This is the best dental office I’ve been to in years and I will be sure to come back regularly. Not only is the building and waiting rooms very luxurious but the staff is just so friendly and welcoming. I was given a full run down of my treatment plan (wisdom teeth removal and several cavities) and she even optimized the treatment plan to work best with my annual benefit limit and save me the most money. Can’t recommend this office and dentist enough!

Amazing in every way! After scheduling my appointment, I was feeling super anxious, but after meeting everyone and finishing up my first appointment, I felt so light and happy I chose spa dental. Everyone is extremely friendly, gentle, and great at what they do. I love that they were up front about costs from the very beginning which made it even easier to relax. This is a 5 star establishment with 5 star staff and I would recommend them anyone. Thank you for going out of your way to answer all of my questions. Thank you for making sure I was comfortable and pain free, and thank you for doing your work with such joy and care. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment and I’m really looking forward to it. You guys are the best!

Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. I was seen right away and the appointment moved quickly. Dr. Arora answered all of my questions and tailored the appointment to meet my needs. The only critique is that the cleaning (done by the dental hygienist) didn’t seem very thorough.

Dr. SPA (Shebani) was an absolute pleasure to visit! Her front desk staff members were extremely welcoming and created a very inclusive atmosphere. They sent me paperwork ahead of time so I could have my insurance approved prior to arriving, which was really helpful. I was seen as soon as my appointment started and the overall process was pleasant and efficient. My cleaning was easy and she gave me all the information I needed! She also has late afternoon availability, which is really helpful for someone who works full time. Highly recommend!!

The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease the moment I walked in… though I was still anxious and afraid, I knew I was in good hands after their reassurance and constant communication on what was happening. My initial idea was to visit here then get a second opinion elsewhere and go with who I felt comfortable with since I’m terrified of dentists. I have decided there’s no need to go elsewhere and Dr. Arora can never ever go anywhere else… she’s the only one I ever want to care for my dental hygiene going forward.

The aesthetic of the office is very chic, new, and inviting. Everyone was courteous and welcoming. Beforehand, we worked to get the pre-authorization and my paperwork uploaded via email, so there wasn’t anything to fill out in the office. The dentist went over the xrays with me on the large screen in the exam room. She was patient and answered questions well. Seems like the dentist and assistant had a good working relationship as well.

I had an excellent first experience at this office. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Pahwa Arora was very friendly, efficient and thorough. As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, I can say now that I had a comforting experience and I highly recommend seeing her.

This was my first visit and it was excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly and quick to get me checked in. The practice is beautiful; it isn’t decorated like your standard place but I really liked it. Dr. Spa was fantastic in her bedside manner, explanation of exam and of payment. I have bad dental anxiety and they made everything so much better. Highly recommend!

What I especially appreciated about her that I haven’t gotten in other dental offices I’ve been to is her clarity on services, options, and pricing. I highly recommend her and the office!

My first time visiting the office was great! The office is cozy and feels more like a spa than a traditional dentist office. Although I did a routine examine and cleaning, the doctor explained each part of the process more than any dentist I’d visited in the past. The doctor, reception person and dental assistant were also very pleasant. I haven’t always found offices where the entire staff was kind so this was a pleasant surprise.

Overall great experience. Dr. SPA is the first doctor I have met who sits and talks with the patients prior to proceeding with the X-rays! Really appreciate the time she takes to explain the details of my treatment plan and how it can be completed to maximize my insurance benefits.

Dr. Shebani explained things at the level I needed to feel like I was making the right decisions. She was incredibly nice to me and her staff (who were also very nice). No pain whatsoever. It was my first dentist appointment in awhile and my first appointment with her, but I left feeling like I could trust her and she cared about my teeth. A+ !
