I am new to the State of MN and with that comes having to find all new – Doctors, Dentists, etc. When you are greeted with kindness it is refreshing. Kelley greeted me right away when I walked in; it was like we met before, Lindsey was my dental hygienist and so appreciated her positive demeanor. Dr. Krista Gossai did my exam and she had such a gentle disposition, I appreciated how she explained and answered my questions. I felt most welcomed and that goes along way. You can tell that there is good morale at this dentist office; the energy and vibe was awesome! Thank you!

I have been using this office for dental care for about 20 years and have been very happy.  My daughter and husband also receive care here. My hygienist is Courtney and she is wonderful. Previously I had Dr Flodin but now Dr Gossai is my dentist and they are both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.  I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dental office.

I have been going there every 6 months for about 34 years. My children have been going since they were 2. To this day we look forward to going to the dentist for cleaning and checkups together and then getting food from Golden Crown and having a family supper. Very friendly. Very thorough. Here is to many more years at Southhill Dental.

Amazing Service, Friendly Atmosphere and Peace of Mind. I used to go to this office years ago and so happy that I came back. I had a tooth that the filling came out of (from another dentist office) and they were able to get me in the next day to fix it and better then before. My bite feels natural this time around. I have been going to Southill Dental for several years and it’s always been a great experience.  Dr. Gossai is one of the most caring, attentive dentist that I have ever been to.  Kirsten does a great job cleaning my teeth and makes the experience even better.  Front office staff is always friendly and helpful.  I wouldn’t go any other place!

This clinic far exceeded our expectations. We live 6months in Minnesota and 6 months in California and needed to find a dentist in Minnesota. This clinic came highly recommended. The entire experience was outstanding from the customer service to the clinical work. The hygienist was meticulous and the dentist was caring and attentive. We highly recommend this clinic and feel very lucky to have found it.

I have been going to this dental office since I was 3 and I’m 47 now. I have never had a bad experience.  This is the most caring, friendly,  accommodating dentist ever. I will always give high recommendations. Dr.Gossai is the very best of the best you could ask for. I’m very blessed to be with this dentist office all my life. I can’t thank them enough for the dental work I have had done.

I am a big chicken of the dentist. Have had lots of awful issues with my teeth in my life. My husband has gone to Dr Flodin his whole life and convinced me to go. I was sure I would be admonished, treated with derision and made to feel shame, like in most of my life’s previous dental experiences. (I am 47). Boy was I wrong. Dr Flodin and Dr Gossai have been amazing. And Pam too! In fact I was just there today. Dr Gossai was thorough and soooo nice and her whole demeanor made me feel safe and ok. (That’s big for me). And she did a great job on my teeth! I put off any dental appointments till the last minute due to fear. But every time I go there, my fear gets a little less. Southill Dental rocks.

Southill continues to be the best dental practice in the area. We have gone to them for over 10 years. Today my son had pain in his jaw – they fit him in, figured out the issue quickly and all with care and kindness. Have attempted to go other places due to a change in insurance but never followed through as the most other places don’t have the same expertise, from the front desk up to the dentists in charge.

It’s always intimidating to start over at a new dentist after a move, but Dr. Gossai at Southill made it a breeze. She was warm, friendly and very thorough — not to mention very sure-handed and gentle during my cavity repair and crown fitting. Her assistant, Gabriella, was equally awesome! Very easy to talk to and they both explained what they were doing at every step. I am a fan and will be back!

One evening last week I realized that the mouth pain I was experiencing was not due to biting down too hard on a carrot as what began as mild discomfort quickly escalated to a constant throbbing I could not escape. After calling Southhill Dental Group in the morning to see if I could get in to see Dr. Gossai, I had an appointment one hour later. The pain I was feeling was only mildly diminished by pain medication and the weekend was fast approaching. Dr. Gossai quickly confirmed that I had an abscess and arranged to to get emergency treatment for me at River Heights Endodontics the same afternoon. What could have been an unbearable four day wait to see a specialist for a challenging root canal became a welcome relief as the team at Southhill Dental introduced me to the fabulous team at River Heights Endodontics, who rearranged their schedule to get me in for a procedure that brought quick relief and a welcome introduction to Dr. Fravel and his caring team.

I have been going to Southill Dental since they were in downtown Stillwater at the old building, ever since I was 5 or so. Now 29 and living in Chanhassen Mn, there is a reason I still drive across the Twin Cities to see them. They do an outstanding job and are the best around, always have and I can assure you always will be. December, I chipped (a good chip might I add) my front tooth about 3hrs prior to me going into work on a Friday. What I do for work, made this an emergency that couldn’t be put off. I immediately called them to see if it was at all possible to get in. Unfortunately there weren’t any more vacancies but, they called a patient to see if they could reschedule to get me in on the last appointment before closing. I drove over, was in the chair for maybe 60-120min and two hours later, walking into work. The care they provide for their patients is next to none. Unless I move out of the state or somewhere far up north, I’ll always be going to Southill Dental. Cannot recommend them enough. When it comes to the best customer service and professional expertise, I’ll drive across the state to go to the best.
