All I can really is say is WOW.. and thank you to these folks. I am a person who suffers from anxiety at Dr’s and Dentists – and not only do the practitioners here put me at ease but the quality of work and care also allays my fears. I have a lot of jaw tension/locking and finding a dentist who will work with that so easily is a bit needle in a haystack – they were wonderful about this today when I had to go in for a root canal. I first saw Dr. Bienstock back in August for a filling that had fallen out from a previous dental excursion (original work was done at a place in So-Cal). The replacement was quick but I did suffer from a bit of a tight jaw – something that I mentioned the next time I went in and was immediately heard and adjustments were made (slower on the injection, more breaks from the bite block – or not using it at all). From there we moved forward with a deep cleaning. He did break it to me that I needed my first root canal – which I had done with Dr. Kumar and a crown put in by Dr. Bienstock today. Both did great work and were understanding of jaw tension and my concerns during the procedure. Both kept me updated on progress and let me know what they were doing (which really helps my anxiety). I really enjoy Dr. Bienstocks’ straight forward manner and ability to explain to me the best course of treatment. I was so concerned that the feeling and shape of my mouth would be dramatically altered – but the design of the crown tooth feels great. I walked away from a root canal today, with a smile on my face – how often can you say that? As for understanding payment – their team was fantastic as we built a plan for my root canal. They were willing to bounce back and forth with me as we looked at different procedures and timelines to figure out both what works for my health and for my pocket book. Their understanding here was also greatly felt and appreciated. Would definitely recommend – and will of course be going back!

My appointments with doctor Bienstock (I can’t remember how to spell his name!) Have always gone so smoothly and I love him as a dentist! The team is also really friendly and supportive because I get anxiety at my dentist appointments. I will be going to him for as long as he is in the business! doctor Bienstock is so cool and always makes me feel so comfortable, and I am a disabled veteran with no dental insurance and he always is conscious of my budget, which is rare. I am so thankful to be a patient there!

Moved to Seattle recently and switched to Dr. Bienstock. I had to get some work fixed from my previous dental office and although they were also part of Smile Generation they wouldn’t transfer “production” so I couldn’t get the guaranteed work for free. Dr Bienstock did the work for free anyway ($1,000 crown) and is probably dealing with the jerks from my old office still. Great bedside manner, very understanding, genuine man you can trust. Thanks again so much! His crown, process and product, was 100 times better than the overpriced one that broke after 5 months from Denver.

I really love the way they handled the explanation of my treatment plan and the costs – I think her name was Nicole. After a few pretty painful and frustrating dentist visits in Berlin, I was really reluctant to go to another one. Andi and every dental assistant working with him was so understanding and helpful, it made me feel so at ease. They always made sure it was painless and as comfortable as possible. My teeth were in a pretty bad state but there was no judgement or criticism, just helpful tips moving forward. Dr. Brian Bienstock is thorough, modern, and funny. Most importantly, as the patient, I felt completely heard by him for what I wanted for my teeth. Dr. Bienstock’s expertise prevented me from oral surgery. I literally had an upcoming surgery scheduled with an oral surgeon and thought I try one more dentist prior to the surgery. I found Dr. Bienstock through the excellent reviews on Yelp, so I called, and the nice receptionist scheduled me for the next day. Dr. Bienstock listened to my concerns, took an X-Ray, and fixed the teeth with ease. His work prevented me from having oral surgery. Literally the most effective, thorough and solutions-oriented experience I have ever had with a dentist. The results of Dr. Bienstock’s work came out perfect, I am so pleased. I am happy to say I found a new dentist! Thank you Dr. Bienstock for being incredible!

The people at this dental office are so nice and honest. I had a bad bike accident and lost a tooth, and they took time to give me an x-ray and go over my options with me even though they don’t take my insurance. I had my first visit to South Lake Union dental office last week. I must say I am so impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Bienstock and his staff today which included Nicole and Madison. Esthetically the office is beautiful. Everything is brand new, modern, and clean. Dr. Bienstock is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knows how to talk to his patients to make them feel comfortable. He wants to know about your history and comfort level so that he can make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I have had several bad experiences in the dental chair, so this was a huge relief and WONDERFUL experience for me to have a doctor and staff that I felt actually cared. Their technology, equipment, and instruments are all top-notch and brand new as well which sped up my time spent in the chair. I had multiple services done today which included full x-rays and exam, impressions for a night guard, fillings for two small cavities (which I was numbed for) and a fluoride treatment. This will be my primary dentist moving forward due to the amazing staff, and how warm and friendly Dr. Bienstock and his staff are. They are accepting new patients, so go in now and check them out!

I am so impressed with this dentist office! I do not have insurance and they are working with me to have a payment plan that works for me. It was easy and I was treated with superior service despite this fact. I came across every front desk person and they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. This includes Stephany who took my initial phone call and then worked with me when I got to the office. More, my dentist, Dr. Bienstock and his Resident were so great working together! They were quick but thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental about my situation. They also answered all of my questions and taught me along the way so I could fully understand my dental situation. Further, they both have a sense of humor and good candor, but not over the top. This made me feel relaxed and confident in their care. Where I used to dread going to the dentist, I no longer feel that way. Needed a new dentist after relocation to Seattle for better career opportunities. SLU Dentist in same building as where the wife works. We both really loved the location. Pleasantly surprised after my fist checkup. The staff is super nice, especially Nicole. Patient and listens to all my war stories. The whole admin staff really has their stuff in one sock. Great understanding of patient needs. The dental staff, of which my dentist is Dr Andy as I refer to him, is very professional. Will match your level of intuitiveness so communication and understanding of the prognosis and outcomes. Dr Beanstalk is also very good and sees the wife as well. So, if your looking for the best dentist in Seattle and it’s easily gotten to, parking is just right around corner in the Amazon campus building underground. Go there and you will feel right at home, relative to a problematic dental problem.

