I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim and his staff since 2013. They are amazing! I wasn’t very excited to go to the dentist….well, really who is right? After the first visit I wasn’t nervous anymore. I hate going to the dentists so much.. But the staffs overall took care of me so well! They are very gentle, sweet, and caring toward their patients. They have told me that I have cavities which I did not know about, and I’m very thankful for that. So when I broke my tooth, I thought the world had ended… But instead they gave me a new tooth which looks absolutely beautiful(: I can actually say that I really love my smile. I don’t think I’ve smiled so much after going to the dentist! Even though it was a heck of a drive from where I live… I don’t think I would’ve wanted to go to any other dental place, I knew Sonoran Sky would be just right for me! I was very nervous choosing a dental office that would take good care of all the questions and concerns i was having. I haven’t been seen in over a decad so I was overwhelmed with anxiety but all the staff at Sonoran Sky were very nice and comforting. The receptionist was super cool and understanding with my work schedule and rescheduled me more than once. Thank you for being nice about it. Turns out Dr. Park wasnt scary after all guys, she gave me very valuable information. Now the hygienist Margarita on the other hand made me feel soo much at ease. She was confident in guiding me with pertinent info to get my grill looking and feeling healthy clean again. The best dental hygienist EVER! Thank you and God bless to all the staff. Legitimately one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentistry in years. I was in such excruciating pain and Sonoran Sky was able to – not only swiftly but effectively relieve me. They could competently identify and explain exactly what the issue was and took the precautionary measures needed for immediate and long term relief. This dental facility Is the place to go! I had pain from a cracked moler and pressing against the nerve. I found out that they could help me and instantly they helped me. Not only is Dr. Kim great and professional, his staff and crew make the whole experience worth while. Most of the time the dentist is nice and relatable but his staff is awkward and distant, but not here! They all were able to engage in conversation while continually encouraging you if there is pain. This dental facility makes me leave satisfied and happy with what happened. I know dentists can be scary but this staff and doctor do not judge or desciminate against you but genuinely show a pure heart to help you.

From start to finish, the staff at Sonoran Sky Dental were extremely helpful, friendly and provided me with a very positive experience! Dr. Kim is the man, knows his craft very well and is very effective. I had a root canal and build-up on one tooth, an extraction on another, and a bone graft done, each were done in proficient fashion. If you’re like me, dealing with the chaos of insurance is not my thing, fortunately Ana and her team kindly walked me through the process with helpful options. Kudos to her for making the insurance and payment options understandable. Overall, this dentistry is legit with a team willing to do what’s best for their patients. Thanks!

I have been going to Sonoran Sky Dental since the day they opened or about 5 years. I live in Surprise, about 35-40 minutes away and it is well worth the drive. ****** *** is informative, kind, and gentle with his patients. He makes visiting the dentist as pleasant as possible. The office is always clean, modern, and warm as well as professional. You never feel as though you are being “sold” something. Instead Dr. *** has the highest level of integrity, and if there is any sort of problem that occurs, within reason of course to a crown or such, he guarantees it and replaces it for free. This is a dentist you want for life, and for all your dental needs not just a quick cleaning. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr Kim makes this place shine. The staff is pretty nice. Not a fan of Ana, she’s passive aggressive and over explains as if you’re not competent. She even continues after you’ve stated that you completely understand and also is apart of health care. (She speaks after the dr. and handles billing) After providing her information on paper she continued to ask the same questions, as if your response wasn’t correct the first time. It’s best to block her out mentally not to grow to frustration. Overall I appreciate how Dr Kim educates you, from his plethora of dental knowledge. Had I encountered him first, I would have made different choices.

