Wonderful dentistry. The first time I went there I was very skittish (I don’t like pain). Dr. Levi made me feel extremely comfortable. He explained everything that that had to be done and I was very comfortable with it and he made me feel at ease. The front office and billing office personnel were also very pleasant and accommodating. I’ve met so far all of the dentists and several assistants and the hygienist (which also was very gentle).  Love their payment plans which make it easy for me to do several things in one year. My first visit at this office truly exceeded my expectations. I walked in looking new and uncomfortable. The receptionist warmly welcomed me with a compliment and asked me to have a seat to wait for the dentist to call me back. All of new paperwork had already been completed online prior to my visit which saved tons of time. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was called back by my hygienist PJ. PJ was so pleasant,funny, inviting and made me feel so comfortable. I feel like I’ve known her for years. I already have an dentist but I was coming in for an implant consultation as a second opinion. The office and other staff was also lively, clean and professional. My first opinion from a different office told me that i couldn’t get any work done on my teeth that I wanted because of the way my teeth are were spaced. This dentist told me not only could they fix my teeth the way I wanted but they could do more for me to have a perfect smile. The dentist understood my wants. He was honest and thoroughly explained my options, procedure and how they could help with cost. They were all honest and cared more about me being happy with my results than them making more money. I could go on and on but I think I struck gold with this dentist office. I will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone I know.

Southfield family dentist has been wonderful so far. I’ll be going in for an extraction next week (was suppose to be today, June 9th) but I was overwhelmed with anxiety – everyone was super respectful and patient with this unexpected dilemma. It was one of the most friendliest dental visits that I’ve ever had. From the assistant front desk, to the hygienist, the dentist and specialist themselves, they were all just wonderful. They were very thorough with their exams and x-rays and test.. They let me know what cost would occur with my upcoming treatment plan. I have to be honest. I did have an issue with one of the women who handles check in and payments when you arrive. I don’t know who this woman was but she had it ALL wrong and CONTINUED being wrong but with an attitude to go along with it. This was so unlike anything I’d ever experienced at that office. I didn’t see her the last time I was there and I’m glad because I’ve been with this dentistry for years. I referred my mom, my (now) husband, and my cousin along with it being me and my daughter’s dentists. I LOVE Dr. Levi but I do understand he’s retired. I would love for him to agree to come in for me but thankfully he left the practice in great care. I just had an amazing experience. I had a chipped FRONT tooth that ended up needing a root canal and crown. It’s been a process getting it right which the pandemic completely interrupted. Long story short… It was two days before my wedding!!! The crown wasn’t ready so I needed an excellent temp because I was so worried about photos. Well, I believe it was Liz that made my temp and there was another woman there who had previously helped me that told me that Liz was awesome. She was right. The temp is so good that I almost want to know if I can keep it instead of getting a crown! lol My wedding day was wonderful, my teeth looked fabulous and I took all the pictures with a giant smile. I just want to say thank you. Just when I thought (because of that ONE lady at check in smh) that I was done being a patient here, I changed my mind because of the wonderful people who helped me on one of the most important weeks of my life! Overall my experience at Southfield Family Dental Center has been nothing short of great. I loved that I could schedule an appointment online and was able to get in quickly. The office smelled good and was very clean, rooms were more private then previous dentists and the dentist is able to get rid of spots on my teeth my previous dentist said were permanent.
