Great experience! Dental care is not cheap, but because of the professionalism, quick service and positive information, the value of the service matches the price. Aside from doing great work they take great care in explaining what is urgent, and more importantly what can wait. I truly feel that I am spending my money and time wisely.

I was in so much pain due to a cavity that made we cry myself to sleep I was also afraid that the numbing process would hurt. But Dr. Kim was the BEST. He was caring, patient and concerned about my health. Im not afraid of the dentist office anymore and he was very quick. The staff was AWESOME. They asked about my family and looked at pictures with me. They also gave very good advice. Awesome place

Excellent dentist and staff. I have had extensive work done recently and Dr Kim is excellent. Little to no pain getting crowns, dental planing, redone fillings, etc. Great follow up. Office manager is excellent dealing with insurance. Also, an amazing personal touch, I had to cancel an appointment because of a death in the family. Dr Kims office sent a condolence card, handwritten.

I’m a fill in hygienist and have worked there a couple times. Great place to work! Dr. Kim is one of the nicest dentist that I have ever met! All the staff is wonderful to work with and great at their jobs! It was a pleasure working with Shawna and Sabrina. The office is super clean and takes all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid. They have all the latest in dental technology and equipment and provide superior service to their patients. I would highly recommend this office!

South Blvd Dentistry is amazing. Having moved cross country this year, I was dreading having to find a new doctor, dentist, etc and kept putting it off. I found SBD as a new office built right around the corner from where I live and the building also houses my new doctor as well, talk about convenience! More importantly, Chris McCain and his team, Moriah and Ashley were fantastic, great experience with all the latest technology. Thanks for taking great care of me! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Southend area.

This was my very first visit, I am usually apprehensive about going to the dentist. Everyone was so nice and it really made the experience pleasant. As soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist, and I did not have to wait at all for my appointment to begin. The hygienist was so nice and made me feel so at ease, and when the doctor came in she greeted my kindly. I had a very good experience and I will be back.

Put aside the outstanding dental care and services from an amazing team of people. On Monday of this week I had to cancel a cleaning and exam appointment because of a nagging cough from a holiday dance I had with bronchitis. On Wednesday I received a “get well” note in the mail from Sarah and the team. They didn’t have to do that! They did it because they are a complete team that understands the value of true customer service and as a consumer, that’s what I look for in a service provider. Thank you “Team Tommy”!

I was in pain and out of desperation needed to find an emergency dental place. The other emergency place wanted $1200 up front and i wasn’t paying that plus they stopped taking insurance. This place I found South Blvd Dentistry i had looked them up and immediately called. The receptionist heard how I was struggling and asked me how quickly can I get there. I told her asap! They took me in and did the x-ray of where the pain was coming from. The assistant asked me do i want to go through with the procedure, i had asked her how much am I paying with my insurance? She said hold on let me find out for you. When she came back and told me it would cost $35 I almost jumped off the chair! I told her let’s do it! She started to numb the area then the dentist came and numbed me some more and then proceeded to pull out my wisdom tooth. It took all of 15-20 maybe less to pull the tooth out. I was so happy to be relieved from that wisdom tooth which had a growth of bacteria in it. The staff was so nice and very helpful!

I had been on the hunt for a dentist in Charlotte since I moved here a few years back and was referred to Dr. Kim by my Coworker, and I am so glad she sent me his way! Since it had been awhile since I had been to the dentist there were a few things that needed to be addressed including a deep clean and some cavities to be filled. I was REALLY anxious to get my cavities filled because I have never had one before. Dr Kim and the whole staff put me at ease throughout the whole appointment. They made me feel comfortable and they all have a great sense of humor too. One of the cavities I had was in between my 2 front teeth and Dr. Kim did an amazing job filling it. My teeth look better than ever !!! YAYYY for people like this staff who take the time to make a difference and genuinely show care and compassion! I would give 10 stars if I could ! Highly recommend this practice !