Dr Kim will probably be the Only dentist I will go to as long as I live in AZ. I go to Sonoran Sky Dental on 3201WPeoria and I am so happy with them. I am on Medicare so I am at that age where things are starting to wear down especially my teeth. I am in the middle of an implant that is going so well. I was on my way to Mexico about a year ago to get dental work down there when I called Sonoran Sky as a last chance to have work done here basically because of cost. I talked to Janet in the front office and got some prices and because they were so reasonable I was a little leary but Janet assured me their dentist and materials were the best and boy she was not lying. Dr. Kim and Candace ( his assistant) are the best. Everything is explained in full and there are no surprises in cost or anything. They are so caring. I also have a crazy schedule and Janet goes above and beyond to try and fit you in whenever and does not make you feel like you are impositioning her. This is a group of the best dental staff I have have met. Hats off to Janet as she was my first contact to making this my forever dentist ( my sons too!) Call them you wont be sorry!!

I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. I felt taken care of right from the initial call I made to schedule an appointment. The day before my appointment I received a call to inform me about a copay I would have for xrays. They kindly explained why I would need a new set of xrays and why my previous xrays would not suffice. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They also take the time to explain anything and everything you have questions about. I’m completley happy with my visit!

The only thing I regret is not coming here earlier.. The experience was like no other! Dr. Kim really took his time to sit and explain to me what other dentists NEVER did! The hygienist Margarita was also very gentle with my cleaning and from the moment she walked in the exam room she made me feel so welcome. Dr. Kim and his team are very professional and his work is phenomenal! I haven’t been to a dentist in so long, so I decided to call his office after a very convincing referral from a good friend. The assistant who answered was very courteous and helpful as she set me up as a new patient (if you are a new patient please call ahead to get some paperwork out of the way and if you have it, your dental insurance info ready as well). I was pleased to find out that I was able to be scheduled and seen that same week! When I arrived I was greeted by a very welcoming staff and was seen by Dr. Kim in a very timely manner. About a year ago, I moved to Phoenix and I did not know where I should go to a dental care. Few weeks after moving to Phoenix, I began to have a toothache. Because of my busy schedule, I could not take care of it right away. But it became a huge problem. I got an infection and I just took painkillers whenever I felt pains. My friends introduced me Sonoran Sky Dental. My first impression was that they were extremely nice and gentle. The whole dental office was clean but comfortable. When I was checking my tooth. We found out that I had a cavity and my bottom tooth was infected. Dr. Thomas Kim suggested me to get a treatment right away. He wanted to pull the tooth and replace with an implant, but I was worried about cost. I insisted to come back the following Monday because of my busy schedules and money. On the Friday night, I was going through high fever and pains. My face got swallon wtice big and there was no one I could get help. My family members and friends worried because of seriousness. I could not took pains any more. I was expecting that Dr. Kim would not get my late calls but I did not have no choice. I gave Dr. Kim an emergency call around 3:00 am. Although it was around 3 am, he took my call and gave me an emergency treatment. Next day morning, I was able to pull out my tooth. Without his help, I could have been in a very dangerous situation. His office unexpectly cost less than going to the sub-par chains out there so if you think you can’t afford anything else think again! I highly recommend them to you!!

I had a filling come out in pieces over the last couple of months and this past weekend two more pieces came out that left the root fully exposed which was quite painful. Sonoran Sky Dental is right by my house so I thought I’d give them a try. My whole experience there was awesome! From the Christian music being played in the waiting area to the attentiveness of each person that I dealt with. Eric did my initial xrays, exam and cleaning and did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done and what my options were. Ana explained my benefits and what my costs would be. Luckily it was just a wisdom tooth and Dr. Kim did a great job removing it. I don’t like going to the dentist but I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Thomas Kim D.D.S. and the caring team of professionals at Sonoran Sky Dental are dedicated to ensuring your visit is as comfortable as possible. Each procedure will be thoroughly discussed with you and any questions you have resolved prior to the start of your care. Dr. Thomas Kim has been practicing dentistry since 2004, when he graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He is originally from Torrance, CA and completed his undergraduate studies at U.C. Berkeley. He then completed a master's degree in public health at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in dental public health before going on to dental school. Dr. Kim realizes that a visit to the dentist can be an uncomfortable experience. It is his goal to provide the highest level of dental care with as little pain or discomfort as possible. Dr. Kim keeps up with the latest in advances and technology through various continuing education courses. He also realizes that your time is valuable.
