Impeccable experience! How many people can describe their dental visits with those words? I can. Dr. Staehling and his staff are true representations of Southern hospitality and exhibit the chair side manner that will make me a lifelong patient. Coming from someone who is highly afraid of dental work, I will no longer be able to claim that fear. Thank you so much.

I’ve only been a patient here for a little over a year (three total visits). I transferred after a negative experience somewhere else. In that time, every one of my cleanings was truly excellent (gentle, yet thorough), the dentist, hygienist and front desk woman were always very kind and easy to talk to. They took a fairly conservative approach to dental work, which I appreciated, as I felt my previous dentist was recommending work unnecessarily. The facility is nice, and they have tvs you can watch while they do your work, but it doesn’t feel like it is trying to be a spa or something else other than an excellent dental office. But what motivated me to come and make a review (which I will post in a few different places) was the fact that when I called to pay my husband’s most recent bill, the receptionist asked if she was correct in thinking I was hoping to hear news on a new job, which was accurate. The fact that she remembered a week after my husband visited and almost a month after I visited, really touched me. If we weren’t moving to Charlotte (for the new job) I would absolutely not be leaving this office.

I had a very pleasant first appointment with Dr. Staehling last week! The receptionist was very friendly and called me when there was a cancellation so I was able to get in earlier than I had expected. Both Dr. Staehling and the dental hygienist were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Staehling took the time to talk with me about my history and concerns and went through my digital x-rays in detail. No one made me feel bad about having not been to a dentist in a couple of years! I would highly recommend this practice!

I just had my first visit at Southern Dental Arts. And I was extremely impressed. Everybody was so kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Staehling, Lynn, and Letesea were all so wonderful. I felt very comfortable when I was there. And I’m really looking forward to seeing everybody during my next scheduled visit which is in a couple of weeks.

After several years of more dental work than I’d care to admit, I absolutely love this dentist office! Dr. Staehling and his staff are very personable and he does amazing work. I drive from rural Nash County just to have my dental care concerns addressed and to receive great customer service as well. My treatment plan was initially very extensive. At the very beginning Dr. Staehling took the time to meet with me and explain my personal treatment plan, answer my questions and address my concerns. I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. Now my teeth look and feel great! I love how Ms. Lynn sends me a reminder text of upcoming appointments. I always look forward to seeing her warm smile every time I walk in the office. Highly recommend Southern Dental Arts. They are some of the most sincere, gentle and nicest people. I never thought a dental experience could be positive, until I started going here 3 years ago. I’ve already sent friends and coworkers, all who feel the same way and will never go to another dentist. Thank you for making the experience the best it possibly can be!

I have to say not afraid of much except when drilling for a cavity starts. Just cant stand that noise. Southerner Dental Arts however made sure I was comfortable and they were patient with me as they frequently paused to asked how I was doing. They also made sure to talk to you through the process. Dr. Staehling is Awesome! has a Great team, modern technology and very knowledgeable. This is my last stop for oral care. I now look forward to my next visits as I am confident that I am in good hands. Definitely recommend them for any oral care needs.