My experience at this office was amazing! It was easy to book online and I was even able to fill out my medical info online prior to arriving in the office for my appointment. Nicole was so sweet and helpful getting me checked in. I’ve never been to the dentist and had the doctor sit down with me prior to my appointment and ask me about my dental health and concerns. Dr. Bienstock was so personable. Romona was the assistant who took my x rays and whitening impressions. She was extremely kind and quite funny. This was also my first experience having the dentist be the one to do my cleaning. I guess that’s the benefit of going to a small office. Dr. Bienstock also was able to repair a chip in my tooth that I’ve had for years and no other dentist has been able to do so before. I left feeling amazing and so confident about my smile!

Best experience at the dentist ever. I called yesterday to see if they had an appointment and thanks to the bad weather, they had an opening in the morning today. The office is modern and super clean. They had free coffee and tea which I didn’t get a chance to enjoy because Dr. Bienstock was ready for me right away :). The X-Ray machines are brand new and super quick and they also took photos of my teeth to paint a better visual. I was given a thorough explanation of what’s going on with my teeth and I felt very informed while making decisions. I had to get back to the office by 10 and I was done with my cleaning and out the door by 9.55. I was also able to make an appointment for 2PM the same day (thanks to more snow day cancellations) for my sealants and filling and it was done very efficiently. I don’t like going to the dentist but today was a good experience! 🙂

I can’t say enough good things about this Dentist office and their staff! I had a baby tooth that I wanted to cover with a veneer. They went through every option with me and helped me figure out what worked best for me. I also really appreciated that they let me know that it really wasn’t noticeable but were happy to do it, if it would make me feel better. I got it done yesterday and couldn’t be happier. If you’re like everyone else on the planet and have anxiety about dentists, I highly recommend South Lake Union Dentist. I am so impressed with the service I received today from every staff member. First of all they have an amazing front desk receptionist. Very personable and easy to talk to. I saw Dr.Bienstock who was very nice. I was lucky enough to have pretty great teeth for not going to a dentist for over 3 years. The x-ray tech Madison was super friendly. My dental assistant Lana was so nice and even though the impressions took more than one time to get right I had no problem working with her. I’m going back in a month to get my wisdoms removed. Amazing new dentist office in South Lake Union, off of Mercer around the corner from Bartell Drugs. The office is modern, clean and has the latest technology. The x-rays are digital allowing the doctor to show you clearer images of what your teeth and roots look like. The oral camera helps show area of concern and I imagine within time shows progress of dental care. The entire staff was exceptionally nice, professional and made me feel like a friend vs a client. I appreciate that the office is very upfront about any costs you might have to pay and provides you a clear knowledge of what your dental benefits are. I would highly recommend this dentist office to others and look forward to returning in 6 months.

Really excellent care, I’ve never expected to say this about a dentist office but they really do offer the best quality care and service possible. I came in to discuss and get a dental implant, which I was pretty nervous about, but the whole process has been smooth from start to finish. This review has been a long time coming, but I only have good things to say about the SLU Dentist Office! The entire office’s staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. You enter and leave the office feeling like you’re being well taken care of. I’ve had previous experiences with other dentist offices where I would dread coming back, but I actually look forward to visiting SLU Dentist. Upon entering, you’re greeted by the FRIENDLIEST reception desk. Shoutout to Nicole who’s the real MVP and keeps operations running. I really appreciate that she proactively reaches out through e-mail/phone with any updates on my appointments. Dr. Andi does my regular cleanings. He’s been the only dentist I’ve ever had that took the time to teach me about my dental health and what’s going on with my teeth when reviewing pictures and x-rays with me. He really knows his stuff. Dr. B is leading my Invisalign treatment. I was super wary of starting Invisalign, but he took my concerns into consideration and helped me figure out the right path forward with the treatment. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’m now close to the end of my treatment, and am extremely happy with the progress. I wanted to refine a small detail in my smile, and Dr. B was extremely patient and accommodating to my request. I really couldn’t be happier with my decision to start Invisalign with Dr. B. Madison is the dental assistant who’s helped out during my visits with both Dr. B & Dr. Andi. She’s extremely attentive during appointments, and makes a dream team with both Drs. All in all, this is hands down the best dentist office I’ve been to. It’s super clean, modern, and you can’t beat the incredible staff. 10/10 would recommend!

They were able to create a plan for me and worked with my insurance so that I would get the most use out of my plan. I have already had 2 visits to get some work done and each time it gets easier! If you need to book any appointments, you can through their website and I was able to do most of my paperwork online. Once I came in, I was ready to hop in the chair and get started. I am so happy I switched from my previous dentist over to South Lake Union Dentist Office. Everything is immensely better. The office is clean and the equipment is up-to-date. They not only take xrays, but digital photos of the inside of your mouth so that you can see what it looks like from the dentist’s perspective. I was very impressed that Dr. Bienstock actually took the time to ask me about my dental health and expectations BEFORE starting any xrays or cleaning, or even getting me in the chair. Later on he went over all the xrays and explained what he was seeing. It was very reassuring to know we were all on the same page. The woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. She knew all about my benefits and what was covered, was very good at explaining any financial responsibility I might have. The two assistants (hygienists? sorry, don’t know the appropriate terminology) were kind and efficient. I had impressions done for a night guard and you can actually choose the color (clear, green, pink, blue)! I am new to Seattle and feel so relieved to have finally found a dentist that I can stick with for years to come.
