I was very impressed with the quick appointment scheduling, but most of all, when the dentist seen me he said the work on my broken tooth could be taken care of the same day. I got excited. Not to be at the dentist lol but I didn’t have to make an appointment to come back and miss more work. The front desk receptionist, Dr. K and the assistants were all just awesome, very friendly and patient. They will definitely be my go to dentist from now on.

Go. If you need a dentist and reading this review – go. I am VERY picky, bougie, and terrified of dental pain. Dr. Krempa did an emergency root canal for me and I felt zero pain. His assistant, Kaitlyn was wonderful and very comforting. Dr. Martin came in to numb my mouth and he was splendid and a joy to chat with. I am visiting Mobile from Tampa, FL and was scared to see a new dentist. He had great reviews so I gave him a try. Dr. Krempa took the time to answer all my questions and even drew an illustration to better understand the procedure. It’s a wonderful experience! (And who says that after a root canal?!)

Dr. Krempa and his staff do a great job of explaining exactly what type of treatment is best for your situation, he also breaks it down for an old sports minded person to understand. His front office is always smiling and seem happy to see you. There is a reason I drive 2 hours one way to see them! I appreciate them more than they know. Where else can you go and watch Police Academy while getting your teeth cleaned?

I recently switched dentist offices and I’m really glad I did! I had to come in for my cleaning and then come again shortly after to get some cavities filled and I had a great experience both times, I also barely had to wait both times! My hygienist’s name is Chloe and she’s awesome!!! She did a wonderful job on my cleaning and also made me feel VERY comfortable because I am not a fan of going to the dentist! I am a college student who does not live in Mobile so I was worried the dentist here was not going help me out like they do at home. I walked in at 8:30am and by 8:40am I was seated ready to be treated. They did an amazing job and my tooth (I had a root canal done) feels 10x better. Everyone who works there is beyond nice and very welcoming. They all made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone who needs dental care.

Read the reviews for lowest to highest. The dentist Krempra from what I’ve seen only interacts with the “other”patients on a friendly caring level and converses with them me and my mom both came to this same conclusion. He has a negative vibe. He also is very rough and rushes and I’ve been to many dentist before. We will not be returning. I don’t recommend this office to people of color because of him.

I went to Dr. Krempa for a second opinion after going to my regular dentist practice that I have been with for many years. When it comes to having dental work done, I get a lot of anxiety and I am deathly afraid of dentist. I was recommended by a friend to try Dr. Krempa and I was able to get a next day appointment to get a consultation about my tooth. He was very informative about the procedure I would be having and they were very upfront about cost and even would work with me about any financial issues I might have. The staff was very personable and friendly. They didn’t make me feel like they were fake with their enjoyment of their job. They seem genuinely happy to be there and they all made me feel at home. I had my procedure done today and I am so so so glad I chose to go to Dr. Krempa. My tooth is no longer in pain and the procedure was painless as well. Recommend him to everyone!

This was my first experience with Dr. Alex Krempa and it was fantastic. Chloe was dental assistant, and she made sure I was comfortable at all times during my visit. I appreciate the environment created by the staff and dentists. Even though they are very professional, it still feels like you are visiting a friend. As much as I dislike getting my teeth cleaned or having work done, I am glad to have this group doing it. They always put me at ease explaining the procedure in detail. The hygienist are the best. It has always been a painful experience having my teeth cleaned in the past but these ladies take their time, and are gentle, resulting in a pain free visit.
