Let me start off by saying that the dentist freaks me out, but the staff here made me feel so at ease. Dr. Keen was AMAZING and Anthony was AWESOME! They made me feel so comfortable and were patient with me and my many questions. I tend to talk a lot when nervous and they didn’t seem to mind. I have a lot of work needed and for once I don’t dread going back to the dentist. Thank you SSDG for what you do and how you treat people!!

I have, like a lot of people, dental anxiety. It was my first visit to a new practice. First impression, a clean and inviting reception area with a wonderful office manager, Chelsea. My exam and Xrays were done by Brandon, soft spoken and put me at ease, asked every few moments if I was ok and let me know exactly what was happening and why. Dr. Keen is now going to be wildly recommended. Wonderful, kind, and answered the few questions I had very honestly. Kovi did my impressions for whitening trays, and again, told me everything to do and to expect, and was just a calming element for a pretty uncomfortable procedure (not painful, just kinda gross). From walking in to walking out, I felt there was a great connection within the entire staff, no question un answered and highly recommend if there is any element of anxiety. They take care of you!

From the initial phone call, to the actual visit, this team was caring and so down to Earth. I have had some not so great Dental experiences in my recent past. After an accident, I took a chance on this group and, I could not be more pleased. Nikki, my Dental Assistant, was so on point with everything and made sure I was informed, understood what was happening and she knew exactly why I was there. Her ability to take X-rays that last mere seconds, is commendable. (those can hurt!) Dr. Keen was a breath of fresh air to someone that had to undergo minor surgery. I will not go into details, but suffice it to say, when said surgery was done, we high fived each other. As someone that has had so many overly-priced and uncaring Dental Companies in the last 4 years, I would urge you to give South Springs a try. They have earned my trust

I had to get some fillings done on my teeth and did not have a dentist to go to. I found South Springs Dental that was close to my home. When I first read the consent forms, I was a little nervous about getting my teeth filled. Dr Keen and her assistant knew what to do and say to comfort me. I literally didn’t feel a thing during the operation. Dr Keen is a true professional dentist and I appreciate the work and support they gave me. Also, what a nice office they have for a dentist.

Whenever I hear the word “Dentist” it sends shivers down my spine. I’ve been to 2 different ones and both made my teeth worse. So when I had to go back I was so nervous and my heartrate was high. Anthony, I think thats his name, He brought me back and made me feel really comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel alot better. On the way out the lady at the desk, cant remember her name she has short black hair, was amazing. She explained my bill and explained that I needed more appointments and she set me right up. I love her!! Today I went and I seen Colby, he was amazing. He made me laugh and made my experience even better. He only been working there 4 months but I thought he been there for years. He knew what he was doing and had a great personality. I love Dr. Keen. She has done the best work on me and made me very comfortable and also made me laugh. I would recommend everyone to come to South Spring, they are all amazing!!! Its nice to go to the dentist and feel comfortable and not nervous!! Thank you everyone for making me believe that there are great dentists and dentist assistants out there!!! Yall rock!!!

Our family had been treated by the same dentist for 25yrs- After relocating to Colorado Springs I thought I would never find another dentist like him, one who I could trust with my complicated dental issues. My first attempt seeking a new dentist, I found Dr Keen. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into her office, by the way I was greeted at the front desk and how I was set up in the exam room- I found everyone very pleasant and proficient with their position in delivering my care. It then felt especially comforting when Dr Keen walked in to introduce herself. Immediately disarming me with pleasant conversation Dr Keen sat next to me to listen to my concerns. She responded to every concern, prioritizing each problem while setting a plan toward a solution. She focuses on solving one problem at a time even if it means involving another practice for its specialty. Dr Keen is honest and straight forward. I find her to be brilliant and I totally trust her to be my new dentist. I admire her work ethic as a healthcare provider of dental medicine. Being an RN and my husband an MD, we’ve been around healthcare professionals of all sorts for many years, we give Dr Keen and her team our Vote of Confidence 100%

I went in nervous, knowing that i would need a lot of work done. I went in and the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. My insurance had a hiccup, and they were still patient and explained my options, making me feel comfortable while i get things fixed on my end. As i was called back, i met my hygienist & he was just as friendly as everyone else in the office. When i met the actual dentist i was pleased because she didn’t downplay the work i needed done, but she also wasn’t harsh about it. The office works with scheduling me on Saturdays and genuinely seemed happy to help. That makes all the difference in the world to me, because i hate going to places and paying them so much to see that they are inconvenienced by my questions or just being there. I highly recommend South Springs Dental Group. You won’t be disappointed i hate that i was nervous and waited so long to call

Getting my dental care from South Springs Dental Group (SSDG) has been a pleasure. I would even go as far as to say fun! That’s crazy for a dental office, right? Not these guys. I have found them to be approachable, friendly and highly competent, from the call to set up the appointment, to the dental hygienist Dawn, to Dr. Keen going over my teeth x-rays and talking with me each time. Plus, I take pride in my dental care including brushing my teeth at work after lunch, and daily flossing. That seems to have paid off because at each 6 months Dawn comments that I’m doing a good job caring for my teeth. I would highly recommend SSDG.

The facility was clean. The staff was professional, welcoming and fun to talk to. I was told what was going on at each step. And they are more than willing to work with their patients on what needs to be done, over what length of time. I didn’t feel pressured to make another appointment to spend thousands of dollars. I will definitely go back for my dental needs and recommend you do the same.
