Dr. Bruchmiller is such a great orthodontist. He is thorough, kind and makes you, your child/teen feel at ease. I like that he talks to you, your child/teen and takes the time to get to know a little bit about them. His staff is super friendly, always happy, positive, and goes out of their way to make your visit positive and pleasant. The office has all of the latest equipment, and everyone is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend South Texas Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for a great ortho experience for themselves or for their children.

There aren’t many places that you can go to where the the receptionist makes you feel great just by acknowledging your presence. My son is here for a check up & I love that they are great with letting him know that he needs to be much more aware with his brushing. They are patient and thorough. This place is awesome.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bruchmiller now for 9 years. I have had a very extreme case with life circumstances with long gaps between visits. This facility has been beyond graceful with my case and has always treated me with the up most respect no matter what situation I was in. I’m getting my braces off today. this is such a huge moment. I’m so excited and so thankful for Dr. Bruchmiller and his staff!!! I’d recommend this place to ANYONE!!
