff are always kind and courteous as then there’s Dr. Palluck, she’s knowledgeable, caring and very thorough and she makes myself and my 10 yr old daughter feel at ease and comfortable. Her hygienists are spectacular as well. Dr Palluck has been the only dentist to successfully fix a problem front tooth chip that’s been a problem for years. Thank you Dr Palluck! I can smile again

I have been going to Somerset Dental for several years now and I can tell you that I have never had a better experience at the dentist. Dr. Sofia Palluck is very professional. I have had some major work done and it is impeccable. Her staff is very professional and you know up front what your insurance will charge and what you will have to pay out of pocket. They are the ones who told me about Care Credit which helped me pay my bills over time without interest. I definitely recommend Somerset Dental. You won’t find a better dentist in the city

Dr Sofia Palluck, of Somerset Dental, her technicians, and her office staff are simply the absolute best in the business!!! I wish I could give them a (much) higher rating. Their outstanding personal care to me includes a recent next-morning appointment for a broken tooth, staying hours after office closure to provide me treatment that went longer than expected because she was helping others with the same exemplary service I always receive, follow-up calls –from Dr Palluck herself – to see how I am doing after a procedure, and everyone’s caring personal attention and adaptation for my multiple other medical issues as a result of being a disabled veteran. Her office has cutting-edge technology that I (an Electrical Engineer PhD) never heard of, nor have seen in any other dental office – including specialists. Everything is computerized, networked and seemingly instantaneous! I get telephone and/or text reminders of appointments, and her staff works magic with my insurance company. They have any costs to me calculated and ready for my review before I can get comfortable in the chair. But Dr Palluck has waived some payments I had due out of the goodness of her heart. She routinely offers discounts on procedures like whitening, and she offers $100 discount for new patient referrals. It may seem a small thing, but I always walk out with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss (all specific for my needs). I am remembered at every visit, and recognized on every phone call. Friendly, kind, professional, unparalleled competent service from everyone at Somerset Dental exceeds every standard I could imagine from my dentist and her staff! Dr Palluck and everyone at Somerset Dental have my very strongest recommendation!
